5:42 a.m. Disturbance. 268 Court St., Apt. 3. Caller reports there is a lot of arguing and yelling coming from the people on the third floor. BCI responded for photographs. Chaze Richardson, 25, of 268 Court St., Apt. 3, Brockton was arrested and charged with fugitive from justice on government warrant, A&B, and malicious destruction of property under $250.

8:49 a.m. Missing person. 147 Forest St. Seven-year-old autistic white male, about 4 ½ feet tall, about 80 pounds, has gone missing. Boy has dirty blond hair and brown eyes. Last seen in the front room about 10 minutes ago. Boy cannot speak. State Police contacted and canine en route. MBTA contacted to stop the train. Preparing for a reverse 911. Boy was found at about 11:30 a.m. at the Brookfield Elementary School. Reverse 911 cancelled.

10:13 a.m. B&E investigate. 14 Weston St. Caller reports back door has been kicked in. Refrigerator taken and other small appliances. Damage to house also.

10:16 a.m. Larceny of a M/V investigation. Chick’s Barber Shop, 825 Pleasant St., Apt. 2. Larceny of a motor vehicle. Window broken. Vehicle has a purple bumper sticker with white lettering that reads “Coexist.”

2:29 p.m. A&B investigate. School Street. Caller was allegedly assaulted by a tenant. Suspect alleged punched victim in the face. Patricia Mary Zinnack, 44, of 55 City Hall Square, Apt. 216, Brockton was charged with harassment prevention order violation. Melvin Roberto Cumba, 31, of 55 City Hall Square, Apt. 216, Brockton was charged with A&B on a person 60 or over/elder/ disabled.

3:46 p.m. Larceny investigation. 55 Fuller St., Apt. 1. Caller reports meds taken.

3:52 p.m. Domestic violence call. 24 Hazel St. Caller reports she was arguing with her boyfriend who allegedly threw rocks at her car, took her keys and pulled a knife on her. Caller states boyfriend is a drug dealer. She has fled the area and will have a friend bring her to the police station. Report taken.

4:10 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 11 Huntington Place, Apt. 3. Caller reports she has a 209A protection order against her boyfriend that has not yet been served. She alleges he is at the door banging and trying to get in. Victim called back and reports boyfriend is now trying to kick in the door. Xavier Luis Diaz, 27, of 11 Huntington Place, Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with local warrant.

4:16 p.m. B&E investigate. 24 Livingston Road, Apt. 4. Caller reports apartment was broken into yesterday and a laptop was stolen.

5:22 p.m. Medical emergency. 69 Breer St. Caller reports a teenager is allegedly out of control and needs an evaluation. Juvenile arrest of 14-year-old charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

5:28 p.m. M/V stop. 1175 Warren Ave. Charles Springer, 32, of 63 Oakdale St., Apt. 1 was arrested and charged with reckless operation of M/V and disturbing the peace.

7:43 p.m. Larceny investigation. 27 Poole St. Report taken.

6:16 p.m. Narcotics investigation. 75 Martland Ave. Gary Scott Ellis, 28, of 145 Lynn Road, Brockton was arrested and charged with trafficking in heroin/morphine/opium, possession to distribute Class D drug, and drug violation near school/park.

6:30 p.m. M/V accident with injuries. 234 Ash St. & 359 W. Elm St. Car vs. fire hydrant. Ramon O. Morales, 46, of 19 Brook St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with subsequent offense operating a M/V with license suspended and marked lanes violation.

6:58 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. Keith Ave. Extension. Caller reports numerous vehicles have been coming down the street in the past hour. States they are parking at the dead end and caller can see them making exchanges. Caller reports more activity than usual tonight.

7:15 p.m. Disturbance by a family. N. Main Street. Caller reports her 15-year-old stepbrother is out of control, swearing, and yelling at his mother. Caller is concerned he might become violent. Caller states mother went to court today and stepbrother has been placed in DCF custody. Report taken.

7:18 p.m. Keep the Peace. Locust Street. Caller states he had a 35-year-old friend stay over last night because he is homeless and now the man won’t leave despite the caller’s attempts to ask him to do so. On call back man reports friend has left on foot toward N. Main Street. Caller believes the friend may not be in a “good mental place” and believes he may need to be checked out. Matter settled.

8:37 p.m. Prowler. 38 Morton St. Caller just found a young male in her backyard. Husband went after him. Matter settled.

9:40 p.m. Disturbance. 956 Warren Ave., Apt. 2. Caller reports three males allegedly got out of a black car and are yelling at her neighbor. Robert F. Grande, 33, of 202 Plymouth St., East Bridgewater was charged with two counts of threat to commit crime and criminal harassment.

9:51 p.m. Injured animal. Parks & Recreation, 45 Meadow Lane. Caller reports there is a dog stuck down by the river and has been there for awhile. Caller states the dog is on a harness. He has tried to get the dog out of the river, but has not been able to. With help, the dog was helped out of the water.

10:42 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 200 Westgate Dr. Daniel Sotera, 22, of 167 Whippoorwill Dr., Raynham was charged with foreign warrant.

10:46 p.m. B&E investigate. 48 Custer St. Unknown party broke into her home. A kitchen window is smashed, back door is open and TV has been taken. BCI called.
11:54 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Victim is in the waiting room. She states her ex-boyfriend allegedly called her cell phone and made threats to assault her. William Waite, 24, of 23 Dunham Road, Assonett, Mass., was charged with violation of abuse prevention order and threat to commit crime.
