12:12 a.m. M/V accident. 226 Prospect St. Car into tree. One person collapsed. Jesse Daniel Fernandes, 19, of 50 Thayer St., Brockton was charged with reckless operation of M/V, speeding, and marked lanes violation.

12:29 a.m. Disturbance. 64 Prospect St., 3rd Floor. Caller states his female friend called him and said her boyfriend allegedly wouldn’t let her into the apartment and while on the phone the female and boyfriend bean arguing. Caller said it sounded like it was getting physical and she hung up. Rafael Lemas, (DOB unknown at this time), 64 Prospect St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B.

2:13 a.m. A&B in progress. Cristal’s. 283 Main St. Caller reports a group fighting. Someone throwing rocks at the building. Second call from neighbor says group in back of Joe Angelo’s . One gunshot neighbor reports. Female caller says someone in a Nissan Maxima, license plate given to PD, shot twice.

5:28 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 17 Sheppard Ave. Caller states someone broke into his black 2011 Honda Civic from the driver’s side window.

7:49 a.m. Domestic violence call. 38 Glenwood Square. Caller states his sister allegedly punched him in the face. They’re both sitting in his gold 1998 Toyota Corolla. Stephany Cardoso-Leite, 18, of 38 Glenwood Square, Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with A&B.

8:10 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 60 Reservoir St., Apt. 208. B&E to M/V. Plymouth County BCI notified.

8:21 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 69 Oakdale St., Apt. 2. B&E to M/V.

8:59 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 101 Harvard St., Apt. 3. Window smashed on car. Items stolen.

9:03 a.m. Disturbance. City Hall. 45 School St. Call for an unruly party in the assessor’s office. He is now going to the mayor’s office. Caller states the man is wearing a white shirt. Party left. He called mayor’s office and was told not to return until they call him.

9:12 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 20 Hawthorne St. Passenger’s side window smashed. Some items were taken.

10:30 a.m. Domestic violence call. Brockton High School, Forest Ave. Juvenile arrest of 18-year-old, juvenile arrest, 15-year-old, both charged with A&B and disturbing a school.

11:06 a.m. B&E investigate. 50 Orchard Ave. Home broken into.

11:17 a.m. Domestic violence call. 424 Copeland St. Mother is reporting her daughter allegedly punched her in the face. She is out front smoking. No weapons involved. Brooke Wieners, 17, 424 Copeland St., Brockton was charged with A&B.

11:45 a.m. M/V accident. 2 Oak St. & 316 N. Pearl St. Ambulance sent. Two parties transported to Good Samaritan. Two vehicles towed. Third car and driver involved. Couple of passengers.

12:35 p.m. B&E M/V investigate. 25 Camden Ave. M/V broken into.

1:02 p.m. Party unconscious. Elmcourt Hotel. 33 W. Elm St., Apt. 411. Allegedly drunk party passed out in the hallway. Party transported to hospital. Robert Hosea, 38, of 33 W. Elm St., Apt. 411, Brockton was charged with attempted murder and A&B. Joanne Rodick, 57, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with foreign warrant.

1:42 p.m. Larceny in progress. CVS. 230 E. Ashland St. A male party allegedly stole cigarettes and fled the store on foote heading west on E. Ashland St. Man is described as a thin black male wearing a dark colored sweat shirt and jeans. He got into a white work van and headed toward N. Montello St. Merrell Gamble, 44, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with unarmed robbery, larceny over $250, and warrants.

2:50 p.m. B&E investigate. 27 Intervale St., Apt. 1. Caller stated someone broke into apartment last night and stole items.

3:57 p.m. Disturbance. 115 Colonel Bell Dr., Apt. 2. Caller reports a social worker at the home is getting out of control. There are 4 children and one infant. DSS is sending another woman to handle a possible removal of children.

5:57 p.m. B&E investigate. 527 Crescent St. Caller states someone broke in and stole her computer on 1/24.

6:22 p.m. M/V accident. 634 Plain St. EB PO in an accident on Plain Street near the town border. James Michael O’Sullivan, 25, of 65 Furnance Lane, Pembroke was arrested and charged with OUI drugs, possession Class A drug, operating M/V with license suspended, forge/misuse RMV document, negligent operation of M/V, M/V operator refuse to identify self.

6:22 p.m. A&B w/dangerous weapon. 79 N. Warren Ave. Caller states a female neighbor allegedly attacked her with a pot. Rita Goforth, 58, of 81 N. Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

7:35 p.m. Disturbance by a family. Forest Ave. Caller reports 16-year-old son allegedly threatened to punch her. Juvenile arrest, 16-year-old, charged with threat to commit crime.

7:37 p.m. Robbery. 706 Main St., Apt. C. Male party wearing dark color hoodie just grabbed her pocketbook out of her hand and took of down Warren Ave.

8:17 p.m. Disturbance. 100 Green St. Caller states there is a female laying on his front lawn.  Paula Creutz, 51, of 326 East St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and 2 counts of A&B on police officer.

10:50 p.m. Violation of 209A order. 331 Battles Farm Dr. Jose Vaz, 30, of 8 Berkley St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.

11:23 p.m. Welfare check. 446 Main St. Caller reports there is a black male and female in a green Toyota with Georgia plates and it appears the male is allegedly beating up the female. Caller states woman looks like she is trying to get out and the male is not letting her. Vehicle has pulled into a driveway to the rear of the building. Roderick Brown, 44, of 140 Bedford St., Bridgewater was charged with A&B, kidnapping, 2 counts A&B with dangerous weapon, and threat to commit crime.
