5:18 a.m. B&E M/V investigation. 18 Davids St., Apt. 1. Smashed window and went through M/V. Not sure what they took yet.

 8:35 a.m. Fire, investigation. 243 Belmont St. Follow-up investigation on a building fire that happened 1-13-2012 with an application for arson complaint. Robert J. Stern Jr., 41, of 22 Spring St., Bedford, Mass., was charged with burn building, trespass, felony B&E a building at nighttime, and burn personal property.

 9:09 a.m. M/V accident with injuries. 516 N. Warren Ave. & 252 Richmond St. Car vs. car. Ambulance en route. Two parties transported to Brockton Hospital ER. Two vehicles towed. Dianaisy Blasina Vazquez, 28, of 107 Newbury St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with unlicensed operation of M/V and failure to stop/yield.

10:24 a.m. Robbery. HarborOne Credit Union, 68 Legion Parkway.  White male with a hoodie and a baseball cap. Bank was not sure of the color of the hoodie or baseball cap. Adam J. Gomm, 25, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with unarmed robbery and foreign warrant.

1:03 p.m. B&E investigate. 43 Clinton St., Apt. 1. Caller reports came home and found apartment broken into.

1:46 p.m. B&E investigate. 19 Palmer St. Caller came home and found his house broken into. Unknown if anyone is still inside. Owner is in process of calling glass man to fix door.

1:50 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 297 Torrey St. Ryan W. Salter, 27, of 26 Bishop St., Quincy was arrested and charged with operating a M/V with suspended license, speeding, and default warrant.

3:54 p.m. Disturbance. BAT Bus Terminal. 10 Commercial St. Pamela Sanon, 21, of 795 Warren Ave., Apt. 3, Brockton was arrested and charged with trespassing.

5:34 p.m. M/V accident. 199 Warren Ave. Two car accident. Two children in one vehicle. Raul Spearin, Jr., 34, of 229 Green St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with operating M/V with suspended license, failure to yield at intersection, leaving scene of property damage. Kathyann Ambrose-King, 40, of 229 Green St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with allowing improper operation of M/V.

5:59 p.m. Disturbance by family. 96 W. Chestnut St. Caller states his girlfriend is at above location allegedly having had been drinking vodka all day and wants to pick up children. Male caller is at friend’s house. Jean Dennison, 24, of 86 W. Chestnut St., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

6:47 p.m. B&E investigate.  28 Prospect St., Apt. 1. Caller just came home and found the apartment broken into.

7:11 p.m. Disturbance. 29 Market St. Caller reports her daughter’s boyfriend allegedly threatened to kill her if she ever leaves her house and threatened to smash all her windows. Caller said he left in a vehicle. Daughter has a restraining order against him. James A. Young, 27, of 243 Belmont St., Apt. 6, Brockton was charged with violating an abuse prevention order and threat to commit crime.

7:31 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Kentucky Fried Chicken, 875 N. Montello St. KFC reports a male party is refusing to leave the drive-thru. Matter settled.

7:46 p.m. Unwanted guest drunk. 1145 Warren Ave. & 76 Market St. Several calls about a drunk female on the bus causing a disturbance. Woman asked to get off and is refusing. Third call notes the drunk female’s boyfriend is in a wheelchair and needs to be unhooked to get off the bus with drunk girlfriend.

8:44 p.m. Welfare check. 373 Warren Ave. & 57 Bartlett St. Caller reports the driver in a white van with ladders on top is allegededly passed out. Caller reports driver is in the middle of the intersection with the van running and allegedly has open containers of alcohol. Caller states tried to wake up driver, but no luck. Manuel Caguana, 25, of 69 Harvard St., Brockton was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of M/V and possession of open container of alcohol in M/V.

9:21 p.m. Robbery. Garcia Grocery. 886 Main St. Tall black male, thin, wearing a mask robbed the store and left on foot. Had a black gun.

9:36 p.m. Alarm-holdup. Brockton MiniMart. 139 Pleasant St. Hold up alarm hit. Called clerk. Big gun. He was held up, then he said police were there and hung up. Officer reports suspect is a light-skinned male, about 5-feet, 7-inches to 5-feet, 10-inches, wearing a black hoodie, black gloves with white skeleton print on top. Suspect took whole draw.

10:18 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 271 Prospect St. & 17 Cross St. Valerie McGaughey, 24, of 98 Harvard St., Bridgewater was arrested and charged with sexual conduct for fee and default warrant.

11:36 p.m. Gunshots call. Soares Club LLC. 1002 Main St. Shots fired. Police officer chasing someone. State sending other police officers. Alfonso Brandao, 18, of 282 N. Montello St., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with assault with dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, affray, and resisting arrest.
