1:05 a.m. Gun shots call. 9 Sylvester St. Two shots. Caller states there is a house party in the area. He states he saw one male running on Hunt Street toward Court Street, but is not sure he is the one that shot the gun. Six cruisers respond. Could not locate.

1:30 a.m. Violation of a 209a order. ENT Specialist. 35 Pearl St., Apt. 200. Caller states that David Folkins allegedly has violated the 209a order she has against him earlier today at the doctor’s office at the above address. David J. Folkins, Jr., 43, of 59 Bigelow Ave., Rockland was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

1:51 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Max’s Blues CafĂ©. 68 Field St. Someone just threw rocks at windows and busted them.

4:31 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Super 8. 385 Westgate Dr. Manager reports a male party in the lobby keeps arguing with them and won’t leave. States he had an argument with a female in room 123. $14 returned to male party. Male and female were transported to Green and Warren Avenue.

7:16 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Fierce Fashion. 278 Main St. States the front glass window to her business has been broken.

8:49 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. 28 Porter St. Caller reports has a car stolen from the yard. The car was towed to Everett’s and junked. Jose Herpin, 49, of 9 Division St., Brockton was charged with receiving a stolen M/V.

9:07 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 1135 Main St. Apt. 2F. Three tires slashed.

9:23 a.m. A&B in progress. 21 Exchange St., Apt. 2. Caller reports she can hear a female that is pregnant allegedly being assaulted by a male party. Caller states the female tried to get out of the house, but he shut the door stopping her from leaving. Caller states the male allegedly just got out of jail. More than 5 cruisers responded. No charges. Report taken.

10:35 a.m. M/V stop. 9 Bouve Ave. Manny Joseph Desousa, 29, of 221 Menlo St., Brockton was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of M/V and possession of Class B drug.

10:41 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Sunrise Calling Card Tax Shop. 374 Main St. Damage to store front door for the second time.

10:46 a.m. Keep the peace. Bernard Circle. See complainant in PD lobby. States her 14-year-old daughter is at the above location with her boyfriend. Daughter never came home. See lobby officer for further info. Fourteen-year-old was located at above and placed under arrest based upon a previous incident.

10:59 a.m. Code enforcement. 26 Sheridan St. Party at the above location is blowing leaves in the street. Ongoing issue.

11:00 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Elsie Fashion World. 515 N. Main St. Broken windows.

11:12 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. 23 Glenwood St. Front windshield and rear window smashed.

11:26 a.m. M/V pursuit. 244 Pine Grove Dr. Citation issued. Marijuana destroyed in BCI. Trevell Starks, 29, of 256 Ames St., Brockton was arrested and charged with operating a M/V with license suspended, subsequent offense, disturbing the peace, trespass, resisting arrest, failure to stop for police, and marked lanes violation.

11:51 a.m. Assault investigate. Davis Commons. 165 Carl Ave. Caller is an 11-year-old boy who states the older kids from the gangs are sending younger kids to hit him. Caller states that one tried to attackhim so he pulled a knife out on them and called 911 which made them leave. Caller knows where they went and will show officer. Officer spoke to the caller and all the kids involved. It appears the caller is causing problems for the other children. I will go back and speak to management about this issue.

1:03 p.m. Animal control—dog complaint. 31 Milton St. Caller states she and her dog were just attacked by a loose pitbull. Caller has the pitbull there. Caller refused medical attention.

1:54 p.m. Check abandoned building. 62 Malvern Road. Caller states above abandoned property has been left open and she can see creatures going in and out. Officer reports house is open, numerous windows and doors broken, copper pipes being stolen along with anything else left in the home. Shut off water, heat and electricity. Will contact code enforcement, board of health and building department.

4:11 p.m. Suspicious activity. 34 Hamilton St., Apt. 2. Neighbor reports after hours parties at the above location for the last 3 weekends, except last night. Also, possibly drug dealing in the back parking lot. Caller states house is unoccupied at this time. Assessor’s office shows building is bank owned by Wells Fargo. Officer states a former tenant was spoken to about situation last week. Officer will attempt to contact him to tell him to knock it off. Officer states drugs usually have nothing to do with former tenant.

4:34 p.m. Shoplifting. Ocean State Job Lot. 85 Torrey St. Security has a female shoplifter. They can’t reach the parents. Mom was at Brockton PD lobby. Sent to Job Lot to take custody of daughter.

4:51 p.m. Shoplifting. Sears. 200 Westgate Dr. Sarah Lang, 18, of 24 Hall St., Brockton was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Juvenile arrest, 16-year-old, charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

5:09 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. 26 Wilmington St., Apt. 3. Caller reports roommate allegedly came after him with a knife. No injury. He states he needs him removed. He says he has mental issues and is destroying things in the apartment. Luis Dasilva, 33, of 26 Wilmington St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with assault with dangerous weapon and threat to commit crime.

6:00 p.m. M/V stop. 300 Oak St. Jair Barros, 26, of 287 Grove St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with operating a M/V with license revoked, marked lanes violation and M/V operator refuse to identify self.

6:24 p.m. B&E in progress. 133 Tilton Ave. Front door is kicked in. Unknown if anyone is still in home.

7:56 p.m. Larceny investigation. 66 Howard St., Apt. 1. Bike taken from porch.

8:09 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 15 Otto St. Caller is now reporting she was allegedly assaulted once the police left. She is on Route 24 with State Police. Hector Viruet, 28, of 541 Admiral St., Apt. 1, Providence, R.I. was arrested and charged with A&B. Bethanne Carew, 15 Otto St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B and malicious destruction of property over $250.

8:44 p.m. Robbery. 34 Enterprise St. Pizza deliveryman reports a black male came out from across 34 Enterprise St. and stuck what he thought was a gun in his side. No money was given. Caller is now back at Papa Gino’s. Suspect had on a black hoodie and was about 5 feet, 7 inches tall.

9:35 p.m. 911 hang up. 37 Foster St., Apt. 1. Answering machine on call back. Frederick Campbell is there, he is allegedly drunk and taking off his clothes. Frederick Campbell-Ford, 32, of 37 Foster St., Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with disturbing the peace.

10:57 p.m. Larceny investigation. 19 Packard St. A bag was stolen out of callers unlocked m/v.
