1:02 a.m. Disturbance, Infuse Studio, 33 Dover St. Large group. Foot pursuit to the area of 91 Forest Ave. Suspect in custody. Akil O. Jemmott, 18, of Brockton was arrested and charged with foreign and default warrants.
1:30 a.m. Narcotic violation in progress, Foster Street. John D. Burgo, 26, of Brockton was charged with subsequent offense possession to distribute cocaine, and subsequent offense to distribute a Class D drug.
8:41 a.m. Disturbance by a family, N. Warren Avenue. Caller reports she and her boyfriend are arguing and he is refusing to let the caller bring her 1-year-old to church. She would like to see an officer. 10-3 filed. 51a filed.
11:03 a.m. A&B investigation, City Gas & Service, 736 N. Main St. Caller from City Gas wants to talk to an officer about being hit with ice balls by a patron of Dunkin’ Donuts.
11:11 a.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon, Belmont Street. Caller states a woman is there allegedly refusing to leave and is threatening the caller with a knife. Caller is 7-months pregnant. Lynette Cordero, 28, of Brockton was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit crime, witness intimidation.
11:56 a.m. Domestic violence call, Gifford Street. Caller is at Dunkin’ Donuts on Belmont Street and states her boyfriend allegedly just pushed her off the front stairs and last night at McDonald’s punched her in the face. Edward DeFilippo, 37, of Brockton was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
5:37 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance, Brockton Hospital. Near the emergency room BAT bus pickup area, one homeless male and one homeless female with a carriage are harassing patients and refusing to leave. Parties removed.

2:31 a.m. Unknown emergency, Battles Farm Drive. Outside vicinity of 386 Battles Farm Drive a female screaming and crying. Caller cannot see her. Matter investigated.
8:31 a.m. Man with a gun, Central Square. Caller states a man is there who allegedly threatened to shoot everyone in the house. Caller is uncooperative and hung up. No answer on call backs. Ernso Jeune, 47, of Brockton was charged with a default warrant.

11:28 a.m. Domestic violence investigation, Battles Farm Road. Caller states her ex-boyfriend allegedly broke into her home and kept her there against her will for two hours. Caller reports he allegedly took the phone away and her car keys so she couldn’t leave. He left 5 minutes ago in an unknown direction. Akwasi Owusu, 27, of W. Roxbury was charged with felony B&E of a building during the daytime, A&B to intimidate, kidnapping and threat to commit crime.
4:49 p.m. Threats complaint, Westland Street. Caller states her ex-boyfriend is allegedly stalking her and making threats to shoot her for three days. Caller states he just sped off when she called 911. Francis Johnston, 17, of Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime and criminal harassment.
6:23 p.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon, Brockton Hospital. Stab wound to the chest of a 17-year-old.
7:38 p.m. Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, W. Chestnut Street. Call about the second floor. Ongoing issue. Tenant has allegedly threatened other tenants in building. Janet Pomales, 40, of Brockton was charged with home invasion, assault with a dangerous weapon and harassment prevention orders violation.
9:30 p.m. Domestic violence call, Alger Street. Caller states baby’s daddy allegedly has assaulted her. Ernest Brockington, 23, of Brockton was charged with assault and battery.
11 p.m. Motor vehicle stop, N. Main and Pleasant streets. Vehicle was called in as stolen, but recovered prior to entry. Originally reported stolen from Hancock Street. Vehicle was not towed. Owner’s responded and took vehicle which was damaged, but driveable. Mauro Cabral, 21, of Brockton was arrested and charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle, malicious destruction of property over $250, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, marked lanes violation and local warrant.
11:47 p.m. Violation of a 209a order, Cary Street. Caller reports her ex-boyfriend who has an active 209a allegedly broke into her home and stole her cell phone and has been calling and leaving messages on all her contacts’ phones. Joseph Bergeron, 40, of Brockton was charged with misdemeanor B&E and violating an abuse prevention order.

