5:29 a.m. Luis Maldonado, 27, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery. Caller from Huntington Ave reports that her ex allegedly tried to stab her brother and that they got the knife away from him. BCI responding to take photo’s of carving knife.

7:03 a.m. Report taken for B&E of motor vehicle at the T-Station. Caller reports their GPS was taken.

9:28 a.m. Larceny investigation at Oak Street Extension. Caller reports that tailgate of pick-up truck was stolen. Police report taken.

9:33 a.m. Report of male laid out on side walk at the corner of Torrey Street and Braemoor Road. Ambulance sent and party taken to hospital.

12:52 p.m. Report of wheels and tires stolen from a motor vehicle in the vicinity of the 1555 block of Main Street. Police report taken.

1:14 p.m. Caller reports 2 males at D.W. Field Park at 335 Oak Street exposing themselves to each other. One wearing a white t-shirt and the other in dark clothing. They were last seen on foot on path heading back to the parking lot. Police report taken and cleared prior to arrival.

1:59 p.m. Report of assault and battery in progress on Ellsworth Street. Caller reports 2 females are allegedly fighting in the house. Police summons Talia Cherie Lopes, 21, of Brockton with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

2:49 p.m. Caller reports that another driver struck their car and took off. Caller is at the Raymond School on Oak Street and will be in parking lot. Police report taken.

2:58 p.m. Robbery of male party at North Main Street and Spring Street. Male party in Perkins Park was punched in the face by a white bald headed male in fatigue shorts and a gray shirt. Police and ambulance respond. Police report taken.

3:57 p.m. Livingston Road caller reports females out front working the area. Police take notice. Clear no action needed.

4:24 p.m. Mutual Bank at 777 Belmont Street reports phony check. Police report taken.

4:33 p.m. Rockland Drive resident reports that a male about 60 years old is sitting on their porch. The male keeps saying he lives there and refuses to leave but the residents does not know him. Police and ambulance respond and take male to Good Samaritan Medical Center for evaluation.

4:37 p.m. State police report a 3 car motor vehicle accident with personal injury at Oak Street and Campanelli Dr. Police and ambulance respond. Anderson Carvalho, 24, of Stoughton was charged on a warrant for a foreign fugitive from justice on a governments warrant and Assis A. Dasilva was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

5:32 p.m. Broad Street caller reports there has been an unknown male sleeping in the basement that doesn’t live there. Caller states police came earlier but male had left, states male is now back. Otha McGee, 36, of Brockton was charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering, and transported to Brockton Hospital for evaluation.

5:42 p.m. Pinehurst Avenue resident reports that motor vehicle license plate was stolen. Police report taken.

5:57 p.m. Caller on North Main Street reports that boyfriend took her house keys and stole her meds. Police report and no action needed.

6:03 p.m. Caller reports that a male is lying down in the drive thru lane at the Dunkin Donuts on Torrey Street and is refusing to move until customers give him some change. Police respond and matter settled.

6:13 p.m. Macy Avenue caller reports that black Honda Civic was broken into. Unclear if anything was taken. Police report taken.

6:17 p.m. Larceny of a bicycle on Clark Street. Police report taken.

6:39 p.m. Luis C Mendes, 42, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery. Caller from Bartlett Street reported an alleged fight.
 
8:28 p.m. Amarildo Monteiro, 27, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery. Winthrop Street resident reports that fighting is allegedly happening next door.

8:58 p.m. Female caller from Laureston Street is stating that her ex-boyfriend is allegedly out back and is trying to get in the house. Jose Lugo Sepulveda, 26, of Brockton was charged with threatening to commit a crime.

9:03 p.m. Caller reports in the vicinity of Locust Street that a pizza delivery man was just robbed. Caller states people were in the back of the house when he got out they jumped him and took the money and his car keys. Police report taken.

9:33 p.m. A 1999 brown Ford Taurus station wagon was stolen from Walnut Street at 9 a.m.

9:43 p.m. Larceny investigation of a bathtub from back yard on Market Street. Matter
settled.

11:41 p.m. Rosemary Lopes, 38, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery. Caller reports some type of disturbance in a residence on Milton Street.

6:15 a.m. Report of red 1997 Honda Civic stolen from Blaine Street. Police report taken.

