3:15 a.m. Robbery investigation at the Elmcourt Hotel, 33 West Elm Ave. The front desk is reporting that a guest in a room just called him and stated that he and his friend were robbed and pistol-whipped by two black males with masks. The males have since fled and did not pass the front desk to get out of the building. No ambulance needed.


7:33 a.m. Larceny investigation on Chatham West Drive in the vicinity of the 300 block. Caller reports all 4 tires stolen from Nissan Maxima.

12:42 p.m. Animal control dog attack. Caller states 2 loose German Shepherds were attacking a woman and her small dog. Caller got the woman and the dog safely in his car and will be waiting on the corner of Hillberg Avenue & Warren Avenue. 2nd call came in from the victim and she stated that she and her dog were both attacked and bleeding, ambulance sent.
Victim reported that she was walking her Beagle/Basset Hound mix dog up Hillside Avenue near French Avenue when two German Shepherds attacked her dog and her. A Good Samaritan stopped his car with his son and helped the victim by getting the German Shepherds to retreat and were able to get the victim and her dog into his car.
The victim had a minor injury to her left thumb and no signs of a dog bite and declined medical attention. Animal Control contacted and will respond and investigate and take report.


3:20 p.m. Man with a gun on Coburn & Division Street. A Verizon worker stated a black male in a white car pointed a gun at them. Police report taken.


4:55 p.m. Domestic violence call on Hazel Street. Female states her boyfriend allegedly beat her up and she is bleeding from the mouth. When she was asked her name she stated she doesn't know. On call back she was talking with him stating you broke my nose. Pierre A. Louis, 30, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.


6:04 p.m. Domestic violence call on Silver Road. Caller states her mother allegedly slapped, grabbed and pushed her and punched her brother when he tried to get the mother off her. Caller is in her room and mother is downstairs "flipping out." Caller is 13 years old. Donna Wagner, 33, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of assault and battery.

9:13 p.m. Domestic violence call on Waleco Road. Caller states his uncle allegedly just attacked him. Dillan Roe, 18, of Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.


10:14 p.m. Motor vehicle pursuit on North Main Street and 103 Martland Ave. Steven M. Depina, 25, of Brockton was charged with default on a warrant.


10:19 p.m. Domestic violence call on Crescent Street. Caller's 18-year-old brother allegedly punched her in the eye and she is 15 years old. Heriberto Rentas, 18, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
