12:53 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 294 Warren Ave. & 74 Belmont St. Charles Dodson, 38, of Norwood was charged with failure to stop or yield, OUI liquor, negligent operation of motor vehicle, speeding and 2nd offense carrying a dangerous weapon.

7:40 a.m. B&E investigation at the Men's Addiction Treatment Center,10 Meadowbrook Road. Entry thru window and computer taken.

9:36 a.m. Assault & battery in progress on Summer Street in the vicinity of the 575 block. 2 males, 1 in an orange suit with a 4-wheeler allegedly fighting in the middle of the street. Nicholas J. Merolli, 44, and Richard M. Analoro, 47, both of Brockton were summonsed for A&B.

10:05 a.m. Disturbance on Arthur Paquin Way. Caller states wife is allegedly giving him a hard time and states she notified Brockton Housing in writing that she no longer resides there and is refusing to leave. Danielle Carlson-Frenette, 30, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

10:43 a.m. Larceny of a MV at the Men's Addiction Treatment, 10 Meadowbrook Road. Suspect in earlier B&E stole van. Keys taken during the earlier break.

10:58 a.m. Tow next in line on Spring Street. 2 cars parked in street and covered with snow and plowed in. Made announcement over PA system and no response. 2 citations issued and tow for KIA cancelled party came out and moved the car and the Lexus was towed. Argument over parking in driveway for snow emergency. Tenant from 3rd floor parked on street and car was ticketed and towed. Both have scratches on arms and face and both refused to press charges at this point.

12:15 p.m. B&E attempt to residence on Plain Street in the vicinity of the 620 block. Caller states heavy set white male, wearing dark winter coat and hat and had 2kids with him(boy & girl ages 7 & 9) was trying to enter her house with a screw driver. She opened the door and he stated that he thought it was a "CUT THROUGH" and that his vehicle ran out of gas and asked her if she had any and then left on foot towards Plain Street and West Bridgewater. Caller reports damage to the door and police report taken.

1:03 p.m. B&E investigation on Byron Avenue in the vicinity of the 35 block. 2 laptops missing and drawers went through.

1:50 p.m. Domestic violence call on Sawtell Avenue in the vicinity of the 35-40 block. State Police got a 911 call from a male party asking for the police because his girlfriend was allegedly hitting him and then he hung up. Oscar F. Valencia, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B and intimidation of a witness.

4:48 p.m. Hit & run investigation on Madrid Square. White Grand AM was hit by plow truck.

6:33 p.m. Disturbance on Newbury Street. 2 vehicles were towed and Ethiopia Renee Russell, 25, of Brockton and Christopher Brookens, 25, of Boston were both charged with interfering with a police officer in the performance of duty, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

7:37 p.m. Disturbance on Tremont Street & Essex Street. Reports of a female throwing shovels at the plow truck. Spoke with the driver and no one was throwing anything, the driver was upset because the homeowner was taking pictures of him plowing. We explained to the homeowner that the plow was instructed to widen the street.

11:30 p.m. 911 unknown emergency on Chatham West Drive in the vicinity of the 500 block. Female caller is stating her boyfriend is allegedly beating her up and she is bleeding. Robert Genereux, 41, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
