1:24 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on Kevin Road. Smashed window.

5:11 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on Martland Avenue. Caller states he was leaving his house and when he drove half way down the street there were 2 cars parked in the middle of the street and the caller could not get by. The caller stated he started beeping his horn and then his window smashed like someone threw something at it or possibly shot it out, caller did not see what hit it. Police report taken.

8:47 a.m. Unknown emergency at the Elmcourt Hotel, 33 West Elm St. Female called the front desk and asked the worker to call the police and then hung up. Shawn Bousquet, 35, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B and larceny from a person.

8:54 a.m. Assault & battery investigation at the Shell, 253 East Ashland St. Caller states an employee from Shell on North Cary allegedly forced his way into girlfriend's car trying to grab her and kiss her. This happened last week. Elias Merhej, 44, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

9:13 a.m. Domestic violence call from Irving's Home Center-10 North Main St. Samuel Abreu, 40, of Stoughton was charged with 2 counts of A&B with a dangerous weapon and operating a MV with a suspended license.

9:54 a.m. Assault & battery with a dangerous weapon at Dunkin' Donuts, 587 Main Street. A female in vehicle with Massachusetts license plates walked inside and asked for a worker and allegedly threw a cup of coffee at her. She fled toward Forest Avenue on Belmont Street in a gold Lexus. Caller is a witness and if needed states to call them. Kyiesha Myers-Yates, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon and disturbing the peace.

10:39 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at Chapel of Our Savior Shrine, 475 Westgate Dr. Someone tried to burn the Nativity down last night and a PVC pipe cord was found wrapped around the Blessed Mother and a jacket with a BIO hazard bag in it. Police spoke to the Father and was directed to maintenance personnel who stated there was no damages or loss.
They believe someone was on scene who put a hat on the Nativity and may have attempted to set it on fire. Not sure any sign of fire. Caller removed all items and they are requesting a cruiser to park at this location during the night and early morning if possible.

11:12 a.m. Threats see the complainant at Brockton District Court, 215 Main St. Joseph Cruz, 28, of New Hampshire was summonsed for 2 counts of threatening to commit a crime and disturbing the peace.

12:25 p.m. Larceny in progress at KMart, 2001 Main St.

2:54 p.m. Vehicle fire at 218 Court Street & 1 Hunt St. Fire and police respond.

4:58 p.m. Larceny of a 1989 tan Toyota Camry on North Quincy Street.

5:15 p.m. Disturbance at CVS, r735 Belmont St. Homeless white male harassing patrons for money. Party spoken to and matte settled.

6:44 p.m. Larceny investigation at Best Gas, 899 Belmont St. Gas drive off by a van. Clerk could not get full plate number but said it was not a Massachusetts plate.

7:16 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on North Main Street in the vicinity of 620-630 block. Caller states that her boyfriend allegedly beat her up and bit her over $40 that she lent him. Caller refused ambulance and suspect took off. Vladir Delgado, 22, of Brockton was summonsed with 2 counts of A&B.

9:02 p.m. Robbery at Garcia Grocery, 886 Main St. Caller states he was robbed by a white or Hispanic male and they allegedly had a knife. Jeffrey Smith, 20, of Framingham was charged with armed robbery and assault with a dangerous weapon. Also charged was Tanisha Gray, 17, of Brockton with armed robbery.

9:36 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 234 Ash St. & 359 West Elm St. Christopher J. Greenstein, 44, of Brockton was summonsed for reckless operation of motor vehicle, operating MV with a suspended license and failure to stop or yield.

10:35 p.m. Malicious damage to MV at Holiday Inn, 405 Westgate Dr. Tires slashed.

10:48 p.m. Domestic violence call on Donna Street. Caller states that boyfriend allegedly beat her up. Shawn Monteiro, 40, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon, A&B, intimidation of a witness and malicious destruction of property over $250.

11:28 p.m. 911 unknown emergency on West Elm Street in the vicinity of the 200-210 block. Female party was banging at the door and screaming let her in because someone was trying to allegedly kill her and her daughter. Caller only heard one person and was too scared to let the party in. Jose A. Rodrigues, 43, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
