5:24 a.m. Larceny in progress. 71 Fairfield St. Caller reports a white male allegedly is stripping the Toyota parked out front of her house. He is in the vehicle now. Brendan Morris, 31, 84 Provost St., Brockton was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen vehicle and malicious destruction of property over $250.

9:18 a.m. Larceny of M/V. 82 Ash St. Caller reports theft of a 2003 Nissan 350Z. M/V was reposed not stolen. Matter settled.

9:39 a.m. B&E investigate. 29 Riverview St. Stolen copper. Party will call back.

9:46 a.m. Suicide attempted. Bishop Street. Caller states her mother is drunk, holding a bottle of pills and threatening to harm herself. Matter settled.

9:56 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 1 Raintree Circle, Apt.E. Car broken into.

10:52 a.m. B&E investigate. 34 Custer St. Caller reports someone stole her father’s bike and dumped the one they were riding in front of above. BCI notified for prints.

11:28 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 37 Keith Ave., Extension, Apt. 2. Caller heard gunshots around 3:45 a.m. and he came out today to find bullet holes in his M/V. Report taken.

1:05 p.m. Recovered M/V out of town. 15 Byron Ave. Plymouth County notified for prints at tow yard.

1:11 p.m. Gang of youths. 55 Hill St. Juvenile arrest of 15-year-old for assault with dangerous weapon and intimidate witness.

1:22 p.m. Narcotic violation in progress. Dunkin’ Donuts, 1001 N. Main St. Caller reports a male and female party shooting up in the bathroom. Both parties trespassed of property.

1:48 p.m. Malicious damage in progress. 127 Lawrence St. Officer in PD lobby flagged down for a party who had a brick thrown through his car window.

2:18 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. 10 Oak St., Ext. Mark Demulis, 40, of 66 Denton St., Brockton was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.

2:53 p.m. B&E investigate. 12 Clarence St., Apt. 1. Front window broken. TV and shoes taken. Caller refused to wait for BCI.

3:02 p.m. Larceny investigation. Matta’s Garage, 77 N. Main St. Ex-employee came and took off with tools.

3:40 p.m. Fire, other. N. Manchester Street. Caller reports homeless in the area are burning plastic and the thickness of the smoke is making it hard for neighbors to breathe. Fire sent. The homeless people agreed to put out the fire and were advised of the laws per the fire department.

4:34 p.m. Disturbance by a family. Clinton Street. Caller states her son is out of control, yelling, throwing things at her and is he is starting to get physical with her. Juvenile arrest of 13-year-old for A&B.

4:38 p.m. Larceny investigation. Elmcourt Hotel, 33 W. Elm St. Woman states her daughter allegedly stole her bottle of Xanax. Caller reports she needs a log item from the police so she can get her prescription refilled.

5:25 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon—knife. 100 Augusta Ave. Caller is unable to speak much. Stated a 25-year-old female resident allegedly has a knife pointed at one of the staff members. Queenette Lucas, 25, of 100 Augusta Ave., Brockton was charged with two counts of assault with dangerous weapon and A&B.

5:36 p.m. Missing person. 164 Belmont St. Caller reports a 43-year-old man has been missing since some time yesterday. Missing man is in house of correction.

6:49 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 30 Nye Ave. Caller states his ex-girlfriend allegedly punched him in the face and took their child. Caller reports he was supposed to have child for the weekend. Ex has left with her mother. Jessica Factor, 19, of 15 W. Chestnut St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:16 p.m. Threats see the complainant. 23 Loring St. Jenna MacNeil, 23, of 24 Murray St., Fall River was charged with two counts of threats to commit crime.

10:10 p.m. M/V stop. 70 West St. Chris Pires, 24, of 290 Cambo St., Brockton was charged with operating M/V with suspended license, failure to stop/yield, and speeding.
