1:06 a.m. Home invasion on Main Street. Caller states that 2 males in all black and black masks just broke his back door and came in with guns and told him and his girlfriend to get on the ground. They then took their money and his phone.

1:19 a.m. Violation of 209A investigation on North Main Street. Caller states her husband allegedly hit her and took her cell phone. Antonio J. Concepcion, 25, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B, felony B&E in the night time, larceny under $250, intimidation of witness, violation of abuse prevention order and destruction of property over $250.

7:30 a.m. Code Enforcement at Brockton Auto Express, 135 North Montello St. The business is open and is way over the cars on the lot as well as dumpster violations. All are violations of its license. Citations will be issued.

8:40 a.m. Domestic violence call on Dixon Road. Caller stated that she went to above to pick up her daughter's nebulizer and her baby's father allegedly then grabbed her by the neck and started choking her in front of their 9-year-old daughter. Charles Schifone, 30, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B, A&B with dangerous weapon and intimidation of witness.

9:24 a.m. Narcotics investigation on Groveland Street. Christopher L. Dunn, 20, of Abington was charged with local warrant, unlawful possession of ammunition and possession to distribute Class B drug.

1:22 p.m. Robbery on Exchange Street. Caller called from payphone from Laundramax and states that 4-5 youths wearing red shirts and BB gun, jumped another youth.

6:42 p.m. Shoplifting at Walmart, 700 Oak St. Female in store that has stolen cosmetics. Kathleen Cash, 49, of Stoughton was summonsed for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

7:37 p.m. Prostitution on North Main Street & Broad Street. Nichole S. Matchem, 24, of Brockton was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.

8:46 p.m. Code enforcement at Finish Line, 839 Main St. 12 cars on the property in violation of license. Only 5 cars allowed on property.

9:05 p.m. Code enforcement at Eagle Auto, 33 Exchange St. People on scene in violation of license.

9:14 p.m. Code enforcement at Brockton Auto Express, 135 North Montello St. Shop is open and people are working on cars. Citation to be issued and they are open way past the hours of operation.

9:18 p.m. Code enforcement at Auto Gallery, 189 North Main St. They are open and working on cars past the license hours of operation. Citation to be issued.

9:45 p.m. Domestic violence call on James Street. Caller states her mother allegedly just slammed her head into the wall because they were arguing. Blair White, 53, of Brockton was charged with A&B and assault with dangerous weapon.