2:51 a.m. Disturbance, Goddard Road. Caller states the tenants in the apartment across from #6 are screaming, yelling and stomping and making threats against the caller. Caller doesn’t know how many parties are down there. Matter settled.
3:07 a.m. Disturbance, Eagle Avenue. Caller states son’s father is outside throwing snowballs at the house. She wants him to leave and he won’t. Caller called back and stated party left.
12:27 p.m. Domestic violence call, Taber Avenue. Caller states boyfriend was allegedly throwing things at her and held her down with lit cigarettes and choked her. Gabriel Joseph Eramo, 29, of Brockton was charged with three counts of A&B with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
12:48 p.m. Threats, Plymouth Street. Caller states neighborhood girl allegedly has threatened to come shoot her 10-year-old daughter tonight while she is sleeping. Court complaint and harassment order issued. 258 order served in hand to youth and his mother. 15-year-old juvenile arrested and charged with threat to commit a crime and criminal harassment.
5:16 p.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon, Haverhill Street. Multiple calls. Female first call. Male on call back keeps hanging up. Female states her brothers are allegedly fighting. One brother has since left and there is yelling in the background. Domingos J. Goncalves, 40, of Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.
7:33 p.m. Robbery, Country Inn, 94 Christy’s Dr. Caller is at Country Inn and states a black male allegedly threw him against a wall, stole $400 and took off in a Brockton cab. Willie Bates, 51, of Brockton was charged with unarmed robbery.
7:48 p.m. Larceny in progress, A.J. Wright, 544 Westgate Dr. Security will meet officer out back of store where a female employee is allegedly dumping merchandise outside to take. Natasha Nelson, 33, of Stoughton was charged with larceny under $250.
9:21 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk, Laundromax, 139 Pleasant St. Drunk black male inside causing a disturbance. Man taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center.

12:48 a.m. Disturbance by a family, Copeland Street. Caller states his cousin is trying to take his laptop because he owes him $10 and they are arguing. Party left prior to arrival. Matter settled.
3:13 a.m. Motor vehicle blocking the driveway, Carl Avenue. Caller is trying to go to work, but car is parked at end of her driveway. Caller states two people are in the motor vehicle. Subject ran out of gas. Lynch’s Towing called.
8:20 a.m. 911 emergency unknown, N. Main Street. Caller states there is a white female in her early 20s wearing a black jacket and blue pants standing in front of a building and yelling and screaming. Unknown what is going on. Matter settled.
9:20 a.m. Suspicious motor vehicle, Legion Parkway. Person rolling a marijuana cigarette and a small amount of prescription medication—ibuprofen—found and destroyed.
9:58 a.m. Domestic violence call, Ash Street. Caller states on 911 that his wife allegedly punched him in the face and pushed him. He is outside and she is inside the house. Police charged Luis Carlos Pires, 23, of Brockton with violation of an abuse prevention order. Also charged was Emanuella DePina, 30, with assault and battery.
10:02 a.m. Check property, Ash Street. Mutual service call from West Bridgewater who are looking for a particular vehicle allegedly involved in an A&B with a dangerous weapon—a knife—at Big Lots in W. Bridgewater. Suspects are two white males with one wearing a black hoodie and the other is wearing a tan jacket. Parties left out the back entrance and headed toward Copeland Street. Police spoke with the car’s owner and the woman said she lent the car to her son about 15 minutes prior to police’s arrival. Woman called son and told him to call W. Bridgewater Police.
10:44 a.m. Suicide attempted, Albert Street. Caller’s boyfriend is bipolar but not on meds. He is a white male with red facial hair and long ponytail. He is wearing a brown sweater, gray hat and jeans and has a knife. Walking on foot toward Sawtelle. Has cut himself. Police report taken.
4:50 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk, Rent-a-Center, 736 Crescent St. Caller states there are three males—two white and one black—in the rear of the store drinking and being very loud. Parties moved.
5:21 p.m. Malicious damage investigation, Greentree Boys, 494 Copeland St. Caller states a 14-year-old boy punched and broke a window in the staff office but refused police until a second call when it was stated the 14-year-old boy grabbed a hot pan of food and threw it at a person and then he ran towards a 4-month pregnant woman. Caller states the 14-year-old is a big kid and it keeps escalating. Police charged a 14-year-old boy with malicious destruction of property under $250 and A&B with a dangerous weapon.
5:32 p.m. Disturbance call, HighPoint, 20 Meadow Brook Road. Caller states they are trying to get their sister into detox and she is yelling, fighting and pulled out a needle. A woman was taken to Brockton Hospital for evaluation.
6:57 p.m. Keep the Peace, Elm Avenue. Caller states landlord is playing with the heat and refuses to put the heat on. Caller states she is freezing. Upon investigation officer talked to landlord who said heat runs off one tank on the first floor and is set at 70 degrees. Caller from second floor showed police her bare feet and stated she needed to keep her feet warm. Police report caller was rude and did not feel officer was helping her at all. Possible issues. Officer reports the apartment was warm when visited.
8:32 p.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon, Giannaros Package Store, 430 Main St. Party walked up with a stab wound to the leg outside the store. Investigation of injury at 446 Main St.
8:48 p.m. A&B with a dangerous weapon, Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Possible 27-year-old male with gunshot wound to the right arm at Brockton Hospital ER. Unknown where it took place.
10:41 p.m. Disturbance, 24 Riverside Ave., floor 1. Male party called and sounded very drunk. Female got on the phone and stated they were calling on each other. Another female in the background laughing. Caller states she wants the two drunk parties out of the apartment by tomorrow. Matter settled.

