12:10 a.m. B&E attempted. 280 Main St. Men’s King Clothing. Male wearing gray hoodie tried to get in. Front glass break. No key holder at this time.

1:13 a.m. B&E in progress. 300 N. Montello St. Caller heard a loud bang. Side door to building is now open. Two males dressed in black. One is on a bike and went down alleyway to side of building. Thomas Christopher Feeley, 19, of 45 Martland Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with felony breaking and entering a building at nighttime, larceny from a building, larceny over $250 and conspiracy.

2:38 a.m. A&B investigate. 528 Main St. Female caller states a Hispanic male is banging on door stating he was assaulted. Car sent. Drunk male had stitches in his eyebrow 2 weeks ago and now wants a ride to get them taken out.

7:14 a.m. B&E investigate. 139 Manley St. Company’s trailer was broken into. Tools and computers stolen. BCI notified.

7:30 a.m. B&E M/V investigated. 45 Fulton St., Apt. 1. Someone broke into his M/V. Stole stereo. Couple of tools left behind.

8:10 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 102 Algonquin St. Car damaged over the night time.

8:39 a.m. B&E in progress. 62 Market St. Caller reports a black male allegedly entered a neighbor’s house by the back window. Man is wearing all black. Robert Mangrum, 44, of 1022 Warren Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with felony B&E building in daytime.

11:22 a.m. B&E investigate. 52 Custer St. Mountain bike stolen. BCI notified.

12:35 p.m. A&B in progress. Keith School, 175 Warren Ave. Two students fighting and they can’t keep them apart. They’re on the 3rd floor. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old for A&B.

1:02 p.m. B&E in progress. 761 Summer St. Homeowner is chasing people who broke into his house. Caller reports two black males in their 20s, both about 5-foot, 10 inches tall were allegedly in his home stealing stuff. They fled on foot heading east. One is carrying a white WII box. David M. Rocha, 28, of 590 Pleasant St., Brockton was charged with two counts of felony B&E building in the daytime, felony B&E building in the daytime—person in fear, felony B&E vehicle/boat in the daytime, armed assault in dwelling, A&B, and two counts of malicious destruction of property over $250.

1:11 p.m. Sex offenses. Forest Avenue. Caller stated a cousin was allegedly touching her. Francisco R. Andrade, 60, of 533 Main St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with 3 counts of indecent A&B on a person 14 or over.

1:16 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 17 Addison Ave. B&E to M/V.

1:18 p.m. B&E investigate. 65 Overton St. Caller came home to find the house broken into.

1:29 p.m. B&E investigate. 637 Summer St. B&E to home. Same suspects that broke into 761 Summer St.

3:37 p.m. B&E investigate. 15 Grove St., Apt. 1. Front door was kicked in. Lap top, watch and game system taken.

4:09 p.m. B&E investigate. 337 N. Cary St. Caller just came home and found the window broken. TV is gone.

5:05 p.m. Larceny investigation. AT&T Store, 641 Pleasant St. Caller states a male walked into the store ripped three demo phones off the wall and walked out.

5:13 p.m. Narcotics investigation. Jiffy Lube, 1915 Main St. Nicole Duff, 29, of 28 Clifford Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee and possession of Class B drug. Joseph McGrath, 48, of 155 Satucket Trail, Bridgewater was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

5:55 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Burger King, 606 Belmont St. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old for trespass and disturbing the peace.

6:38 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 17 Arlington St. Caller states his friend is drunk, on drugs and is fighting with everybody in the house. Officer injured right elbow during a struggle with a suicidal party.

7:43 p.m. Suicide attempted. Grove Street. Caller reports 16-year-old niece has a knife and is cutting herself. She is in the bathroom and yelling in the background she wants to die.

8:16 p.m. Fire, structure. 680 Ash St. Detached garage on fire. Extinguished.

8:33 p.m. Suspicious M/V. 55 Arthur St. & 14 Intervale St. Arrests made. Nicko J. Stracqualursi, 22, of 23 Dondi Road, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class B drug. Patrick J. Buckley, 35, of 41 Hovendon Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class D drug.

9:04 p.m. Larceny investigation. Dorn Davies Senior Center, 1380 Main St., Apt. 205B. Caller states her son allegedly stole her prescription meds. Prisoner taken to Brockton Hospital ER. Officer is there on a watch. Steven Langley, 37, of 26 Lilly Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with larceny of drug and possession of Class E drug.

11:48 p.m. Overdose. Endicott Street. 30-year-old overdosing on meds. Mother states he will probably refuse to go to hospital.
