12:45 a.m. A&B in progress. 16 Second St. Caller states a male allegedly hit his sister and she would like to speak to an officer and file a report. Second call reports they are now fighting. Rafael Garcia, 30, of 12 Second St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B and malicious destruction of property under $250.

9:01 a.m. Larceny investigation. 143 Chatham West Dr. & 580 Oak St. Caller reports his allegedly violent son jumped him while they were in a vehicle. He took his cell phone and is walking in the area by Valvoline. Caller alleges his son is meeting a friend trying to get a fix. John Bright Jr., 18, of 50 Cushing Road, Brockton was charged with larceny over $250 and intimidate witness.

10:19 a.m. B&E investigate. 39 E. Union St. 2001 KTM bike and generator stolen.

10:34 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 835 Montello St., Apt. 2. Caller states their mother’s ex-boyfriend was downstairs allegedly banging on the door with a hammer trying to get in. Jean Menard Midy, 42, of 90 Sunset Ave., Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.

10:56 a.m. B&E investigate. 50 Meadow Brook Road. Four-wheeler dirt bike and air compressor taken.

11:40 a.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. 36 Gordon St. Caller reports Webster Bank caller her to inform her a male party allegedly tried to cash one of her checks for $800. Caller has man’s name and address. Bank has vehicle plate #. Kostantinos Liatsos, 35, of 422 Forest Ave., Brockton was charged with utter false check and receiving stolen property under $250.

1:47 p.m. B&E investigate. 8 Berkley St., Apt. 1. Caller states building has three floors and all three apartments have been broken into.

2:09 p.m. Suspicious activity. D.W. Field Park, 325 Oak St. Caller reports a blue pickup truck located just after Tower Hill is cutting trees down and taking the wood. Police report caller has a permit from Parks Department to remove downed trees and take wood.

2:44 p.m. Code enforcement. 34 Petronelli Way. Club Tekoah is wide open—again. Building department notified to secure—again.

2:44 p.m. Domestic violence call. 67 Malvern Road. Female called back and stated initial call was an accident and that she had a disturbance with her boyfriend who would not leave, but he is leaving now. Caller refused to give more information. Przemyslaw Todeusz Grodecki, 20, of 77 N. Ash St., Apt. 3 Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property under $250, felony B&E a bulding in the daytime and A&B.

3:57 p.m. B&E investigate. 56 Fairfield St. Caller just got home and found it broken into. Unknown if person is still inside.

4:27 p.m. B&E investigate. 29 Menlo St., Apt. 1. Caller states someone broke in and stole his Nintendo game system.

4:35 p.m. B&E investigate. 138 Menlo St. Caller came home and found the apartment broken into and items taken.

8:06 p.m. B&E M/V investigate. 780 Montello St., Apt. 1. Guitar and money taken from vehicle.

8:13 p.m. A&B investigate. 307 Rockland St. Caller states her 17-year-old son was assaulted by two adults. Will provide further information to officer.

10:35 p.m. A&B in progress. Arnone School, 135 Belmont St. Caller states there is a male lying on the sidewalk in front of above. Looks like he’s beat up. Police report no assault. Male is intoxicated and fell to the ground. 45-year-old man transported to Brockton Hospital ER.

11:22 p.m. Violation of 209a investigate. 130 Market St., Apt. 1. Caller alleges man has been contacting her son in violation of restraining order. Charles Andrew Davis, 47, of 600 Page St., Apt. 1, Avon was charged with two counts of violating an abuse prevention order.
