They keep picking it up and throwing it back at the vehicle that is parked. Police investigate and charge: Amy C. Russell, 20, of Richmond, Maine with malicious damage to a motor vehicle; Heidy Murillo, 18, of Randoph with malicious damage to motor vehicle and Stephanie O’Brien, 20, of Richmond, Maine with malicious damage to a motor vehicle. 5:24 a.m. Larceny of a MV investigation on Pearl Street. 8:01 a.m. Recovered stolen motor vehicle on Grafton Street. Black Honda Accord reported stolen earlier was located. Vehicle towed.
9:21 a.m. Exchange Street caller reports damage to motorcycle sometime in the night. Police report taken.
10:44 a.m. Parking violations at 45 School St. Two vehicles in handicapped parking space without having placards. One MV moved prior to arrival and the other was in MV and moving.
10:48 a.m. Larceny investigation at American Check Cashing, 500 Main St. Male inside allegedly trying to cash a stolen check. John Tavares, 21, of Brockton was charged with forgery of a check, uttering a false check, attempting to commit a crime and receiving stolen property over $250.
12:16 p.m. Larceny of a MV investigation, 180 Highland St. report of a 1996 Honda Accord Sedan stolen sometime around 11:30 p.m. Reported on Hot Sheet.
1:15 p.m. Suspicious person in the vicinity of Menlo Street and Warren Avenue. Reports that a white male is knocking door-to-door and asking for money and the party is telling residents he is related to the Chief of the Fire Department. Police check out and party was sent home.
1:29 p.m. Robbery at Davis Commons, 165 Carl Ave. Caller reports he was robbed at gunpoint by 2 males in the wooded area behind the building. One was wearing a black hoodie and the other had a gray hoodie. Both wore jeans and dark masks. Police report taken and unclear what was stolen.
1:58 p.m. 450 block of Montello Street report of B&E to a MV on the lot. Plymouth County BCI notified to respond. Police report taken.
3:37 p.m. Caller from Crestfield Terrace reports her brother allegedly assaulted her. She was walking to her room and he grabbed her from behind and tried to strangle her. Shawn Domings, 37, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
6:31 p.m. Boundary Circle caller reports she would like her friend removed after living there for several months. Caller reports that her roommate is allegedly getting violent and pushed her. Nadia Neasman, 25, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
8:46 p.m. Caller reports a male party and his dog attacked by loose dog near 88 Chinese Restaurant. Reports of another pitbull on the loose came over and began attacking the dog. Reported to animal control.
9:51 p.m. Animal complaint on Raintree lane. Took care of possum.
10:36 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk at Chang Chun restaurant, 776 Centre St. Drunk male getting rowdy. Taken to Brockton Hospital ER for evaluation.
10:58 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at Belmont Street and Day Avenue. Lourenco P. Monteiro, 20, of Brockton was summonsed for possession to distribute a class D drug.
11:41 p.m. Disturbance at Centre Street. Caller reports that one party is allegedly beating the crap out of another party. Stephanie Melissa Bernard, 20, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.

12:30 a.m. Owen O’Learys, 1280 Belmont Street. Reports coming in that a male is threatening to stab a female inside the bar. Daniel Phippen, 39, of Brockton was summonsed for larceny over $250 and threatening to commit a crime.
4:43 a.m. Robbery investigation in the vicinity of Academy Inn, 162 warren Avenue. Caller says he was robbed by 2 black males at the Stop & Go Gas Station, just a few minutes ago. They took his money and cell phone and threatened to hurt him if he did not give them what they wanted. Police report taken.
8:22 a.m. Report of a disheveled black male wearing gray and red sweatshirt and hospital pants. His butt and private area hanging all out and possibly soiled himself. Now in Tedeschi’s parking lot near 540 Centre Street and 1 Sheridan Street. Police respond and unfounded.
8:39 a.m. B & E MV investigation on E. Ashland Street. Caller reports fishing pole and fishing box and other items taken. Police report taken.
9:43 a.m. MV accident at Lawrence Street and 420 Montello St. John J. O’Connor, 33, of Attleboro was charged with interfering with a firefighter.
10:24 a.m. Welfare check on Highland Street and Warren Avenue. Reports of a female staggering up from Warren Avenue and dragging a suit case. Ambulance respond and she was mixing her new medications with alcohol. Transported to Brockton Hospital ER.
11:52 a.m. Michael Royster, 23, of Johnston, Rhode Island was summonsed for violation of an abuse prevention order.
1:25 p.m. Recovered stolen MV at Grafton Street and Hazel Street. Green 1996 Honda 2D Accord with ignition damaged and heater control module taken.
1:50 p.m. Reports of a suspicious person in the vicinity of Green Street and Newbury Street. Gregory G. Jolliemore, 26, of Brockton was charged with default on a warrant.
1:52 p.m. B & E investigation of a male party taking copper from a Foster street residence. Police report taken.
2:12 p.m. Disturbance at 221 Spring Street. Hector Lopez, 37, of Brockton was summonsed for Concealing, selling or pledging leased property.
2:50 p.m. BAT Bus has a male party in hospital clothes exposing himself. Police investigate and witness stated it was not intentional. Party was removed from the bus.
2:58 p.m. Breer Street resident called 911 and yelled you’re all done… then hung up…no answer on call back. Juvenile arrest of a 14-year-old for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery and intimidation of a witness.
3:06 p.m. Harbor One Credit Union called and stated a student had a counterfeit $20 bill. Police report taken.
3:28 p.m. MVehicle pursuit on Centre Street and Commercial Street. Hit and run on Mass State Police unmarked unit. William Flynn, 56, of Abington was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, leaving the scene of property damage, failure to stop for police, operation of motor vehicle with recklessness, resisting arrest, speeding and failure to stop-yield.
3:36 p.m. Suicide attempted at 55 Legion Parkway. A white male out front of the Alamo threatening to kill himself. Police respond.
5:56 p.m. Large gang of youths outside of the Star Food Mart on Hovendon Avenue and they are bothering customers. Have been there for awhile now. Police arrive and matter settled.
7:18 p.m. B & E MV investigation on Huntington Street. Caller states that a person allegedly turned the power on at an address on the street and began living there. Frankie Bender, 41, of Brockton was summonsed for misdemeanor B & E.
7:44 p.m. Caller from Dorothy Road states that their 15-year-old is out of control. Police charged juvenile with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
8:41 p.m. Larceny of a bicycle on Nilsson Street. Police report taken.
9:25 p.m. Caller from Pleasant Street reports tenant named Poppy in another apartment is fighting with his roommate. Caller reports he is not fighting Poppy, but mad because his roommates’ girlfriend is cutting hair in the kitchen and he wants to eat. Police respond and no hair in the food.
10:45 p.m. A caller from Brockton Hospital’s emergency room reports a male party is allegedly urinating on the walls. Police issued a summons to Rudolph N Knight, 50, of Boston for open and gross lewdness.
