4:58 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation on Westland Street. Caller says she heard her car alarm sounding and found someone had smashed a window--opened car door--alarm sounded--then left--caller did not see anyone and wants to file a report. The driver side window smashed.

6:37 a.m. B&E to motor vehicle on Belmont Court. Some car windows smashed and stolen DVD system. Police report taken.

6:37 a.m. Caller states there was a verbal altercation at the BB Russell School yesterday between her son and another youth. The principal sent her son home early so there would be no problems after school. Caller states at 6 p.m. last evening 5-6 youth came to her home and one youth rang the bell asked her for her son and told her that her house was "DONE," that they were going to "DO" her house.

6:38 a.m. Larceny investigation on Sylvester Street. All 4 tires stolen from 2002 Honda Civic.

6:44 a.m. B&E motor vehicle on Montello Street in the vicinity of the 1130-1134 block. Windows broken and radio, checkbook and bag taken.

7:07 a.m. B&E motor vehicle on Quincy Avenue in the vicinity of the 100 block. Broke into car and stole credit cards.

7:50 a.m. Fire investigation at Travis Cycle, 722 North Main St. Follow up on fire at Travis Cycle. Multiple video systems viewed in real time today with the State Police as part of the investigation on the fire at the building.(Reward Offered in Suspected Arson Fire)


8:12 a.m. B&E motor vehicle investigation on Pleasant Street in the vicinity of the 990-995 block. Someone broke into a tan Nissan Maxima and stole all kinds of things.

11:25 a.m. MV accident involving a pedestrian at 402 Pleasant St. & 23 Ash Street. Red MV just hit her and she went up on hood. Ambulance sent and summons issued to Larry Ellis Bryant, 62, of Brockton for leaving the scene of personal injury.

12:01 p.m. Disturbance at Hillberg Avenue & Warren Avenue. Luis Centeio, 25, of Whitman was charged with A&B and disturbing the peace.

12:30 p.m. Larceny of MV investigation on Battles Farm Drive. Female states that her father's Ford Explorer was parked at above location last night and is not there now.

1:34 p.m. Hold-up alarm at the Harbor One Credit Union, 820 North Main St. Party left towards Avon on foot and per video tape a white male, 5'7-5'8, light beard with goatee, blue parker jacket with fur on top and gray hoodie underneath, mid 20's, work boots and denim jeans. No weapon shown, he left thru the front door towards Montello News.

4:55 p.m. Domestic violence call on Pleasant Street. Caller wants his 21-year-old son out of the apartment. He is arguing with caller and he allegedly punched him. Alirio Rodrigues Debarros, 21, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

5:53 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud-Planet Petroleum, 697 Centre St. An employee allegedly stole $10-15,000 dollars and is there on the property. Al-Shamani Hani, 44, of Brockton was summonsed for larceny over $250.

5:57 p.m. B&E investigation on Ettrick Street. Caller states bedroom was ransacked and jewelry stolen.

6:44 p.m. Robbery at Tavares Grocery, 722 Warren Ave. Male caller states they were robbed by 2 males/possibly Spanish/1 wearing grey hoodie and the other wearing a black hoodie...they tried to tie up caller.(Robbers Duct-Tape Tavares Variety Clerk)

8:09 p.m. Violation of a 209A Order on Crestfield Terrace. Caller states that she has a 209A against her brother and he is allegedly at the door right now. Shawn Domingas, 37, of Brockton was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

9:58 p.m. Disturbance by a family on Myrtle Street. 18-year-old brother has no Internet and is now flipping out, threatening violence toward the rest of the family. Police report taken.

10:18 p.m. Shoplifting at Stop & Shop, 932 North Montello St. Black male with black stocking cap, camouflage jacket just stole meat and candy and fled store and ran through the parking lot of McDonalds.

11:10 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 137 Cherry St. & 1 Hawthorne St. Patrick Brandao, 18, of Brockton was charged with unlawful carrying of a firearm, unlawful possession of a large capacity feeding device and unlawful possession of ammunition.
Julio Silveira, 17, of Brockton was charged with unlawful carrying of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and unlawful possession of a large capacity feeding device.
Luis Amado Fonseca, 21, of Brockton was charged with unlawful carrying of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful possession of a large capacity feeding device, unlicensed operation of MV and speeding.
