12:05 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. Morabeza Club, 581 Main St. Caller reports her boyfriend allegedly stole her blue3, 2006 Honda Civic. Victor Barbosa, 23, of 87 Dakota St., Boston was charged with larceny of M/V, A&B, leaving the scene of property damage.

2:46 a.m. M/V accident. 925 Centre St. Jose D. Rivera, 30, of 511 Thayer St., Abington was charged with OUI liquor, reckless operation of M/V, and marked lanes violation.

4:35 a.m. 911 unknown emergency. 80 Ash St. & 47 Sycamore Ave. Caller reports a female was screaming and trying to lock herself in the car and boyfriend allegedly was breaking the windows. John Butler, 26, of 82 Ash St., Brockton was charged with malicious damage to M/V.

9:40 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. DJI DJI’s Hair Styling, 821 N. Main St. Four shots to the glass door. Report taken.

10:16 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. 31 Fuller St. Caller reports boyfriend allegedly punched her in the face on N. Arlington St., on Tuesday. Also, caller reports she suspects he slashed the tires on her vehicle last night and is allegedly now making threats to kill her. Willie B. Rutledge, 43, 102 Norton St., Apt. 1, Boston was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, A&B, and threat to commit crime.

1:20 p.m. Shoplifting. Macy’s, 200 Westgate Dr. Macy’s security is chasing a white female with dark hair on Campanelli towards Oak Street. Krystle Estella Dorosz, 24, of 25 Bennett St., Brockton was charged with larceny over $250 and common & notorious theft.

1:31 p.m. Domestic violence call. 67 Woodland Ave. Caller reports her child’s father allegedly starting punching her in the head from the back seat of the car. Nelson Correia Mendes, 25, of 67 Woodland Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:31 p.m. Shoplifting. Sears, 200 Westgate Dr. One alleged male shoplifter running off through parking lot toward D.W. Field Park. Suspect located on Colonel Bell Drive. Michael Joseph Nehiley, 39, of 170 Alger St., Brockton was charged with three counts of larceny over $250.

5:17 p.m. Larceny investigation. 70 Benham St. Caller reports his neighbor allegedly stole his $1,600 electric tricycle and has it covered in the yard. Police report the bike was recovered from behind a shed at 78 Benham St. Bike was returned to owner. Bike is missing seat and has been disassembled.

6:11 p.m. Missing person. E. Chestnut Street. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old. Child in need of services.

8:05 p.m. Injured animal. 173 Arthur Paquin Way. Caller found a dove. It is covered in oil and seems to have a broken leg.

9:18 p.m. Larceny of M/V. Saab’s Food Mart, 1280 Main St. Caller reports some people allegedly took a black male out of a black Dodge Avenger and stole the car. Caller states they asked him for a ride to Quincy and they took the M/V. Edward Pyne, 28, of 14 Grasshopper Lane, Plymouth was charged with larceny of a M/V and A&B. Andrea B. Freitas, 32, of 14 Grasshopper Lane, Plymouth was charged with larceny of a M/V.

10:05 p.m. Malicious damage of M/V. 27 Olive St. Someone just flattened the tires and threw a rock at his daughter’s M/V. BCI notified. No suspect at this time.
