9:30 a.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Brockton High School. 470 Forest Ave. Juvenile arrest, 16-year-old, charged with trespass, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace.

11:04 a.m. Code enforcement. Paradise Caribbean Restaurant. 192 Warren Ave. Officer reports they do not have a common victualler license and they were told to put up the chairs and have take-out only. They will be getting a citation with a fine. It is now February and the license expired Dec. 31. They were also told to get to the License Commission ASAP and fix it or they would be getting fine every day for $300.

11:10 a.m. Code enforcement. Howard Street Diner. 142 Howard St. Officer reports they still have seating available and no common victualler license. Told to put up all the chairs and no sit down. $300 citation will be issued for today.

11:22 a.m. Code enforcement. C.W. Price. 200 Westgate Dr. Officer reports spoke to manager about the false alarm problem and why has not the bill for $300 been paid. Officer notes some of alarms belong to Marshall’s and will be noted.

11:31 a.m. Domestic violence call. 20 Auna Dr., Apt. 10. Caller reports his 17-year-old son allegedly threw him to the ground. John J. Todesca, 17, of 50 Blanchard Boulevard, Braintree was charged with A&B.

11:49 a.m. Domestic violence call. Brockton Neighborhood Health Center. 63 Main St. Caller states she allegedly was just pushed by boyfriend. She reports he took her red Chevy Cobalt and headed toward Warren Avenue. She is inside in urgent care on the first floor. States security witnessed incident. Jeremy Harris, 22, of 956 Warren Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B, larceny under $250, larceny of M/V, and resisting arrest.

11:54 a.m. A&B in progress. 43 Clifford Ave. Caller states he was allegedly assaulted by a woman known to her. Caller said she told him she would be back with someone to assault him again. He states he is bleeding from face and back. Vicky Jackson, (no birth date available), 43 Clifford Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:28 p.m. Threats see the complainant. Lowe’s. 125 Westgate Dr. Richard Medeiros, 56, of 65 Horton St., Fall River was charged with assault.

1:20 p.m.  A&B dangerous weapon—knife.  12 Perkins Ave.  Caller states a male party has stabbed him. He is behind the old club. Male party states 2 males asked him for money and stabbed him. Suspects described as 2 Spanish males with white shirts.

1:43 p.m. Code enforcement. 515 N. Main St. Officer reports the second hand store is attempting to open with no licenses. I need to investigate.

1:49 p.m. B&E investigate. 229 Belmont St. Caller states his house was broken into over the weekend. States the door jamb is busted and the basement door almost fell on him because the pins were taken out of the door.

6:01 p.m. Suspicious activity. 50 Hill St. Two arrested on drug charges. Luis DeJesus, 33, of 25 W. Park St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with possession to distribute Class A drug, drug violation near school/park, conspiracy to violate drug law. Krysta L. Smith, 27, of 37 Edson St., Brockton was charged with 5 counts of possession of Class E drug, attempt to commit crime, and conspiracy to violate drug law.

6:25 p.m.  B&E investigate. Raintree Circle. Caller reports broke window and stole computer.

8:13 p.m. 229 Belmont St. Caller reports someone kicked the side door in and stole his washer & dryer along with other items.

10:54 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 271 Prospect St. & 17 Cross St. Kelsie Barstad, 18, of 7 Highland Court, Taunton was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for a fee. Also, Juvenile arrest, 16-year-old, charged with sexual conduct for fee and warrant.

11:55 p.m. Malicious damage in progress. 104 Leach Ave. Caller states neighbor known to her allegedly just slashed her tires and keyed her car. She is still outside. Second call states female is now getting violent and followed her to her house. Morghyn Croteau, 22, of 100 Leach Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B and malicious destruction of property over $250.
