12:31 a.m. Disturbance by a family. Faxon St. Brother pushed mother and ran out the door. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old for A&B.

8:03 a.m. B&E M/V investigated. 15 Saunders St.

8:13 a.m. Domestic violence call. Brian Drive. Female caller states her brother is allegedly acting like an animal, refusing to go to school, pushing the mother, and her mother wants him out. Juvenile arrest of 15-year-old for two counts of A&B.

8:34 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. Brockton PD, 7 Commercial St. Caller is in a silver Lexus with a male party who has been stabbed in the hand and passed out. Officers respond to 979 N. Main St.

10:44 a.m. B&E investigate. 692 N. Cary St. B&E to the new house under construction.

11:45 a.m. B&E investigate. 16 Foothill Road. B&E to above. BCI notified.

11:49 a.m. Runaway investigation. Leach Avenue. Juvenile arrest of 15-year-old. Child in need of services.

1:15 p.m. B&E investigate. 501 N. Warren Ave. B&E to vacant building. Copper stolen.

1:40 p.m. Shoplifting. Walmart, 700 Oak St. Male shoplifter allegedly giving worker a hard time. John M. Collier, 57, of 228 E. Spring St., Avon was charged with shoplifting.

3:14 p.m. A&B in progress. 242 Green St. Kids fighting in the road. Crowd dispersed. No one wants to talk to the police.

3:15 p.m. Overdose. Linwood Street. Caller states his girlfriend has overdosed on Klonopin and Advil PM.

3:46 p.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. 115 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. 22. 1999 red Ford Escort Sedan stolen. Hot sheet.

5:03 p.m. Disturbance. Melrose Cemetery, 88 N. Pearl St. Caller reports group of teens in the rear of the cemetery playing loud music, possibly drinking and have a small bonfire. Matter settled.

8:11 p.m. Shoplifting. Walmart, 700 Oak St. Security reports a white female with long curly hair is allegedly pushing a shopping cart around the store. In the cart is a large trash bag and the woman is placing items in it. She is still in store. Lisa Matthews, 42, of 33 W. Elm St., Brockton was charged with shoplifting by asportation.

10:50 p.m. B&E investigate. Bixby Building. 106 Main St., Apt. 203. Two males broke into the community room and fled out the front door. This happened about 20 minutes ago.

11:20 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. 81 Warren Ave. William Baptiste, 44, of 38 Ellsworth Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with trespass and disorderly conduct.

11:58 p.m. 217 Sawtell Ave. Female is on the line stating the house has been “shot up.” She is in the bedroom with her fiancĂ© and two children. States no one has been injured. Caller states she believes it is related to the killing of her son James Ortiz. Neighbor states she heard about 5 shots then a M/V race off. A firearm was recovered by detectives from in front of 83 Alden St. Possibly used in shooting.
