8:16 a.m. Robbery investigation at the Elmcourt Hotel, 33 West Elm St. Caller states she was assaulted and robbed by a black male, 30s, 5'9 and wearing plaid button down shirt and he is in another room. Police report taken.
8:54 a.m. Narcotics violation in progress at Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Juvenile arrest of a 15 year old for Distribution of a Class D drug, drug violation near a school/park and possession of a Class D drug.
11:13 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 80 Tyler St. & 294 Centre St. Lori Ann Collins, 26, of Brockton was charged with operating MV with license suspended, speeding, uninsured motor vehicle and operating MV with registration suspended.
11:41 a.m. Larceny investigation on Dover Street. Caller stated someone stole his IPOD, Percocets(60) and $50 gift card. Police report taken.
12:37 p.m. Hit & run in progress on Belair Street. Beat up older station wagon fled Belair Street and then right on Oak Street. Caller is on Belair Street and gave plate number of car that hit their car. Eric J. Plocica, 47, of Easton was charged with leaving the scene of property damage, operating MV with license suspended for OUI, foreign warrant and OUI drugs.
12:49 p.m. B&E in progress Prospect Avenue. Caller states 2 black males in their 20s and wearing all black and red just kicked in her back door and then fled on foot on Greenfield Street. Police report taken.
1:08 p.m. MV accident involving a pedestrian at 571 North Main St. Lynch's truck hit a woman in the lot of Asack's Place. No personal injury and report taken.
2:34 p.m. B&E investigation on Woodard Avenue in the vicinity of the 240 block. TVs and lap tops and other items were taken.
4:04 p.m. Domestic violence call on Waverly Street. Caller states his girlfriend allegedly scratched him and broke the passengers side window. Elisa Lopes, 35, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery and malicious destruction of property under $250.
5:15 p.m. Prostitution call on North Main Street & 25 Haverhill St. Donna Reed, 22, of Holbrook was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.
6:41 p.m. B&E in progress on Quincy Street in the vicinity of the 110-112 block. Neighbor just came over to caller's house and states that her house was broken into...she hasn't gone inside and unknown if anyone still in there, she didn't go inside. Police report taken.
6:59 p.m. 911 unknown emergency on Intervale Street in the vicinity of the 75 block. Female caller on a cell phone stated to State Police that she had a boyfriend there and they were arguing...he had not hit her or been physical, he he was allegedly threatening her...after she said all that she started screaming, there was a lot of commotion and she never came back to the phone. State Police traced the cell # back to the owner and address. Jose Mendes, 20, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B, intimidation of a witness and larceny under $250.
7:13 p.m. B&E investigation on Flint Road. Back glass slider doors were used for entry. TV, laptop,Xbox, games and router taken.
9:28 p.m. Domestic violence call on Pleasant Street in the vicinity of the 418 block. Caller states she was allegedly hit in the face by her boyfriend. He is still in the area. David Jones, 50, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and intimidation of a witness.
9:36 p.m. Motor vehicle stop on Bolton Place. Alfredo Manuel Lima, 44, of Brockton was charged with OUI liquor and reckless operation of motor vehicle.
10:43 p.m. Motor vehicle pursuit on Denton Street. Carlens Alain Louis, 21, of Medford, was summonsed for operating MV with license revoked, failure to stop for police, negligent operation of MV, one way violation, speeding, failure to stop/yield and MV lights violation.
11:25 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation on Pine Grove Drive. Security was having a vehicle towed and a female came out and was arguing with security and they agreed to let MV down and the female allegedly drove over the security officer's foot with car. Alicia Guadalupe, 20, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with a dangerous weapon.
