12:14 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. Tamboo Bistro. 252 Main St. Gray Land Rover broken into out front of Tamboo.

12:36 p.m. Disturbance. Westgate Lanes. 65 Westgate Dr. Adam N. Conley, 25, of 376 Walnut St., W. Bridgewater was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, trespass, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.

2:51 a.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. 771 N. Montello St. Caller states her ex allegedly got into the apartment. He is now in the driveway. Female started screaming and phone hung up. Busy on call back. Keith E. Duclos, 39, of 92 Colonel Bell Dr., Brockton was charged with felony B&E building at nighttime, A&B, and malicious destruction of property under $250.

4:00 a.m. M/V accident. 786 Summer St. Car into tree. Neighbor states 2 people got out the M/V and ran. 911 call from Scott Verrier who states his 1999 Saab was stolen. Scott Verrier, 22, of 57 River St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with leaving the scene of property damage.

9:59 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 116 Myrtle St., Apt. 2. Gray Nissan Altima broken into. GPS, IPod stolen.

10:45 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 93 Myrtle St., Apt. 1. Passenger window. Purse taken.

11:03 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 261 Chatham West Dr. B&E to M/V.

11:27 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 19 Packard St. Tires slashed on M/V.

11:35 a.m. Larceny investigation. 17 Denton St. Cast iron urn from property.

1:08 p.m. Code enforcement. 47 Wyman St. Officer reports the vacant building is not secure and squatters have moved in. Reports squatters have electric heaters to keep warm on the third floor and there was blanket over the heater and the heater was on. We removed the blanket, unplugged the heater, and contacted Edison who cut the power to the building. Building department to have building secured.

1:26 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. Keys of the Kingdom, 33 N. Main St. Merrell Gamble, 45, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was arrested and charged with unarmed robbery, larceny over $250, and 3 warrants. Bowie Hall, 36, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton, and Merry Elaine Rank, 49, of 200 Warren Ave., Apt. 2 Brockton were also charged with warrants.

2:41 p.m. Unknown emergency. 35 Park St. Female on phone states she needs police. States her daughter and baby’s father allegedly are arguing. Refuse further information. Screaming and yelling in background. Jennifer Andrade, 17, of 20 Shealey Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B and malicious damage to M/V. Tito Ribeiro Centeio, 18, of 33 Park St., Brockton was charged with malicious damage to M/V.

3:49 p.m. Party unconscious. 640 Oak St. Party lying on the sidewalk near Aamco/Valvoline. Possible overdose on Class A drug. Party transported to Good Samaritan.

6:44 p.m. A&B investigate. 88 N. Main St., Apt. 22. Caller reports a relative of a patient allegedly tried to assault her. He has left the building. She knows who it is. Jose Rivera, 39, of 54 Main St., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, A&B on a police officer, A&B, disturbing the peace, and resisting arrest.

8:34 p.m. Robbery investigation. Hess Gas Station. 261 N. Main St. Caller reports an older white male next to a green M/V has blood on his hands. Unknown how this happened. Sheila Kelly, 44, of 18 Corala Road, Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon a person 60 and over, armed robbery, and sexual conduct for a fee.

9:10 p.m. Disturbance. 21 Forest Ave., Apt. 2. A female states a male party is in her apartment and they are arguing about a telephone. She wants him removed. Call from male party states someone is stealing his phone. Advised caller to wait outside. Adilson Fonseca, 31, of 865 Warren Ave., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with trespass and disturbing the peace.

11:09 p.m. M/V accident. 17 W. Chestnut St. Caller reports a silver Ford Taurus hit a parked vehicle. Driver is trying to leave scene. Axle in street. Bruno Maciel, 35, of 9 Woodard Ave., Brockton was charged with OUI liquor, leaving the scene of property damage, and resisting arrest.
