7:15 a.m. B&E MV investigation on Country Club Lane. Cell phone stolen.

8:27 a.m. Recovered stolen black 2003 Jeep Wrangler on Church Street. Broken glass on the right front passenger seat. BCI notified.

9:15 a.m. MV accident at 140 Colonel Bell Drive. School bus vs. hydrant. Children on bus and report taken.

11:42 a.m. Motor vehicle stop at 393 Prospect Street & 40 Belair St. Allen L. Kingsbury, 52, of Brockton was summonsed for operating a MV without a license, failure to stop or yield and number plate violation.

12:16 p.m. B&E in progress on Blendall Street. Party heard a crash and the 1st floor door is kicked in. Party does not see anyone.

12:37 p.m. Larceny of a MV on Taylor Avenue. Green 2006 Ford SE Taurus. Caller stated that his vehicle allegedly was stolen from the above some time during the night. Philip Baptista, 29, of Brockton was summonsed for false statement under penalty of perjury.

3:07 p.m. B&E investigation on Hamilton Street in the vicinity of the 30-40 block. Door was broken down and laptop, Xbox and other items stolen.

3:48 p.m. Assault & battery investigation Main Street allegedly in or near the parking garage. Sean Berry, 42, of Marshfield was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

4:16 p.m. Domestic violence call on Tribou Street. Caller states that brother allegedly pushed her and refuses to give her phone back. Yves Milien, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for assault & battery.

5:31 p.m. Domestic violence call on Rutland Street. Caller states that 16-year-old son tried to fight her and fled. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for A&B.

6:48 p.m. Assault & battery investigation at Mainspring House, 54 North Main St. AMR called after they received a call from the shelter about a female who walked in from the street and stated she was assaulted. Party is drunk and possibly fell down. Party transported to Good Samaritan for evaluation.

8:23 p.m. Police have prisoner from Brockton High School, 470 Forest Ave. Asunne Bennett, 19, of Stoughton was charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct.

9:07 p.m. Larceny in progress at Quality Inn, 1005 Belmont St. Caller is a cab driver from Rhode Island and states he just dropped off 2 females at the Inn and they went to the ATM and allegedly took off somewhere in the hotel. Dominique Starks, 19, of Brockton was summonsed for larceny under $250.

9:37 p.m. Narcotics investigation on Warren Avenue in the vicinity of the 200 block. Victor M. Morales, 28, of Brockton was charged with 5 counts to distribute a Class B drug, 5 counts of a drug violation near a school or park and subsequent offense of distribution of a Class B drug.

10:41 p.m. Domestic violence call on Packard Way. Katherine Legault, 36, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with a dangerous weapon.
