12:02 a.m. M/V accident with injuries. D.W. Field Golf Course, 331 Oak St. Car tried to take off from State Trooper and rolled over.

8:23 a.m. Larceny investigation. 221 Oak St. See caller in office at Fairway Oaks. The money machine for laundry in building 4 has been stolen.

8:41 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. 36 Pontiac Road. Caller states blowup Xmas decorations depicting a snow globe and turkey were sliced up and shredded.

8:44 a.m. Disturbance. Dunkin’ Donuts, 748 N. Main St. Female inside on drugs throwing things around and pasting out. Ambulance sent. Female refused medical attention. She tried to walk away, but fell. Ambulance returns and woman transported to Good Samaritan Medical Center.

9:16 a.m. Larceny investigation. 151 Drew Ave. Reindeer decorations stolen from her front steps.

9:29 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. King’s Wear Clothing, 280 Main St. Caller states they are 2 businesses on Main Street that had the windows broken out. Store owner couldn’t be reached. Guardian Angels said they would stand by until they open at 10 a.m. As of 10:10 no one there.

10:59 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Rod’s Pizzeria, 567 N. Main St. Front door smashed sometime during the night.

11:21 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 17 Lookoff St. Three cars were ransacked. Cash, change and spare keys to the house were taken.

11:45 a.m. M/V stop. 126 Court St. & 63 Commercial St. Joel S. Pierre-Louis, 24, of 16 Whitfield St., Dorchester was arrested and charged with operating M/V with suspended license, failure to stop/yield and no inspection sticker.

12:16 p.m. A&B investigate. 195 Westgate Dr. Male party is allegedly assaulting female party in the parking lot of the Westgate Hotel. They are near a white car and the male just forced the woman into the car and took off. Caller was also threatened by this party and wants to report it. Second call reports the male from fight is back. Arrested were: Samuel L. Whiteside, 28, of 38 Greenwood St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B and threat to commit crime and Catrina M. Rogers, 20, of 9 Greenwood St., Apt. 2, Dorchester was charged with foreign warrant.

12:58 p.m. Domestic violence call. 41 Field St., Apt. 1. Caller states she was visiting her baby’s father and an argument began because father was refusing to give caller’s 1-year-old son back. Desmond Morales, 21, of 41 Field St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B. Jolyssa Rodriguez-Rivera, 22, of 6 Carleton St., Apt. 2R, Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:14 p.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. American Check Cashing, 500 Main St. A Hispanic man who stands about 6-foot, 1-inches tall and weighing about 230 pounds may have a counterfeit check for $1,995. Police stay less than 10 minutes. Matter settled.

1:37 p.m. B&E investigate. 588 Main St., Apt. 2. Broken window. Jewelry and documents taken. Language barrier.

1:46 p.m. Larceny investigation. 74 Oak St. Laptop and money stolen from her house.

3:36 p.m. Gunshots call. 216 Grafton St. Caller states a gray Toyota Camry heading toward Menlo. Has casing that was in the street. Unknown if there is a victim. Hot sheet. Casing and paint from rear bumper recovered. Video surveillance of firearm discharge and cell phone battery cover. Second vehicle appeared to be an older model white two-door sedan—possibly a Mercury Cougar.

3:46 p.m. B&E investigate. 95 Grafton St. Kicked in window at back and rock thrown through basement window.

3:56 p.m. Domestic violence call. 326 Jon Dr. Whole family outside fighting at above. At least 5 people hitting and yelling at each other. Second call from neighbor states male party is bleeding. Father and son arrested in incident. Benjamin H. Alexander Jr., 21, and Benjamin Alexander, 58, both of 326 Jon Dr., were charged with A&B.

4:24 p.m. Recovered stolen M/V. 237 Southfield Dr. Chevy Blazer in front of above.

4:45 p.m. Parking violation. Stop & Shop, 701 Belmont St. Black Mercedes parked in handicapped spot. No placard. Manager states driver told another party who has a handicapped placard to shut up and mind her own business when she asked her to move. Officer spoke to Mercedes driver who did have a placard in the vehicle. Informed her where to place placard in future.

6:49 p.m. Robbery. Saab’s FoodMart, 1280 main St. Male party went in with a mask and a gun. Unknown if he is still in the store.

8:09 p.m. Larceny of M/V. New Life Temple, 15 Nilsson St. Caller left car running and unlocked in the driveway and someone stole it. Car is a white Buick. Vehicle heading south on Main. Second call states as he was following the Buick it crashed near 18 Perkins St. Male is friend of owner.

8:38 p.m. Domestic violence call. 55 Packard Way. Robert C. Kaplan, 57, of 55 Packard Way, Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B.

10:16 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. 256 Arthur Paquin Way. Caller alleges a silver, Honda SUV has people in it smoking drugs. Reports this is an ongoing problem. Omar Cornier, 26, of 49 Taber Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug.

10:26 p.m. M/V accident with injuries. 40 Willey St. Car flipped over on lawn. Crash report done as well as court complaint.

11:10 p.m. M/V stop. 971 N. Main St. John Celestin, 34, of 49 Highland Glenn Dr., Randolph was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, possession of open container of alcohol in M/V.

11:59 p.m. Gunshots call. 56 Fuller St. Male party just showed up at the caller’s door and male party is full of blood. Incident happened at 68 Fuller St., first floor. Caller climbed out the window and roommate is still in the apartment. States 5black males came in with guns. State Police found victim at 56 Fuller St. An officer is making entry at 68 Fuller St. Follow up to be conducted by detective.
