Dr. Caller states James Gomes just ran up and allegedly broke the window on her
car and took off running. James Gomes, 36, of 2151 Dorchester Ave., Dorchester
was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250.
6:51 a.m. A&B in progress. Brockton Hospital. 680 Centre
St. Patient in ER is fighting staff. Patient transported to Quality Inn.
11:39 a.m. Domestic violence call. 915 N. Main St., Apt. B.
Caller states her mother’s boyfriend allegedly is hitting her and won’t leave.
Dennis Hurd, 42, of 915 N. Main St., Apt. B, Brockton was charged with A&B.
1:37 p.m. Shoplifting. Walmart. 700 Oak St. Caller reports a
male party allegedly stole approximately $200 in merchandise. Was stopped at
the doors but he fled. Caller states they know who he is. Clifford R. Kimmey,
24, of 183 Thatcher St., Brockton was charged with shoplifting $100 or more by
concealing merchandise.
5:23 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 284 Grafton St. Caller
states someone broke the passenger side window with a rock and stole his wife’s
purse.
10:42 p.m. Disturbance. Foxy Lady. Two men charged with
trespass, disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace. They are: John Landy,
27, of 1 Potter St., Adams, Mass., and Christopher Jones, 35, of 8 Arbor St.,
Cumberland, R.I.