7:54 a.m. Report of a suspicious red cab with white lettering in the vicinity of Newbury Street and West Elm Street. Caller reports seeing the car go up to a child and the child reluctantly got into the vehicle. Caller states that she made the car pull over and got the child out of the car. Driver stated that he was taking his son to school but that there was no other child in the car. The suspect is described as a black male with big bulging eyes and has an accent, 50 to 60 years old and 5’11 to 6’0 tall with short croped black hair and a light moustache with a heavy black coat.
 
 
8:51 a.m. Larceny of a motor vehicle investigation. Blue 1995 Honda Civic stolen in the vicinity of Warren Avenue. The right rear bumper is hanging down and has a Capps Auto sale sticker on it.

10:50 a.m. Crescent Street business reports receiving alleged annoying phone calls form an employee’s girlfriend. Summonsed to appear in court is Rose Chilauskas, 46, of Raynham for annoying telephone calls.

12:01 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at Prospect Street and Cross Street. Police charge Timothy T Tamulevich, 56, of Brockton with trafficking in Heroin/Morphine/Opium and Darlene A Roberts, 39, of Whitman with trafficking in Heroin/Morphine/Opium and failure to stop and yield.

12:40 p.m. Report of stolen patio furniture at the Embassy House Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Police report taken.

1:52 p.m. Report of stolen MacBook taken from a Crescent Street business. Police report taken.

2:39 p.m. Report of 2 juveniles ages 15, shoplifting from Walgreens on Pleasant Street. Police respond and parents and Loss Prevention come to an agreement. Parents will pay for the stolen merchandise(Approx. $30.00) by October 24, 2010(if not they will be verbally trespassed for a year from this Walgreens.

3:22 p.m. B&E at a Wyman Street residence. Report of a laptop stolen. Police report taken and BCI notified.

5:21 p.m. Brockton High School, two citations issued for parking in a handicapped area.

6:10 p.m. Report of a robbery at the Raymond School. Party says that her 12-year-old son's IPOD was stolen by 2 boys. Police report taken.

6:30 p.m. Recovered stolen red Honda from Twelfth Avenue and Appleby Street.
 
 
6:40 p.m. Caller reports on Elliot Street and Brides Place a white Honda Civic with gold rims peeling out and driving crazy on Elliot Street for 20 minutes. Police respond and unfounded.

8:39 p.m. Michael Townsend, 21, of Brockton was charged with armed robbery. A driver allegedly was robbed at gunpoint by 3 blk males in the vicinity of Elmwood Avenue. They allegedly took his money and the keys to the car. All three were wearing blk hoodies and fled on foot up Oneida towards the park. They were originally picked up at Wendy’s.

10:52 p.m. Frankton Avenue residents report larceny of a bicycle. Police report taken.

12:22 a.m. Robbery at business on Christy’s Drive. Caller reports 2 males with unknown weapons, jumped over desk and stole pocket book. Both had faces covered and unknown travel of direction.

1:07 a.m. Thatcher Street and Huntress Avenue motorist report that they hit a deer. Units dispatched and deer found, deceased.

1:47 a.m. Len Kirksey, 46, of Brockton, Phyllis Jackson, 48, of Brockton and Desiree Ellis-Mwangi, 24, of Brockton were charged with armed robbery in connection with allegedly punching a party in the face and robbing them on Main Street.

2:42 a.m. Motor vehicle pursuit on North Montello Street. Paris R Fox, 30, of Brockton was charged with failure to stop/yield, speeding and failure to stop for police.

3:42 a.m. Front door glass of Crossroads Country Store on Crescent Street was completely smashed out allowing any person to enter business. Plymouth County BCI was notified for photos. Police report taken.

7:25 a.m. Malicious damage to mailbox on Taft Avenue. Police report taken.

8:41 a.m. B&E of motor vehicle on North Pearl Street. Caller reports that vehicle was broken into last night and work tools were taken. Police report taken.

9:03 a.m. Code Enforcement issues a $300 ticket to property owner on Pleasant Street.

10:54 a.m. Motor vehicle accident at Main Street and Pleasant Street. Gasner Pierre-Louis, 31, of Brockton was charged with default on a warrant, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and refusing to identify oneself to an officer of the law.

1:29 p.m. Weston Street area reports of males allegedly fighting in the first floor hallway and a white male with a blk shirt allegedly has a gun. Tyler Norton, 18, of Brockton was charged with armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy. Joseph M Carnabuci, 21, of Brockton was charged with armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy. Also charged were two 17-year-olds--one from Brockton and the other from Randolph--both charged with armed robbery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy.

