12:43 a.m. A&B in progress. Lithuanian Village Café. 128 Ames St. Five males in parking lot fighting. No known weapons. Police respond and matter settled within 5 minutes.

12:55 a.m. Domestic violence call. 237 Belmont St. Caller reports a possible domestic. BCI responding for photos. Lisa Hashey, 26, of 237 Belmont St., Apt. 3, Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

1:40 a.m. A&B in progress. Westgate Lanes. 65 Westgate Lane. Large group fighting. No weapons. Police respond and matter settled within 10 minutes.

1:52 a.m. A&B in progress. Lithuanian Village Café. 128 Ames St.  Caller reports 5 fights going on inside the Lit. BCI responding to Arthur Street for photos of rocks in the street and to BPD for photos of victim. Three people were arrested:  
Adilson Brandao, 25, of 282 N. Montello St., Apt. 2, Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct, A&B and disturbing the peace.
Lawrence Weaver, 23, of 11 Woodcliff St., Apt. A, Dorchester was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon, threat to commit crime, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.
Karina Manuela Baptista-Depina, 25, of 184 Pine Grove Dr., Brockton was charged with interfering with a police officer in performance of duty.

2:50 a.m. A&B in progress. 15 Battles St. Caller reports about 10 kids fighting in front of above location. Second call from a female who states peo0ple are fighting on Battles Street. Numerous cruisers respond. The last cruiser leaves the scene and matter settled within 60 minutes.

10:22 a.m. Malicious damage M/V. 10 Central Square. Caller reports someone smashed her car’s window.

11:22 a.m. Threats see complainant. Good Samaritan Medical Center. 235 N. Pearl St. See security about a party who was discharged and threatened the staff and security. He is now hanging around the 7-11. Party left prior.

11:33 a.m. Welfare check. 12 Newton St. Apt. 1. Caller reports there is a naked female in her 50s is in the backyard. She does not live there. Female party transported to Good Samaritan for evaluation.

1:12 p.m. M/V stop. 35 Hill St. Jonathan Semedo, 17, of 65 Hill St., Brockton was arrested and charged with possession to distribute Class D drug, drug violation near school-park, conspiracy to violate drug law and window obstructed/non-transparent.

1:22 p.m. A&B with dangerous weapon. 109 Green St., Apt. 1. Caller states one of two Hispanic males  is assaulting her husband with a belt.  One of them has a no trespass order against him. Party does not want to press charges on the assault.

3:00 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance. Planet Petroleum. 697 Centre St. Caller reports a female is irate, screaming and refusing to pay for gas. Police report female customer asked for $20 of gas and clerk said she asked to fill it. There is $63 in the tank. Customer agreed to come back tomorrow and pay remaining $43.

3:41 p.m. Suicide, attempted. 56 Greenfield St. Caller states boyfriend is taking pills and trying to kill himself. He is on the second floor. Police respond and do not clear the scene for more than an hour. Unknown action.

3:48 p.m. Missing person. 164 Belmont St. They want to report a resident missing from the program. Missing resident is unknown female transported to Good Samaritan from Newton Street earlier in the day.

3:55 p.m. Domestic violence call. 21 Simeon Ave. Caller states she is 5 months pregnant and her husband allegedly pushed her. Police respond and stay nearly 3 hours. Carlos A. Pina, 34, of 21 Simeon Ave., Brockton was arrested and charged with A&B.

5:13 p.m. Rape investigation. 53 Pleasant St. Pick-up a male party on a rape charge for fellow officer. Tyvon Aaron Thompson, 18, of 53 Pleasant St., Apt. 3, Brockton was arrested and charged with rape.

5:29 p.m. Larceny/forgery/fraud. Staples. 599 Belmont St. Caller reports losing credit card at Staples and the card was used in numerous stores in Brockton.

5:39 p.m. Domestic violence call. 370 N. Warren Ave., Apt. 2. Caller states her brother allegedly pointed a BB gun at her and now he is in his bedroom with a baseball bat breaking things. Mom is trying to get the bat away from him. Harry Green, 20, of 370 N. Warren Ave., Apt. 2, Brockton was arrested and charged with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon and A&B.

7:01 p.m. B&E M/V investigation. 77 Carroll Ave. Car window smashed.

7:15 p.m. B&E investigate. 60 River St. Caller states she received a call earlier in the day from her alarm company warning the alarm was going off. She told the company not to send for police. Just got home and found the house has been broken into.

7:56 p.m. Man with a gun. 265 Market St., Apt. 1. Caller states there was a male party trying to break into someone’s car. She said her husband went out to confront him and the male party said he had a gun. Suspect was wearing a brown jacket with a gray hood.

8:17 p.m. Disturbance by a family. 524 Ash St. Caller states she was arguing with her boyfriend and he turned off the gas in the basement. Police respond and matter settled about 20 minutes later.

9:02 p.m. Assist other agency. Fairgrounds—Belmont Street. Assisting fire and ambulance with medical flight landing at fairgrounds. 11-year-old Breer Circle resident transported to New England Medical Center due to head injury.

9:27 p.m. 911 unknown emergency. 8 Loring St. State Police had a female caller on a cell phone who gave this address and stated she has “an abusive, friggin’ friend.” State Police called her back and the woman said she had a problem but got out and will not say anything else. She just keeps hanging up. Danielle Doe, 21, of 831 Main St., Woburn was charged with A&B with a dangerous weapon.

11:46 p.m. B&E investigate. 68 Carter St. B&E to home. BCI responding for photos.
