6:54 a.m. Larceny of MV investigation on Thomas Street in the vicinity of the 90 block. 1989 maroon Buick stolen.
7:36 a.m. Gunshots call on Crescent Street in the vicinity of the 970-980 block. Caller says they heard 3-4 gunshots and sounds like 22s-thinks people may be hunting turkeys. Unfounded.
8:17 a.m. Malicious damage to property on Montello Street in the vicinity of the 1236block. BB gun hole in the window of house.
8:56 a.m. Domestic violence call on Ash Street. 20-year-old grandson allegedly assaulted grandfather and took cell phone. Vanden Keith, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B and resisting arrest.
9:51 a.m. B&E in progress on Main Street in the vicinity of the 680-690 block. Caller states 2 males allegedly kicked in her door and threatened her. Dashawn Berry, 18, of Brockton and Keon Borden, 29, of Brockton were both charged with felony B&E of a building in the daytime and malicious destruction of property under $250.
10:41 a.m. Larceny of 1996 white Dodge Stratus from 140 Colonel Bell Dr. Police report taken.
11:50 a.m. Disturbance at VA Hospital,940 Belmont St. Stanley Whitehurst, 61, of Salem was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.
12:05 p.m. B&E on West Chestnut Street in the vicinity of the 225-230 block. Residence broken into.
2:50 p.m. Disturbance at McDonalds, 700 Belmont St. Kids fighting behind in the parking lot. Matter settled.
3:47 p.m. B&E investigation on Dover Street. Apartment broken into and police report taken.
4:07 p.m. Disturbance on the BAT Bus and they pulled into the Stop & Shop, 701 Belmont St. Family related disturbance and police report taken.
4:15 p.m. Animal complaint on Allen Street. Caller is the landlord and states one of his tenants went to Haiti and left a dog and cat inside of the apartment. Landlord would like animal control to pick up the animals and also the tenant turned the heat off and landlord would like to get into the apartment and turn the heat on so the pipes don't freeze.
5:05 p.m. Motor vehicle stop on Warren Avenue & Green Street. Dean J. Jacobs, 26, of Brockton was charged with operating MV with license suspended.
5:52 p.m. Assault & battery investigation on French Avenue. Caller states his girlfriend's 18-year-old son allegedly punched him several times and the son does not live there and has since left. Shane Jacques, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B and assault with a dangerous weapon.
6:31 p.m. B&E in progress on Hillberg Avenue. Caller arrived home and back door open and unknown if someone inside. Police report taken.
6:39 p.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon investigation at the Stop & Shop, 701 Belmont St. Caller inside the store was in line paying when a male customer behind her got angry for taking so long, started yelling and swearing at her and then threw a carriage at her and it hit her in the hip. Police report taken.
7:52 p.m. B&E of motor vehicle at Workout World, 75 Campanelli Dr. Caller's car broken into.
8:52 p.m. Robbery at Irving Gas, 500 Pleasant St. Owner of the station got a text from the clerk stating she is being robbed. Police report taken and under investigation.
9:04 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Spring Street. Caller states his son's mother allegedly just had an argument with him out front in her car and she tried dragging him with car down the street and this was all over their 16-month-old child that is in her car. Dominique Lafleur, 25, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with a dangerous weapon and A&B. Robert Terrell, 28, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and malicious destruction of property under $250.
10:09 p.m. Injured animals at D.W. Field Park, Oak Street. A group of ducks killed. Caller believes they were run over by a car.
10:16 p.m. Motor vehicle stop on North Montello Street & 61 Wilmington St. State Police Gang Unit conducted a stop of a silver Dodge Avenger as it pulled into the McDonald's on North Montello Street. Anthony Santos ran from the vehicle and allegedly discarded a quantity of suspected heroin and a cell phone. Santos was apprehended at the Taco Bell drive-thru after a brief struggle and transported to Brockton Hospital for a cut to his head. Anthony Santos, 28, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class A drug, resisting arrest, drug violation near a school or park, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.
10:27 p.m. Deer was hit and is now on the side of the road on Pearl Street. Deer is still breathing.
