12:23 a.m. Assault & battery with a deadly weapon at the Hess Gas Station, 261 North Main St. Male party has been stabbed and ambulance sent.


2:57 a.m Domestic violence call on South Street. Male party allegedly choked female on the 1st floor. Caller states they were allegedly arguing and the female came upstairs to 2nd floor and stated to caller that he choked her and she is pregnant. Michael G. Bell, 22, of Brockton was charged with A&B.


3:05 a.m. Assault & battery in progress on Pleasant Street. Caller states she was punched in the face by unknown individuals and states all parties are outside. Caller declined ambulance and police report taken.


4:07 a.m. Domestic violence call on Division Street. Caller states her husband allegedly punched her. Segundo Guaman, 30, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.


5:04 a.m. Disturbance by a family on Allen Street. Caller states his girlfriend came in apartment and broke everything. States she did not "physically" hit him and he is holding the baby. Police report taken.


5:32 a.m. Domestic violence call on Grove Street. Caller states unknown pregnant female from the 1st floor came banging on her door, stating her boyfriend was allegedly beating her. The male party then came to the door and forced his way in and broke bed in her apartment and then dragged the pregnant female by her hair back down to the 1st floor apartment. Ambulance and police sent. 2nd caller stating he is allegedly beating her pretty bad. Rakiem Henley, 34, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and default on a warrant.


5:43 a.m. Assault and battery in progress on North Montello Street in the vicinity of the 375 block. Landlord states 2nd floor tenant allegedly pushed and attacked him. Helena Lynes, 41, of Brockton was summonsed for assault and battery.


7:49 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at the Dunkin Donuts, 587 Main Street. Female in store is allegedly breaking things and they want her removed. Aisha Bonds, 21, of Brockton was charged with assault, malicious destruction of property over $250, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.


8:23 a.m. Suspicious motor vehicle on Augusta Avenue and Prospect Avenue. On December 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. a blue rented mini-van was observed with three black males inside and appeared to be watching a house on the northeast side of Augusta Avenue.
While parked on Augusta Avenue at the intersection of Prospect Avenue & Greenfield Streets, the vehicle fled hurriedly upon seeing a marked cruiser. Another vehicle was observed on December 31, 2010 at 4:05 p.m. in the exact same spot engaged in the same activity at the intersection of Augusta Avenue, Prospect Avenue and Greenfield Street. Operator is believed to be the same male as the previous day. There have been numerous B&E and home invasions in the area.


8:51 a.m. Rape investigation. Caller states her 16-year-old daughter was allegedly raped by 6 guys on December 30th. Mother states she just found out this happened. Daughter was unsure of address but knows these parties and where the house is. This is under police investigation as stated in the Brockton Police log.


9:15 a.m. Domestic violence investigation on North Warren Avenue & Richmond Street. Caller stated she was allegedly assaulted by her baby's father last night. Lidio Miranda, 33, of Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime, intimidation of a witness, assault and battery, 2 counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property over $250.


11:49 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on Crescent Street in the vicinity of the 600 block. Caller stated that she observed bullet holes to her vehicle on driver's side. Police report taken.


12:10 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at the Elmcourt Hotel, 33 West Elm St. Caller has a no trespass order against suspect who is refusing to leave and can be heard screaming in background to desk clerk. Merry E. Rank, 48, of Brockton was charged with trespassing.


12:13 p.m. Domestic violence call on Southfield Drive. Mother-in-law is allegedly threatening to kill 85 year old father-in-law. Carmen Dora Alonso, 61, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery on person over 60 or disabled.


2:07 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at Pleasant Street & Warren Avenue. 2 females on sidewalk near laundromat allegedly fighting. In protective custody 2 females from Brockton ages 44 and 47.


2:17 p.m. Hit & run in progress on Belmont Street in the vicinity of the 268 block. A motor vehicle hit house at corner and the driver fled on foot, the other car that hit this motor vehicle took off toward Main Street on Belmont Street. Armanie Andrade, 17, of Brockton was summonsed for unlicensed operation of motor vehicle and use of motor vehicle without authority.


3:31 p.m. B&E investigation on Battles Farm Drive in the vicinity of the 417 block. Caller stated her sister's former boyfriend allegedly broke into her home. Caller stated the home was broken into yesterday and a report was taken. Raymond Gaberile Cruz, 20, of Brockton was summonsed for B&E building during nighttime for a felony, destruction of property over $250, threatening to commit a crime, cruelty to animal and intimidation of a witness.


6:10 p.m. Suspicious person on North Main Street & 33 Battles Street. Kim M. Pirelli, 44, of Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.


9:21 p.m. Domestic violence call on Warren Avenue & Market Street. Caller states her boyfriend just allegedly beat her up and she is on the corner in a red Toyota and he is outside the car screaming at her. Michael Sequeira, 24, of Brockton was summonsed for A & B, and assault & battery with a dangerous weapon.
