1:12 a.m. Reports of a domestic violence call from Portland Street. Caller reports that 20-year-old son came home and is allegedly beating up his brother. John Sullivan, 20, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
2:22 a.m.. Caller reports he is intoxicated and wants to hurt himself. Calling from a payphone at 111 Legion PKWY and wants to go to the hospital. Police and ambulance respond and patient transported to hospital.
7:05 a.m. Bat Bus terminal, complaints of people sitting on the stairs on the southeast corner of the parking garage. Caller reports they are coming from the clinic and sitting there and customers from the garage are complaining. Police respond and matter settled.
8:24 a.m. Recovered stolen 1996 purple Chevy Cavalier returned. The vehicle was reported missing yesterday from East Ashland Street and when the caller got to work this morning the vehicle was back and no damage to the ignition. The spare key they keep hidden was on the front seat.
9:36 a.m. In the area of 20 Livingston Road are reports of a white female, blonde hair and a yellow sweater working. Police respond and unfounded.
9:50 a.m. Malicious damage to property at the Brockton Public Library-East Branch, 54 Kingman St. Security screen damaged. Police report taken.
10:00 a.m. B&E MV investigation on Norwich Road. Caller reports someone broke a window on their car and went thru the glove compartment. Police report taken.
10:08 a.m. Prostitution call at Emerson Avenue and 770 North Main Street. Moved along and not the same clothing as described earlier at Livingston Road.
10:18 a.m. Unwanted guests at the Dunkin’ Donuts, 587 Main Street. Manager reports 2 females threw a bag of hash browns at an employee and argued with manager. Manager will call police back if they return.
11:07 a.m. Caller reports motor vehicle was broken into and stereo, navigation system and Blue Tooth were stolen. Happened on Spark Street. Police report taken.
11:34 a.m. Larceny in progress at Bank of America, 695 Crescent St. Reports of a male allegedly trying to pass a bad check. John T Velez, 37, of Salem was summonsed for larceny over $250.
12:03 p.m. Oakland Street residence report of a skunk walking around the back yard in circles. Police respond and unfounded.
12:06 p.m. B&E MV investigation, 200 Westgate Drive. Caller reports someone gained entry into their vehicle and stole items out of it. Police report taken.
12:45 p.m. Reports of a large, brown pitbull loose in the area of 39-45 Wyoming Avenue. Police respond and matter settled.
12:45 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk in the vicinity of 59 Centre St. Caller reports an older white male yelled at them and used profanity when they wouldn’t let him have a cigarette. No physical contact. Police respond and search area.
12:57 p.m. Violation of a 209a order. Caller reports her ex-boyfriend-baby’s father allegedly contacted her via cell phone and followed her after leaving court today. Jaemill Horton, 31, of Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.
1:06 p.m. Caller reports in front of North Main Street and Emerson Avenue there is a white female, wearing blue jeans and a maroon hoodie and is there every day and believe she is prostituting. Police respond and matter settled.
1:19 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at Perkins Park. Reports of 2 people fighting. Police respond and matter settled.
1:39 p.m. Belmont Dry Cleaners, 92 Torrey St., reports that a beige Ford hit their fence and left. Police report taken.
1:45 p.m. Unwanted guest at 19 Clinton Ave. Reports of drunk white male who used to live in the building going into the tenants’ apartments. Male party transported to the hospital.
2:02 p.m. Cambo Street resident reports motor vehicle was broken into and ITouch, charger and case stolen. Police report taken.
2:17 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at Perkins Park. Reports of people fighting. Marcus Fritts, 45, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
2:23 p.m. Suspicious activity in the vicinity of Spark Street and Ames Street. Patricia Marie Damaral, 35, of Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee and conspiracy to violate drug laws. Godwin Straker, 23, of Brockton was charged with pay for sexual conduct and possession of a class B drug.
3:04 p.m. B&E investigation at a Turner Street residence. Caller reports residence was broken into and TV stolen. Police report taken.
3:16 p.m. Assault and battery investigation at Perkins Park on North Main Street. Male party was stabbed with a pen. Fire is with party and unknown who did it.
4:56 p.m. B&E investigation at Fortin Drive residence. Party reports home was broken into through the basement. Nobody is there now and they went through the house. Police report taken.
4:59 p.m. Assault and battery investigation on Addison Avenue. Reports of a neighborhood man who allegedly grabbed a 13-yr-old girl by the shoulder and girl hit him and ran. Avanti Williams, 28, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.
5:13 p.m. Malicious damage to car in the lot across form WB Mason, 59 Centre St. Caller reports window was smashed. Police report taken.
5:17 p.m. In the area of Lansdowne Street reports of a loose pitbull in yard and growls when approached. Owner located and dog secured.
5:26 p.m. Caller reports they were allegedly assaulted by another male. Constancio Periera, 49, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
6:18 p.m. Alandale Avenue residents wants it noted for the record their car was broken into, but nothing was stolen. Matter settled.
6:24 p.m. MVA accident outside Good Samaritan Medical Center. Car hit a parked car. Madalena R. Lobo, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for operation of motor vehicle without a license.
8:03 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 165 Spring Street and 28 Newbury Street. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old, charged with carrying a dangerous weapon.
8:23 p.m. Disturbance at an Auburn Street residence. Brett Anderson, 50, of Brockton was charged with assault.
8:32 p.m. Disturbance at Hess Gas Station, 261 North Main St. Reports of a male pan-handling and claiming to be HIV positive. Police respond and send party along.
9:51 p.m. B&E in progress at 29 Libby Street. Caller left the office and forgot something and went back and heard somebody inside. Police respond and charge 4 persons ages 15,17,18, and 19 each with felony B&E building at nighttime and trespassing. No names were given in the log.