12:45 a.m. Disturbance by a family on Emmet Street. Some sort of argument with male and female. Wife and husband have been drinking and police report taken.
2:45 a.m. Unwanted guest drunk at Academy Inn, 162 Warren Ave. Drunk male in the lobby and caller is unsure if he lives there. Party taken to Brockton Hospital ER for evaluation.
3:17 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance back on Emmet Street. Caller wants wife removed and both have been drinking. Christopher Michael Pollick, 34, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.
3:50 a.m. Assault & battery in progress on Forest Avenue in the vicinity of the 553 block. Male caller states his brother's girlfriend is allegedly attacking his brother. Maria Barros, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for trespassing and disturbing the peace.
7:03 a.m. Disturbance at the Dunkin' Donuts, 321 Crescent St. Male party in store bothering customers and he is asking for money and rides. Matter settled.
9:16 a.m. Robbery investigation at BAARC, 1250 West Chestnut St. See caller who states they were robbed at the Montello station yesterday.
9:38 a.m. Fire at 91 Thurber Avenue. Caller received call from female that fire in the walls, ambulance sent and fire and everybody cleared out.
1:22 p.m. Malicious damage investigation on Spring Avenue in the vicinity of the 43 block. Car window smashed.
1:40 p.m. Assault with a dangerous weapon on Kingman Avenue in the vicinity of the 21block. Avanti Williams, 28, of Brockton was charged assault with dangerous weapon.
1:48 p.m. Party unconscious at Bud's Variety, 916 Warren Ave. Caller states he found the owner of Bud's store on the floor. He is breathing and ambulance sent.
2:13 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at 115 Walnut St. Maurice G. Arnett, 21, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute class B drug, drug violation near a school or park and failure to stop or yield.
2:23 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at 553 Forest Ave. Maria Barros, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for trespassing and threatening to commit a crime.
2:56 p.m. Larceny at the Family Dollar Store, 222 East Ashland St. Amanda Durante, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for larceny of over $250.
3:04 p.m. Robbery investigation on Allen Street. Dispatcher from cab company states his driver was robbed. The dispatcher confirmed and said the driver was robbed at gun point. The dispatcher didn't have any info other than that allegedly guns were used. Krystle Estrella Dorosz, 23, of Brockton was charged with unarmed robbery and Mark Matthew Boslee, 43, of Brockton was charged with unarmed robbery and foreign warrant.
3:21 p.m. B&E investigation on Perkins Avenue in the vicinity of the 214 Block. Caller states found house broken into. BCI called for photo's and prints.
4:05 p.m. Domestic violence call on Second Street. Caller states her boyfriend is being disrespectful and allegedly grabbed her neck and she wants him removed. Moses Almeida, 29, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.
4:36 p.m. B&E investigation on North Main Street in vicinity of the 197 block. Unknown party broke into apartment and stole items.
6:11 p.m. Domestic violence call on Florence Street in the vicinity of the 162 block. Caller was alledgedly pushed today by her ex-husband. Elbert L. Kimpson, 38, of Taunton was summonsed for A&B on a person over 60 or disabled.
9:16 p.m. MV accident involving a pedestrian on Winthrop Street in the vicinity of the 92 block. Car just ran over a man that was on the ground. Fire and ambulance en-route.

