1:35 a.m. B&E investigate. 60 W. Chestnut St. Entry through front door. House ransacked. Multiple items missing.

6:58 a.m. Domestic violence call. 163 Market St., Apt. 1. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly woke her up then punched her in the face, punched her everywhere, threw her to the ground and kicked her. She said they had a problem last night. She was told to leave the apartment, which she did. Caller is now in a m/v and boyfriend is allegedly pushing the vehicle with a van. Boyfriend has fled scene. BCI notified for photos of victim. Steven S. Forde, 42, of 163 Market St., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon—shod foot, and A&B.

8:56 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Brockton Council on Aging. 10 Father Kenney Way. Side of shed in the parking lot has been kicked in. BCI notified.

10:38 a.m. B&E investigate. 14 Weston St. Came in through window. Radiators taken.

11:51 a.m. M/V stop. 35 Hereford St. & 78 Pleasant St. James Conlon, 32, of 223 Chatham West Dr., Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V, operating M/V with registration suspended, and no inspection sticker.

12:06 p.m. Assist fire or ambulance. Keith School. 175 Warren Ave. Nathan Manuel-Jackson, 17, of 41 N. Manchester St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property under $250.

1:08 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 82 Vesey St. Caller stated she was allegedly assaulted by her boyfriend yesterday and she would like to obtain her belongings from above. Terrance Terrell Milton, 28, of 82 Vesey St., Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

3:15 p.m. A&B in progress. Lithuanian Village Café. 128 Ames St. Three white males in parking lot of the Lit fighting. Police respond. Matter settled.

3:30 p.m. Larceny investigation. 92 Vine St. Larceny of fire wood from yard.

3:51 p.m. Animal complaint. 826 N. Main St. & 1 Oak St. Caller states his 84-year-old mother was bitten by a brindle pitbull. The pitbull was accompanied by two black males wearing black hooded sweatshirts. Happened in the HarborOne parking lot about 30 minutes ago. Mother is en route to Brockton Hospital ER.

3:55 p.m. Domestic violence call. 200 Warren Ave., Apt. 1 Caller states her husband allegedly hit her with the butt end of his BB gun and has her trapped in a corner. Franklin John Pina, 61, of 200 Warren Ave., was charged with A&B.

4:03 p.m. Injured animal. 63 Oak St. Dog hit by car. Is suffering.

4:13 p.m. Animal complaint. 74 Oak St. State Police with an injured dog in the street.

5:51 p.m. A&B in progress. Stop & Shop. 932 N. Montello St. Two male customers fighting in the gas station. Matter settled.

6:06 p.m. Larceny investigation. Family Dollar Store. 222 E. Ashland St. Caller states a Hispanic male stole tow DVD players. Believes the man then went to Shoe City Tavern or the Lit. Under investigation.

6:43 p.m. Road rage. 842 Oak St. & 1 Reservoir St. Caller left work at the Foxy Lady and two white females followed her. They got out of their car and began hitting and spitting on the caller’s car. They made several threats, stating they know her, where she works and she is dead.

6:51 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 107 Myrtle St., Apt. 2. Caller’s ex-boyfriend was just there and allegedly slapped her. He has fled on a bike. Antonio Cruz Gomes, 26, of 154 N. Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B and threat to commit crime.

7:12 p.m. Suspicious activity. 197 N. Main St. Robert Battistone, 43, of 99 Crickett Road, Brockton was arrested on two default warrants.

9:20 p.m. Larceny investigation. 962 N. Main St., Apt. 1. Caller states Apple MacBook, percocets. Oxycodone, and Xanex stolen from her house. Suspects family member.

10:09 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 15 Montello St. & 92 Franklin St. Luther M. Debarros, 29, of 789 Warren Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with subsequent possession to distribute of a Class B drug, obstructed/non-transparent window and subsequent possession of a Class B drug.
