9:37 a.m. Larceny in progress at 7-11 Store, 411 Pleasant St. Originally came in as a 911 open line. Spoke with owner and a party came in with a female came into store and started helping themselves to coffee, sandwiches and stuffing their pockets with candy. Caller told them they had to pay and a black male stated " You know who I am" in a threatening voice. They walked out and left in a Ford Taurus. Under investigation.

12:22 p.m. Code enforcement at 17 West Ashland St. Owner was notified by Board of Health to remove the car in 72 hours on October 11th and they didn't. Cars towed and confiscated RI plate.

1:22 p.m. Code enforcement at Pentacostal, 225 Crescent St. Illegal dumping caught on the surveillance tapes.

1:43 p.m. Overdose at a Warren Avenue residence. Possible heroin overdose. Ambulance sent.

2:43 p.m. Code enforcement at Tekoah Club, 34 Petronelli Way. Front door wide open and unlocked. Building department notified. Will stand by until they arrive to secure. Last week when they secured it a man ran out the side door. Don't want to trap anyone inside. Someone is stripping the ornamental brass railing from the building. Witnesses have seen the "Skinny homeless guy" that has the sign "Will work for food" coming out of the building in the past couple of days.

2:49 p.m. Violation of 209A order at 36 Nessralla Drive. Matthew Freeman, 26, 39 Oak St., Taunton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.

4:11 p.m. M/V accident with injuries at 973 Main St. Marc G. Durand, 23, 56 Fuller St., Brockton was summonsed for uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.

5:00 p.m. Code enforcement at 38 Clinton St. Reported men working on cars right now. Four or 5 cars being worked on. These cars were 72-hr tagged a couple of weeks ago and the mayor’s office called after the people complained when they got a courtesy tag about the 5 unregistered cars and asked for a few days. It’s been over a week and they are now all up on jacks and in various states of repair. A very loud compressor with professional impact guns are being used causing a serious problem for the neighbors. Told to stop and code enforcement would be removing them in the morning for violation of the city ordinance. They allegedly told me, "Go ahead we will beat it and you will pay. All you do is pick on us." Not sure if that was a threat or not. Guess will have to see. Will be removing the cars in the a.m. if they are unregistered and non-operational.

5:05 p.m. Malicious damage in progress at 741 Warren Ave. Caller is in a Dodge Neon and states someone shot something at window and hit him in the leg. Ambulance sent. Second call from fire and ambulance believes injury from a BB gun.

7:23 p.m. Assault & Battery with D/W at 51 Burdett Road. 12-year-old shot with BB gun.
Guy Dubusson, 19, 170 Highland St., Apt. #218, Taunton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon. Dylan D. Fontes, 19, 137 Florence St., Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon. Christopher A. Fontes, 20, 78 Grove St., Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon. Jonathan Correira, 19, 4 Hill Place, Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon.

8:04 p.m. Assault & Battery investigation at Tedeschi Food Shop, 563 Centre St. Caller is the store clerk and states a 14-year-old boy just came in covered in blood. Child stated several teenagers beat him up.

10:26 p.m. Police officer has prisoner. Kelly Isgur, 36, 27 Ellsworth St., Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.