9:34 p.m. Larceny investigation on Market Street in the vicinity the 14 block.

10:59 p.m. Gun possession incident on Arthur Street in the vicinity of the 99 block. Kierft Noel, 19, of Brockton was charged with local warrant, unlawful carring of a firearm, resisting arrest, trespass and unlawful possession of ammunition.

Spoke with the driver and no one was throwing anything, the driver was upset because the homeowner was taking pictures of him plowing. We explained to the homeowner that the plow was instructed to widen the street.

Anthony Santos ran from the vehicle and allegedly discarded a quantity of suspected heroin and a cell phone. Santos was apprehended at the Taco Bell drive-thru after a brief struggle and transported to Brockton Hospital for a cut to his head. Caller states his son's mother allegedly just had an argument with him out front in her car and she tried dragging him with car down the street and this was all over their 16-month-old child that is in her car. Dominique Lafleur, 25, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B with a dangerous weapon and A&B. Robert Terrell, 28, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and malicious destruction of property under $250.
10:09 p.m. Injured animals at D.W. Field Park, Oak Street. A group of ducks killed. Caller believes they were run over by a car.
10:16 p.m. Motor vehicle stop on North Montello Street & 61 Wilmington St. State Police Gang Unit conducted a stop of a silver Dodge Avenger as it pulled into the McDonald's on North Montello Street. Anthony Santos ran from the vehicle and allegedly discarded a quantity of suspected heroin and a cell phone. Santos was apprehended at the Taco Bell drive-thru after a brief struggle and transported to Brockton Hospital for a cut to his head. Anthony Santos, 28, of Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class A drug, resisting arrest, drug violation near a school or park, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

The male party had called earlier in the day and was offered medical attention in regards to a fist fight that took place. Caller states he was leaving his house and when he drove half way down the street there were 2 cars parked in the middle of the street and the caller could not get by. The caller stated he started beeping his horn and then his window smashed like someone threw something at it or possibly shot it out, caller did not see what hit it. Police report taken.
8:47 a.m. Unknown emergency at the Elmcourt Hotel, 33 West Elm St. Female called the front desk and asked the worker to call the police and then hung up. Shawn Bousquet, 35, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B and larceny from a person.

10:39 a.m. Malicious damage investigation at Chapel of Our Savior Shrine, 475 Westgate Dr. Someone tried to burn the Nativity down last night and a PVC pipe cord was found wrapped around the Blessed Mother and a jacket with a BIO hazard bag in it. Police spoke to the Father and was directed to maintenance personnel who stated there was no damages or loss.
They believe someone was on scene who put a hat on the Nativity and may have attempted to set it on fire. Not sure any sign of fire. Caller removed all items and they are requesting a cruiser to park at this location during the night and early morning if possible.

3:15 a.m. Gunshots call on Laureston Street. Caller states multiple gunshots, possibly 4-5. They heard a car but was scared and layed down on floor. Twelve 9mm casings and 2 projectiles recovered. Under police investigation.
5:06 a.m. Fire Traffic Control at Travis Cycle Inc., 722 North Main St. Officer Uhlman clear of fire scene and reward posters have been posted at location.(Reward offered in suspected arson)
5:30 a.m. Assault and battery investigation from the Brockton Hospital. A 40-year- old male was found naked and bleeding in the hallway of a Warren Avenue residence in the vicinity of the 99 block at 11 p.m. last night.
Hospital states severe trauma and lacerations and the patient is intubated and in the ICU and unknown next of kin. Police checked his apartment where victim moved into about a week ago and there were no signs of an assault.
7:55 a.m. Welfare check on East Ashland Street. In the vicinity is a black male wearing a tan jacket staggering in the street. Per Officer Uhlman fire was dispatched and already cleared and was unable to locate. Matter unfounded.
10:09 a.m. Medical emergency on Hillberg Avenue. Caller states brother is off his meds and he is allegedly a danger to himself. Would like him taken to the hospital but he is not willing to go. He is agitated and saying off the wall things. He is sitting out front now. Ambulance and police sent. 4:17 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk at Sunshine Calling Card, 374 Main Street. Caller states a white male wearing a black & white checkered sweater is drunk and refusing to leave. Also got a call from a female stated he was following her and she had to push him away. Suspect found and matter settled.
7:33 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at FYE, 200 Westgate Dr. Party hit one of the store managers and they are still arguing. Mall security reports a male inside the FYE store who is assaulting the manager. Tammy Johnson, 30, unknown address, was summonsed for assault & battery. Douglas Rodney, 27, of Brockton was summonsed for assault & battery.
8:10 p.m. Caller from Green Street states a male threw something in his trash barrel because he was being chased by a police officer the other day. This male came back this morning looking for whatever he threw in the trash barrel and apparently couldn't find it. He is now calling the caller and allegedly threatening to shoot up his house. Damon D. Carpenter, 30, of Boston was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime.

