12:58 a.m. Disturbance. 35 Longworth Ave., Apt. 15. Caller states she has been arguing with her husband and he allegedly tried to hit her. Caller would like to speak to an officer. Juan P. Breton, 29, of 10 Essex Ave., Lawrence was charged with A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.

8:30 a.m. B&E attempted. DJI’s Hair Styling, 821 N. Main St. Broken rear window by the parking lot. Someone tried to break in, but couldn’t break the glass.

10:42 a.m. M/V stop. 35 Oak St. Rosa E. Santiago, 45, of 57 Fairmount Ave., Brockton was charged with subsequent offense operating M/V with suspended license and failure to stop/yield.

10:43 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 25 Central Square. M/V window smashed.

11:00 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigated. Brockton District Court. 215 Main St. Yvette Eugene, 39, of 17 Annadea Road, Brockton was arrested and charged with 2 counts of A&B with a dangerous weapon, A&B, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, and default warrant.

11:05 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. Brockton Superior Court. 72 Belmont St. Caller stated her front passenger side window was smashed sometime this morning.

11:26 a.m. Domestic violence call. 59 Chester Ave., Apt. 2S. Caller states mother’s boyfriend allegedly grabbed her arm. States she has bruises and is pregnant. He is refusing to leave. George William Rodriguez, 22, of 8 Grand St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:11 p.m. B&E investigate. 101 Forest Ave., Apt. 1. Caller returned home to find door open, TV stolen.

1:43 p.m. Disturbance. 722 Main St. Two drunk males drinking on porch under “No Trespass” sign. Advised in CV Creole of “No Trespass” sign.

5:50 p.m. Gunshots call. Crescent St. One gun shot. Duplicate call.

6:36 p.m. Robbery investigation. 390 N. Main St. & 1 W. Ashland St. Caller states he allegedly was robbed last night at above location and did not report it. Caller is now at 617 Main St., and saw the male in the area. Matthew J. Collins, 305 Old South Ave., Apt. 2, Whitman was charged with larceny from person and 2 warrants.

7:23 p.m. A&B investigate. Brockton Neighborhood Health Center. 63 Main St., Apt. 1. Caller states she works at above and two females allegedly were fighting, but now they are separated. Nicole Dawson, 40, 20 Seaver Apt. 1, was arrested and charged with A&B.

7:28 p.m. Man with a gun. City Gas & Service. 736 N. Main St. Caller states he works at above location and a white male with a scarf on his face pointed a gun to a cashier. When he walked in the male took off with another black male with a bicycle and went toward Rutland Street.

7:43 p.m. Domestic violence call. 135 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. 8. Caller states she was arguing with her father and during the argument he allegedly choked her and locked her out of her apartment. States her 2-month-old is still inside. Jerome Wright, 43, of 135 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. 8, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

8:20 p.m. Animal complaint. 63 Silver Road & 22 Ash St. Loose pig.

10:33 p.m. B&E M/V investigate. 37 Foster St., Apt. 1. Car broken into.

10:36 p.m. Malicious damage M/V. 55 Chester Ave., Apt. 2. Smashed M/V window—back door.

11:22 p.m. Disturbance by a drunk. 362 East St. Paula Creutz, 51, of 362 East St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with A&B.
