1:14 a.m. Alarm audible in the vicinity of 43 Eleventh Ave. Caller states car alarm just went off and when they went outside the door was open but nothing is missing. Now they can hear another alarm going off in the area. Carlos Jorge Monteiro, 19, 137 Nilsson St., Apt. #2nd, Brockton was charged with felony B&E vehicle/boat night time. Admilson Timas, 20, 20 Loucraft Ave., Apt. #1, Brockton was charged with felony B&E vehicle/boat night time and resisting arrest.

2:41 a.m. B&E investigation at 770 North Montello St. Caller states someone broke into his apartment and they broke in from the back door.

4:55 a.m. B&E attempt at 308 Arthur Paquin Way. Caller reports 2 Cape Verdean males both with long hair trying to push his 1998 red Honda Civic. When he came out they ran through the projects toward North Warren Ave. Ignition damage and police report taken.

7:05 a.m. Domestic violence call at 33 Falmouth Ave. Caller states she is in bathroom and her husband allegedly will not let her out. States he has not physically harmed her yet, but that she is afraid and their child is sick. He wants to go to NY and she has to leave for work. David Wilson, 33, 33 Falmouth Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:15 a.m. Code enforcement at 168 Newbury St. Reported the building is collapsing. It’s the 3-bay garage to the rear and the electricity feeds the main house via the garage from the rear. They have been instructed by the building department to get an electrician to do something with the power and get the building taken down. Lots of kids in the neighborhood and children's toys around the garage.

1:29 p.m. Larceny investigation at M&M Seafood, 1124 Main St. Pablo Hernandez, 23, 54 North Main St., Brockton was summonsed for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

5:34 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 33 Lenox St. & 579 Pleasant St. Ashley Ann Moulton, 19, 10 Carrol Ave., Brockton was charged with operating M/V with license suspended, registration sticker missing and conspiracy to violate drug law.
Arcelino S. Silva, 22, 19 Westhaven Drive, Brockton was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law. John A. Nota, 56, 53 Rochelle St., Apt. #A, Brockton was charged with conspiracy to violate drug law.

6:40 p.m. Threats see the complainant at West Acres Nursing Home & Rehabilitation, 804 Pleasant St. Caller came into the lobby to report threats to allegedly assault her made via text messages from an ex-friend. Joelle Marie Samy, 24, 46 West Chestnut St., Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

8:06 p.m. Robbery at City Gas & Service, 736 North Main St. Caller just called back and stated he was robbed. He was robbed before he made the first call but got scared and said nothing was wrong. Two Black males came in--one with a gun--and they took all the money. One was wearing a blue sweater and had a blue mask. The caller was put on the floor and doesn't know how the parties fled.

9:09 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Risa M. Newell, 43, 99 Elm St., Halifax was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

9:28 p.m. Rape investigation. Caller states her 17-year-old foster daughter just came home and said she was sexually assaulted by a group of 8 males. Unknown address of where it happened.

10:17 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 111 West Elm St. & 56 Goddard Road. John E. Billings, 57, 26 Page St., Avon was charged with OUI liquor 2nd offense, possession Class B drug, marked lanes violation and possession open container of alcohol.
