1:43 p.m. Code enforcement on Southland Terrace. It is reported the place is a mess. Cars and parts all over the place and some sort of structure has been built next to the neighbor’s home. Is concerned with the safety of it. One unregistered hulk of a car was 72-hr tagged. Notified the Board of Health and the building department.
2:35 p.m. Code enforcement on West Chestnut Street. Check to see what progress has been done on removing the 5 or 6 boats from the yard. Does not look like much progress has been made. Will contact the Board of Health and have them take this to court under the nuisance ordinance.
2:46 p.m. Code enforcement on West Elm Street. Check the property for the Board of Health and get the owner’s info so they can send a letter to fill in the foundation hole. It is a serious safety hazard.
2:48 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud at Bank of America, 695 Crescent St. White male with blue shirt, brown hair in bank allegedly with fraudulent check. They are trying to keep him in the bank. Is driving a gold Altima.
Renee A. Fitton, 21, of Easton was charged with 2 counts of larceny under $250, utter false check and forgery of check.
Ryan S. Mcateer, 20, of Stoughton was charged with 2 counts of larceny under $250, utter false check and forgery of check. Joshua King, 21, of Stoughton was charged with 2 counts of larceny under $250, utter false check and forgery of check.
6:17 p.m. Assault & battery in progress at Dunkin Donuts, 43 Torrey St. Two females fist fighting and one is pregnant. Melody Monteiro, 25, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon, assault with dangerous weapon and A&B.
6:24 p.m. M/V accident with injuries at Reynolds Memorial Highway & 156 Westgate Dr. Motorcycle was allegedly pulling a wheelie and crashed into the guard rail. Miguel J. Andrade, 22, of Brockton was summonsed for negligent operation of motor vehicle.
6:40 p.m. 911 unknown emergency on Holmes Street. State Police got a 911 cell call from a female who stated she needs police at this address. State Police could hear her argue with someone and then the line went dead. Peter Teixeira, 28, of Brockton was charged with A&B, assault with dangerous weapon, felony armed B&E in the day time and malicious destruction of property over $250.
8:01 p.m. Domestic violence call on Royal Road. Caller states Anthony Sullivan, her children's father and fiancée, is allegedly being violent toward her and his mother. He actually pushed them both. No weapons involved. Caller states he is drunk and on drugs and he is still in the house. Anthony F. Sullivan, 30, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B and threatening to commit a crime.
9:15 p.m. 911 verify call on Minot Avenue. Shayna Stuckey, 23, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
9:18 p.m. Larceny investigation at R&K Food Mart, 77 Legion Parkway. Caller states a black male that looked like a body builder walked out without paying for his beers. Unknown direction or other info.
9:27 p.m. Larceny investigation on Bradley Avenue. Caller states 100 Vicodin pills were stolen along with other collectible items from his house.
