5:24 a.m. MV accident at 303 North Pearl St. Two cars involved. Police report taken.
7:51 a.m. MV accident at 56 Perkins Ave. and 226 Clinton St. Child in back seat is injured. Police report taken and ambulance respond.
8:13 a.m. B&E Motor vehicle at West Chestnut Street. No damage to car and nothing taken. Suspect left keys and a remote on seat. Police report taken.
8:33 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on Myrtle Street. Caller reports damage to car. Police report taken.
9:02 a.m. Larceny of a motor vehicle plate on Oak Street. Two plates taken. Police report taken.
11:04 a.m. Stalking call from Rockland Avenue residence. Caller reports grandson allegedly left messages that he was going to kill his grandparents and steal a shotgun and kill police when they go after him. Carmen Polito, 28, of Boston was summonsed for stalking, intimidation of a witness and two counts of threatening to commit a crime.
2:08 p.m. Malicious damage to property at North Quincy Street. Damage to pool. Police report taken.
3:24 p.m. Larceny investigation at Sylvan Street. Took Fence. Police report taken.
3:48 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at Hunt Street. Reports of males fist fighting out front. Police respond and find 5-year-old kids playing.
3:53 p.m. Natalie Anderson, 23, of Peabody was summonsed for larceny by check over $250.
4:30 p.m. Eastern Bank, 1300 Belmont St. reports every night between the hours of midnight to 6 a.m. there is a man sleeping in the ATM vestibule, if police could take notice.
5:23 p.m. Disturbance at Winthrop Street. Caller reports a male is screaming at a female and thinks it’s around 18 Winthrop Street. Police report taken.
5:56 p.m. Larceny investigation at a Tremont Street apartment. Resident wants to report fraudulent activity on their credit card. Police report taken.
6:16 p.m. MV accident at 864 North Montello St. Two vehicles involved and police report taken.
6:33 p.m. Coralla Road caller reports a man is out front allegedly beating people up. Richard Loveday, 56, of Avon was summonsed for assault and battery.
6:35 p.m. Assault and battery in progress at Marshall’s, 200 Westgate Dr.Reports of a big fight in the parking lot. Victoria W. McFadden, 18, of Brockton was charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. Also charged was Ciana D. Tyler, 20, of Brockton with trespassing, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.
6:40 p.m. Tonya Taylor, 45, of Brockton was summonsed for identity fraud.
9:27 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at 200 Westgate Dr. Male reports while at the mall his baby’s momma and her girlfriend jumped him.
10:00 p.m. Larceny investigation at an Ash Street residence. Caller reports their IPod and numerous other items were taken. Police report taken.
11:41 p.m. Davids Street apartment caller reports a woman is allegedly being beat up by her boyfriend. Shafoni Barros, 35, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest. Lloyd A. Christie, 27, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
