22 Perkins Ave. Assisting detail officer. Four people were arrested
after numerous cruisers responded to a disturbance. Two of the 4 were charged with affray,
disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and trespassing.
They are: Ana DaGraca, 25, of 194 Thurber Ave, Brockton and Mara Suely
Teixeira, 22, of 566 Paul Bunker Dr., Taunton. Catia S. Gomes, 22, of 97 Tribou
St., Apt. 1, Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, affray,
disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest and trespassing.
Queivon Correia, 23, of 23 Dean St., Apt. 2, Boston was charged with disorderly
conduct, disturbing the peace, and resisting arrest.
12:41 a.m. M/V stop. 71 N. Bassett Road & 115 Sycamore
St. Payton Wright, 19, of 280 N. Main St., Apt. C2, Brockton was arrested and
charged with unlawful carrying of firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition,
and receiving stolen property over $250.
1:23 a.m. Hit & Run investigate. 19 Hillberg Ave. &
938 Warren Ave. Caller reports second vehicle fled scene. Caller states he will
need a tow. Ana Gomes, 23, of 100 Florida St., Apt. 12, Boston was charged with
operating a M/V with suspended license.
1:52 a.m. Domestic violence call. 32 Montello St., Ext.,
Apt. 1. Language barrier. Male party on line stating he needs help. Stated his
wife did something and the line hung-up. On call back females states husband is
drunk. Requested to talk to husband again who stated he was sleeping and that
his wife allegedly punched and scratched him. States he has some blood on face
and back. Declined ambulance. Ermelinda Ferreira, 52, of 32 Montello St., Ext.,
Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.
2:44 a.m. Welfare check. 387 Crescent St. Apt. 2. Caller is
a 3rd party. States possible A&B. There is a party with loud
music going on and his son called him and states he was hit with a bottle and
it cut his arm. Christopher J. Andrade, 24, of 387 Crescent St., Brockton was
charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.
3:08 a.m. M/V accident. 157 Rockland St. Caller states a car
hit the curb and the driver is allegedly passed out. Driver transported to Good
Samaritan Medical Center. Green drug citation issued. Elena R. Ferrara, 26, of
1339 Pleasant St., Brockton was charged with OUI drugs and license not in
possession.
3:53 a.m. M/V accident. Montello News. 829 N. Main St. One
vehicle took off heading down Oak Street towards the mall. Two car accident.
One vehicle is smoking. The vehicle left behind has no one inside it. Driver
took off on foot. Other vehicle was found at 654 Chatham West. Dr. Both
operators fled the scene. Heavy front end damage on both cars. Under
investigation.
4:41 a.m. A&B investigate. 15 Royal Road. Jonathan
Lambert, 20, of 15 Royal Road, Brockton was charged with A&B and Civil
Rights violation.
6:21 a.m. Domestic violence investigate. Davis Commons. 165
Carl Ave., Apt. 43C. Caller states her sister allegedly kicked her, punched her
in the head and bit her finger. She has left the apartment and is now at
grandmother’s. Sarah Davis, 22, of 3 Rufus Jones Lane, Easton was charged with
A&B.
7:48 a.m. Domestic violence call. 26 Nilsson St., Apt. 2.
Caller states her husband came in the bedroom and allegedly pushed her. States
she is pregnant and her 2-year-old and 6-year-old were with her when the
incident occurred. Wants him removed from the apartment. Edgar Vasquez Pinos,
30, of 26 Nilsson St., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.
9:27 a.m. Malicious damage investigation. Annie’s Beautiful
Hair Salon, 791 N. Main St., Apt. Q.
Rear window smashed.
9:34 a.m. Larceny of M/V investigation. Davis Commons. 165
Carl Ave., Apt. 177F. 1999 blue, Ford Contour.
10:57 a.m. Overdose. Dunkin’ Donuts. 587 Main St. &
Forest Ave. Caller reports a female is passed out in a M/V in the parking lot.
Female and child transported to Brockton Hospital. Emergency 51A filed.
Department of Children and Families to be notified.
1:22 p.m. Larceny investigation. Macy’s. 200 Westgate Dr.
Caller reports a black female and white male stole some clothes and fled in a
silver M/V headed toward Dick’s Sporting Goods.
2:45 p.m. Robbery. 129 Pleasant St. Caller states a Spanish
male wearing a black mask went into Fernandez Family Liquors showed a black
hand gun, assaulted a cashier and took money. Left in an unknown direction.
6:07 p.m. Malicious damage investigation. 73 Bernice Ave.
Rock through window.
7:57 p.m. Larceny investigation. Family Dollar Store. 222 E.
Ashland St. Caller states a white male allegedly stole a $50 comforter. Jose
Ortega, 45, of 54 N. Main St., Brockton was charged with second offense
shoplifting by asportation.
8:40 p.m. Domestic violence call. 449 N. Montello St. Caller
is 18-years-old. States his father and brother allegedly just beat him up and
threw him out of the house. Antonio G. Andrade, 23, of 449 Montello St., Apt.
2, Brockton was charged with A&B. Manuel Andrade, 21, of 449 Montello St.,
Brockton was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.
9:44 p.m. Disturbance. 118 Oak Lane. Caller states 2 females
are outside by the Callahan building. They are yelling at each other and one of
the females is yelling for someone to call 911. Daniel P. Gill, 47, of 2
Springbrook, Lakeville was arrested and charged with A&B with dangerous
weapon.
10:31 p.m. Domestic violence investigate. 22 N. Manchester
St., Apt. 1. Victim walked into the station and states that she allegedly had
an argument and physical fight with her husband. She said he kicked her out of
the house. She wants him arrested so she can go home. Vehicle is parked in front of address. No
answer at front or side doors. Officer to Brockton Hospital ER for rib injury.
Suspect arrested. Door damaged. Another officer received cut to right index
finger by an unknown source while making arrest. Helder R. Duarte, 54, of 22 N. Manchester
St., Apt. 1, Brockton was arrested and charged with attempted murder, A&B
with dangerous weapon and resisting arrest.