1:54 p.m. Larceny of a motor vehicle plate at Shaws Supermarket on Crescent street. Police report taken.

3:45 p.m. Motor vehicle accident at Main Street and Keith Avenue. Summons to appear in court is Marika L Blue, 22, of Boston for operation of a motor vehicle without a license, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle and attaching plates.

5:08 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk at Hess Oil on Main Street. Reports of male laying in front of the door asking for money. Police respond and matter settled.

6:39 p.m. Disturbance at Hess Oil on Main Street. See above, same male is now harassing customers and Hess would like him removed from the property. Police respond and matter settled.

8:31 p.m. 911 hang up from Dyer Street residence. Police respond and verify that a child was playing with the phone.

9:17 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk in the vicinity of the 200-220 block of North Main Street. Male party is back was breaking beer bottles in the driveway. Police respond and matter settled.

9:55 p.m. Caller from a Raintree Lane residence that someone came into their house and handcuffed him and his girlfriend. Police respond and report taken. Caller met police in the lobby.

11:05 p.m. In the vicinity of Quincy Street and Crescent Street are reports of kids throwing eggs at cars. Police respond and no action needed.

11:21 p.m. In the 200-220 block of North Main Street same person throwing bottles in driveway. Police arrive and settle matter.

11:41 p.m. Christina B Nieves, 23, of Brockton was summonsed on 2 counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. An Arch Street caller reported that a female allegedly beat his mother up who is bleeding from the head. Police and ambulance respond.

12:53 a.m. B&E in progress at a Sycamore Avenue residence. Caller reports that someone just kicked in the door and they saw someone jump over the fence. Caller can't give a description. Police report taken.

2:53 a.m. Vicinity of Tamboo Bistro on Main Street report of larceny of a motor vehicle. 2004 gray Nissan Maxima stolen. Police report taken.

3:46 a.m. Caller on Clarence Street reports they took 8 or 9 pills and is out front in their gray Lincoln Aviator. Police and ambulance respond.

3:50 a.m. Motor vehicle accident with injuries on North Warren Avenue. Caller states numerous cars parked on street and sidewalk and people yelling. Braz A Andrade, 20, of Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and violation of marked lanes.

10:16 a.m. Kevin Brito, 20, of Brockton was charged with violation of an abuse prevention order and local default warrants. Canterbury Arms resident reported that arrestee was allegedly outside her apartment door and texting her.
 
12:27 p.m. Montello Street resident reports that she found 1-year-old and 2-year-old babies wondering in the hallway. States 2-year old is saying “mommy is sleeping.” The resident has been banging on the apartment door for 50 minutes and no one is answering. Caller has the children in her apartment. Have office ring buzzer in front and the caller will let them in. Police respond and file a 51a against the mother.
3:17 p.m. Motor vehicle accident with injuries at 945 Belmont Street. Police, fire and ambulance respond, reports of car on fire. Police report taken.

5:29 p.m. Rosemary Street resident reports that they came home from vacation and found that home was burglarized. Police report taken.

7:16 p.m. Cab driver from Boston at the 800 block of Main Street states that fare ran away with his money. Police respond and arrest a juvenile and charge him with larceny under $250.

7:19 p.m. Caller reports that they were driving on Grove Street by the Dunkin Donuts when an alleged “Road Rage” encounter with a “big white guy with a beard like Kenny Rogers." Caller reports that suspect got out and allegedly hit her pregnant daughter.

7:58 p.m. Caller from Walmart on Oak street reports that their bike was stolen. Police report taken.

8:17 p.m. Caller from Battles Farm Drive reports that her boyfriend allegedly hit her and hit her car. Josue Soto, 23, of Brockton was summoned on assault and battery and malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

8:27 p.m. Report that a red Buick Regal traveling north on Warren Avenue are throwing eggs out the windows and hitting cars. Police respond and nothing found.

6:46 a.m. Larceny of a motor vehicle investigation on Battles Farm Drive. Reports of a 1997 blue Honda Civic has been stolen.
 
8:20 a.m. Malicious damage to a motor vehicle on Sterling Road. Reported that window was smashed and unknown if anything was taken. Police report taken.
