12:19 a.m. Disturbance. Joe Angelo’s Café. 11 Crescent St. Matter settled.

12:19 a.m. Disturbance. Max’s Blues Café. 68 Field St. Female caller states she heard one gunshot and looked out window and there were people fighting. Saw someone on the ground. Stated police just arrived. Numerous cruisers responded. Last cruiser cleared scene at about 12:41 a.m.

12:32 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 33 Montrose St. Caller reports “boulder” through passenger side window.

12:51 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. Brockton PD. 7 Commercial St. Victim came into the lobby and stated her sister allegedly beat her up on multiple occasions. Josephine Resende, 31, of 49 Summer St., Apt. 15, Stoughton was charged with A&B.

1:41 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 74 School St. & 27 Lincoln St. Caller reports 8 vehicles had tires punctured in city lot. Owners will respond on Saturday to change tires. Please don’t tag or tow, caller requests.

2:46 a.m. Unknown emergency. 94 Ford St. Female on phone screaming for police. Line hung-up. No answer on call back. BCI notified for photos. EMS on scene to evaluate victim. Not transported. Advised of 209A and other legal steps. Victim will seek emergency room in a.m. Carlos Junior Gonzalez, 17, of 337 N. Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B and malicious destruction of property over $250.

7:26 a.m. M/V accident with injuries. 498 Main St. & 47 Exchange St. Two cars. Ambulance sent.

8:23 a.m. B&E M/V investigate. 400 Forest Ave. Caller reports 3 M/Vs broken into.

8:51 a.m. Hit & Run investigate. 36 Ash St., Apt. 3. Caller reports her Ford Ranger was hit during the night. Her car was pushed into another parked M/V.

8:54 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. 794 Warren Ave., Apt. 3. Caller reports all the windows to the car are smashed. Party states he and the second floor tenant got into an argument last night. Caller said the car was fine last night and this morning he woke up to damages. A 32-year-old woman who is 38-weeks pregnant was transported to Brockton Hospital ER to be checked out. 
Leonel Rojas, Jr., 24, of 794 Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with assault, threat to commit crime, and intimidating a witness.
Alejandra Rojas, 53, of 794 Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with A&B on a police officer, assault, threat to commit crime, resisting arrest, intimidating a witness and interfering with a police officer in performance of duty.

10:05 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. 73 Bernice Ave. Caller reports someone overnight threw a rock and smashed a window. BCI notified for photos. Hot sheet.

12:12 p.m. B&E investigate. Porter LLC. 78 Court St. Caller states his building was broken into. Copper stolen, busted door lock.

1:13 p.m. Larceny investigation. 29 Leavitt St., Apt. 2. Caller states that her $10,000 watch has been stolen from her bedroom. Report taken.

1:19 p.m. Shoplifting. Sears. 200 Westgate Lane. An alleged male shoplifter is being followed by security into woods at D.W. Field Park. Manuel G. Goncalves, 20, of 12 Clarence St., Apt. 3, Brockton was charged with shoplifting by asportation.

1:28 p.m. Domestic violence call. 13 Sheppard Ave. Caller states her husband is allegedly beating her up. She states he punched her numerous times in the head. Gerald S. Jenkins, 41, of 13 Sheppard Ave, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

2:53 p.m. Larceny in progress. Stop & Shop. 932 N. Montello St. Caller reports a white male wearing a black jacket, and red and white hat is allegedly stealing steaks. Caller states he is a repeat offender. Suspect is still in the store. Thomas Edward Terranova, 47, of 22 Madrid Square, Apt. 4, Brockton was arrested and charged with shoplifting $100 or more by concealing merchandise.

3:09 p.m. Animal complaint. 47 Grant Ave. Caller states a black Toyota Camry with 2 occupants allegedly threw a Jack Russell terrier out of the car in the area of South Middle School. Caller states the dog is in her yard now and might be injured.  Police report dog not injured and that the dog jumped out of the car when the car stopped and opened the door. Youths never saw dog in neighborhood before. Transported to Animal Control and placed in kennel.

3:18 p.m. B&E M/V investigate. 1753 Main St. Caller reports someone took $40 and a pair of sunglasses.

3:36 p.m. M/V accident with injuries. 973 Main St. Car vs. car. Fire is on the scene. Fire requesting officers—possible fight. Fire reporting detaining possible car theft suspect. Francisco Morales, 40, of 25 Martin Terrace, Randolph was arrested and charged with larceny of M/V.

3:39 p.m. Domestic violence call.  Fairbanks Road.  Caller states her 14-year-old son is fighting with her husband. No weapons involved. Mom states teen is off his meds. Juvenile arrest, 14-yar-old, and charged with A&B.

4:06 p.m. Assist fire or ambulance. 749 N. Montello St. Water department just pulled a gas line out of the street. Fire department requests a cruiser respond.

7:58 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. Westgate Hotel. 495 Westgate Dr., Apt. 405. See the clerk who reports a female in room 405 just called down stating her boyfriend allegedly beat her up. He has left the hotel.  Complaint filed. Refer to suspect’s prior arrest.

9:01 p.m. A&B in progress. Lithuanian Village Café. 128 Ames St. Caller states an unknown party punched him in the face. States he was unconscious, has blood all over him. He states he was told to wait outside for an officer. Man declined medical assistance. Walked to a friend’s house.

9:06 p.m. Man with a gun. Hess Gas Station. 261 N. Main St. Caller states he was at the Hess Gas Station and a male pulled a gun on him and now he was being chased onto Prospect Street. Suspect is driving a Nissan Maxima. Victim gave police a partial license plate #. Suspect made threat to shoot victim.

10:02 p.m. Police officer has a prisoner. 50 S. Fuller St. & 120 Dover St. Police made 4 arrests on heroin trafficking and other charges. They are:
Lillivette Acosta, 19, of 29 Roel St., Randolph, charged with trafficking in heroin/opium/morphine, conspiracy to violate drug law, and drug violation near school/park.
Luis Plaza, 22, of 27 Farrington St., Apt. 1, Brockton, charged with trafficking in heroin/opium/morphine, conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school/park, and no inspection sticker.
Antonio Dossantos, 21, of 1005 Belmont St., Apt. 114, Brockton, charged with trafficking in heroin/opium/morphine, conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school/park and failure to wear seat belt.
Wilson Tirado, 19, of 89 Mora St., Apt. 3, Brockton charged with trafficking in heroin/opium/morphine, conspiracy to violate drug law, drug violation near school/park, and failure to wear a seat belt.