3:15 a.m. Robbery investigation at the Elmcourt Hotel, 33 West Elm Ave. The front desk is reporting that a guest in a room just called him and stated that he and his friend were robbed and pistol-whipped by two black males with masks. The males have since fled and did not pass the front desk to get out of the building. No ambulance needed.
7:33 a.m. Larceny investigation on Chatham West Drive in the vicinity of the 300 block. Caller reports all 4 tires stolen from Nissan Maxima.

12:42 p.m. Animal control dog attack. Caller states 2 loose German Shepherds were attacking a woman and her small dog. Caller got the woman and the dog safely in his car and will be waiting on the corner of Hillberg Avenue & Warren Avenue. 2nd call came in from the victim and she stated that she and her dog were both attacked and bleeding, ambulance sent.
Victim reported that she was walking her Beagle/Basset Hound mix dog up Hillside Avenue near French Avenue when two German Shepherds attacked her dog and her. A Good Samaritan stopped his car with his son and helped the victim by getting the German Shepherds to retreat and were able to get the victim and her dog into his car.
The victim had a minor injury to her left thumb and no signs of a dog bite and declined medical attention. Animal Control contacted and will respond and investigate and take report.

8:23 a.m. Suspicious motor vehicle on Augusta Avenue and Prospect Avenue. On December 30, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. a blue rented mini-van was observed with three black males inside and appeared to be watching a house on the northeast side of Augusta Avenue.
While parked on Augusta Avenue at the intersection of Prospect Avenue & Greenfield Streets, the vehicle fled hurriedly upon seeing a marked cruiser. Another vehicle was observed on December 31, 2010 at 4:05 p.m. in the exact same spot engaged in the same activity at the intersection of Augusta Avenue, Prospect Avenue and Greenfield Street. Operator is believed to be the same male as the previous day. There have been numerous B&E and home invasions in the area.

Caller chased them out and followed in her car and saw them run into a residence on Highland Terrace. A male party from Highland Terrace heard a car horn blowing and called the police also. 12:36 p.m. Larceny in progress at a construction site at 300 Manley St. Someone allegedly stole some steel equipment from the job site. Steven Delancey, 42, of Norton was charged with larceny over $250 and trespassing. Jerome J. Wieczorek, 39, of Taunton was charged with larceny over $250 and trespassing.2:10 p.m. Assault & battery with a dangerous weapon on Owens Avenue. Caller states her friend just allegedly hit her with a hammer and is still in the home. Darcai Waters, 40, of Rockland was charged with assault & battery with a dangerous weapon.
4:56 p.m. MV accident at 554 Crescent St. Ex-boyfriend allegedly assaulted her while driving and caused her to crash into another car. Vincent Pugsley, 21, of Randolph was charged with 2 counts of A&B with a dangerous weapon and A&B.
7:13 p.m. Disturbance at Giannaros Package Store-430 Main St. Person is harassing customers outside store. Police moved party along.
10:39 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance at the Alamo Cafe, 51 Legion Parkway. Male party from earlier is back and is refusing to leave. Christopher Henry, 43, of Brockton was charged with A&B on person over 60 or disabled, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and assault and battery.
9:53 a.m. Disturbance at CVS on 355 Centre St. Unwanted male in store and arguing with a female and the male is yelling at the workers. Police report taken.
