7:08 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 70 Baltic Ave. Two vehicles in driveway. Vehicles found with doors left open.

7:18 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 132 Lynn Road. Registration stolen from M/V.

7:20 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 187 Lynn Road. Vehicle in driveway. Found door open.

7:34 a.m. B&E investigate. Affordable Properties LLC. 17 Foster St. Front door kicked in. Unknown items taken.

8:17 a.m. Code enforcement. 30 Banks St. Assist water department with a shut off.  Officer reports last time water department people were assaulted and guy in the house is very volatile.

9:08 a.m. B&E M/V. 152 Lynn  Road. Report taken.

11:06 a.m.  Medical emergency. Colonel Bell Drive. Female caller states her mother allegedly is having a heart attack, but another female yelling in the background states the caller is lying. Unknown what is going on. Juvenile arrest of 16-year-old, charged with A&B on police officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and malicious communication with PSAP.

2:41 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. Brockton Hospital. 680 Centre St. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly assaulted her. Transported to BHER. Richard Moniz, 51, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with 2 counts A&B. Matthew David Pace, 36, of 25 Waterfall Road, Canton was charged with default warrant.

2:58 p.m. Domestic violence call. 77 Twin Oaks Dr. Caller states her 19-year-old son allegedly pushed her and is giving her a hard time. James C. Ramey, Jr., 19, of 77 Twin Oaks Dr., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

3:51 p.m. Suspicious person.  31 Otis St. Caller states his 3 children were walking home from the bus stop and a white male with a beard driving a black Jeep followed them. Caller states this is the 3rd time this has happened to them. The driver slows down when the children slow down, but he has not said anything to them.

4:24 p.m. Larceny investigation. Crescent Credit Union. 1300 Belmont St. Large part of chain link fence has been stolen.

4:31 p.m. B&E investigation. 43 Pine Ave. Some one broke in house. Smashed back window. Took all kinds of things, including a laptop and video systems.

6:32 p.m. Threats see the complainant. 84 Studley Ave. Caller states his female cousin is staying with him and her ex-husband allegedly called and is on his way there to “cause trouble.”  Robert Commesso, 43, of 20 Southworth St., Brockton was charged with criminal harassment, stalking, threat to commit crime, and witness intimidation.

6:47 p.m. M/V stop. 69 Harvard St. Segundo R. Castro, 23, of 69 Harvard St., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, operating M/V with suspended license, possession of open container of alcohol in M/V, marked lanes violation, failure to stop for police, and 3 warrants.

8:39 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 813 Court St. Caller states 19-year-old son allegedly threatened to him the caller. Ryan Ralph Brown, 19, of 813 Court St., Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

9:10 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 173 N. Warren Ave., Apt. 2. Caller wants her fiancé removed because he is allegedly causing a problem. Eugene Jean Baptiste, 43, of 173 N. Warren Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with threat to commit crime.

10:11 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 236 E. Ashland St. & 258 N. Cary St. Jennifer Corporan, 31, of 112 Meadow Dr., Raynham was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

10:20 p.m. B&E in progress. Spiegel Scrap Metal. 175 E. Ashland St. Caller is watching the video camera and states there are two males inside the building. Caller is watching them and states male is in the open yard allegedly stealing scrap. BCI notified. Detective to Brockton Hospital ER watching prisoner in cruiser. Raymond E. Patricelli Jr., 25, of 55 Mulberry St., Brockton was arrested and charged with larceny from a building, felony B&E building nighttime, and 3 default warrants. Jessie Pearson, 25, of 31 Arch St., Brockton was charged with felony B&E building nighttime and larceny from a building.

10:23 p.m. Suspicious M/V. Giannaros Package Store. 430 Main St. Minors trying to procure liquor.

10:45 p.m. M/V accident with injuries. Car hit house. BCI notified. Emilie M. Hayes, 35, of 168 Temple St., Apt. 1, Whitman was arrested and charged with OUI liquor, impeded operation—texting while driving, and marked lanes violation.

11:18 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 193 Belmont St., Apt. 1R. Window and door were broken. DVD player was taken. BCI notified.
