2:12 a.m. Domestic violence call. 166 Copeland St. & 66 Cushing Ave. Caller states she is in a silver Honda van with her boyfriend and he allegedly punched her and bit her hand. Phone was disconnected. Kenneth Hernandez, 23, of 115 Leach Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:50 a.m. 911 Hang-up. 102 Bartlett St., Apt. 1. Caller reports her boyfriend allegedly scratched her and took off in her gold GMC truck. Call came in through State Police. Two residents at the above address were charged.  They are: John Junior DaSilva, 29,was charged with A&B, and Anabele Fernandes, 27, was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

8:33 a.m. Domestic violence call. 217 Prospect St., Apt. 2. Caller states her husband allegedly assaulted her. McGregor Jeune, 20, of 217 Prospect St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:02 a.m. B&E investigate. 92 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. 1. Office broken into.

1:03 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 40 Reservoir St., Apt. 505. Smashed passenger window. Stereo taken.

1:13 p.m. Code enforcement. Prestige Gas. 761 Warren Ave. Officer reports out at above location to notify them they have to remove the video poker machines within 48 hours.

1:35 p.m. Code enforcement. Table 22 Restaurant. 22 Main St. Officer reports finding illegal gambling machine and gave 48 hours to remove. Officer also reports the restaurant’s common victualers license has expired and the operators have failed to renew. Will send citation and officer informed business not to allow seating until licensed.

 2:10 p.m. A&B in progress. McDonald’s. 715 Belmont St. Group of kids fighting. A 15-year-old and 16-year-old were arrested and charged with A&B.

2:37 p.m. Code enforcement. 515 N. Main St. Officer reports selling a car from the lot again. Last one was a warning, second one is court action and a citation.

2:49 p.m. Code enforcement. Pisces Kitchen. 820 Main St. Officer reports they were running a kerosene heater inside because the coil burner was broken and now that it is fixed, they have no oil. The “salamanda” heater is illegal in a confined space. Deputy Fire Chief Kenny is on scene with a truck company. There was fuel in the non-kitchen area and gasoline in the rear stairwell with a weed-whacker. Officer reports the kerosene heater has been running for 3 days and Mr. Butler came from the Board of Health and closed the entire bar and ordered the liquor be destroyed. Officer reports the fire department could not do its inspection because of locked rooms that they could not enter. The bar was cleared of patrons and is not to open until a clean bill of health is issued from Board of Health.

4:39 p.m. Code enforcement. Soares Club LLC. 1002 Main St. Letter to be served for License Commission in had at bar to barmaid on duty.

6:00 p.m. M/V pursuit. Highland Street. Police pursuing a white Chevy Traverse with New York plates being driven by a black male wearing a red hat. Travone J. Bonnett, 18, of 135 Edward St., Brockton was arrested and charged with 2 counts of failure to stop for police, unlicensed operation of M/V, and resisting arrest.

6:22 p.m. Malicious damage M/V investigation. 279 Pine Grove Dr. Caller states her ex-boyfriend allegedly slashed her tire for the 2nd time. James Gomes, 36, of 2151 Dorchester Ave., Dorchester was charged with malicious damage to M/V.

8:07 p.m. Larceny in progress. Walmart. 700 Oak St. Caller reports a white female wearing a black jacket, gray pants is allegedly taking cell phones and cameras and putting them into her purse and is now in the ladies’ bathroom. Melissa Brand, 25, of 809 Washington St., Apt. 3, Whitman was charged with larceny over $250.

8:39 p.m. Shoplifting. Stop &Shop. 932 N. Montello St. Hispanic male wearing a tan jacket and blue jeans is in the store allegedly stealing. Caller reports an ongoing problem with this person. Jose Ortega, 45, of 17 Blendall St., Brockton was charged with 2nd offense shoplifting by asportation.

10:48 p.m. B&E in progress. 68 W. Elm Terrace. Caller states her ex-husband allegedly just broke into the house. She ran out to the neighbor’s house. Michel Lacerda, 29, of 175 Washington St., Apt. 2, Weymouth was charged with A&B, intimidating a witness, threat to commit crime, and larceny over $250.
