12:15 a.m. Threats see the complainant. Brockton PD, 7 Commercial St. Roy Lloyd Jr., 36, of 10 Brick Road, Apt. 30, Mansfield was charged with two counts of threat to commit crime.

1:02 a.m. Gunshots call. 1069 Main St. & 17 E. Chestnut St. Male party stating on line his friend was just shot in the leg at above location. Refused to provide any further information. Camilo Pina shot twice after leaving Club Emi Safari.

4:42 a.m. Fire structure. 167 Pine Grove Dr. Maintenance reports smoke inside above location. Cannot find source. Brockton FD responding. Burned scented candle found on kitchen counter.

5:39 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 139 Pine Grove Dr. Caller reports her 2003 red Infiniti has had the rear window and car roof kicked in. BCI called for pictures of damage to M/V. Suspect is a 23-year-old male who allegedly called vehicle’s owner a total of 41 times between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m.

8:19 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigated. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Second gunshot victim in ER.

8:23 a.m. B&E investigate. Matta’s Garage. 77 N. Main St. Cash draw taken. Safe broken into.

8:33 a.m. Code enforcement. 47 Allen St. Officer reports the back, 3rd floor porch is rotting out and someone is going to fall through it. The second means of egress/exit is blocked on the 3rd floor by trash and debris. Officer describes 3rd floor apartment as “pigsty” and states there is dog feces and garbage all over the place. Officer notes police arrested a party for domestic violence Thursday and there was a child involved. Another officer filed a 51-A form to child services concerning neglect and suffering because of the living conditions.

9:23 a.m. B&E investigate. 377 Battles Farm Dr. Caller states she came home around 5 a.m. this morning and found her front door was kicked in.

9:26 a.m. Code enforcement. 272 Main St. Follow up on threats to the parking attendant. Two applications for complaint filed for threatening the parking control officer on Main Street.

10:33 a.m. Disturbance. 379 Ash St. Parties on 2nd floor porch threw down recycle bottles which landed in street and struck this cruiser. Parties were spoken to and they came down and picked them up.

11:53 a.m. Rape investigation. Colonel Bell Drive. A woman stated she was allegedly raped by several males. John Lima Jr., 39, of 246 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. D, Brockton was charged with rape.

12:19 p.m. Larceny investigation. 25 Belmont St. & 240 Main St. Caller states she allegedly found her stolen watch at Ideal Pawn.

12:54 p.m. Code enforcement. 19 Exchange St. Officer reports 2 tractor trailers, 2 flat bed trucks, a car, and a homemade trailer along with 12 to 14 truck tires have been abandoned on city property. Officer states he will need 6 “next in-lines,” or tows. Notes 4 of those tows will have to be Lynch’s heavy duty trucks for the flat bed trailers and tractors. The car and the homemade trailer can be any next in line.
Request OK’d per Sgt. Officer reports all vehicles towed on party who was parking them there. Party has been told, officer continues, that he is trespassing and there is no parking on City of Brockton property that he has made into his own trucking yard.

4:49 p.m. Domestic violence call. BAT Bus Terminal, 10 Commercial St. John Antos, 31, of 842 Washington St., Apt. 210, Boston was charged with A&B.

5:00 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 12 Sawtell Ave., Apt. 1. Caller states a black male wearing all black set off the car alarm while trying to break in. States male fled on foot toward Ames Street. Mirror is broken.

5:14 p.m. B&E M/V. 200 Westgate Dr. Victim reports his 1999 Ford F150 pickup was broken into and GPS was stolen while parked at the Westgate Mall.

5:18 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. Main St. & Pleasant. Caller reports she was just allegedly beat up by her ex-boyfriend. He has left the area on foot. Charles Dean Warren, 45, 0f 45 Goddard Road, Apt. 312, Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:30 p.m. Larceny investigation. 43 Merritt Ave. An unregistered motorcycle, a quad, a go-cart, and a bicycle stolen from the yard.

6:49 p.m. Larceny investigation. Toys R Us, 105 Campanelli Dr. Caller states her daughter was shopping at above location and someone snatched her purse from her shopping cart. Report taken.

6:50 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. Female on the line crying hysterically and saying something about a little boy? Maybe a domestic violence? The little boy is her boyfriend’s 23-year-old son and he came after her. Hector Danilo Salinas Sagbay, 23, of 76 Harvard St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B and aggravated rape.

7:12 p.m. Fire, vehicle. Best Buy, 200 Westgate Dr. Car on fire outside Best Buy. Brockton FD sent. Extinguished.

10:05 p.m. Robbery investigation. Walgreens, 880 N. Montello St. Caller is an assistant manager at Walgreens who states a white female came and pulled a needle out and robbed his main cashier.

10:13 p.m. Rape investigation. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. See registered nurse in ER who requests BCI for photos of physical injuries.

10:22 p.m. Robbery. Salvation Army, 87 Westgate Dr. Two white males—both with guns—and wearing all black and black masks took the deposit. One ran to back of the building. The other ran to the front. Both are on foot. Second caller states it was a $7,000 deposit.
