12:05 a.m. Disturbance on Skinner Street. Loud party. Caller states 3 gunshots. David J. Simmons, 19, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B, threatening to commit a crime and intimidation of a witness.

12:31 a.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of 73 Emmet Street. Extremely loud music and horns beeping on Emmet Street. Three separate calls have come in from different people. Second call states she just heard possible gunshots. Two black males started shooting in the air and fled. Magazine and shell casings found at scene. BCI notified.
Joaquin Baptista, 24, of Boston was charged with disturbing the peace and interfering with police officer in performance of duty.
Nelson Frade, 23, of Boston was charged with disturbing the peace and interfering with police officer in performance of duty.
Carlos Barbosa, 29, of Dorchester was charged with disturbing the peace and interfering with police officer in performance of duty.

12:59 a.m. Gunshots call. Brockton Hospital- 680 Centre St. Man with gunshot wound to neck.

1:05 a.m. Disturbance at Joe Angelo's Cafe & Deli, 11 Crescent St. Jonathan A. Cabral, 26, of Brockton was charged with 3 counts of A&B on police officer, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, threatening to commit a crime and trespassing.

1:50 a.m. Disturbance on Packard Way. Jane Olivia Porter, 29, of Brockton was charged with A&B on police officer and interfering with police officer in performance of duty. Carlos Gomes, 25, of Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct.

7:43 a.m. B&E motor vehicle in the vicinity of 1021 Montello St. Vehicle was broken into.

8:06 a.m. B&E investigation on Ash Street. Caller states someone came in through the front window while she was sleeping and took laptop and camera. Police report taken.

10:42 a.m. Domestic violence call on Warren Avenue. Officer flagged down. Cross complaints for threats. Estella D. Minnefield, 42, of Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime and assault. Carlos Forrester, 57, of Brockton was summonsed for assault.

11:28 a.m. Disturbance on North Main Street & Wyman Street. Brittani Anne Albanese, 17, of Brockton was charged with disturbing the peace and threatening to commit a crime.

12:56 p.m. Domestic violence call on Huntington Street. The victim was allegedly beat up by her boyfriend. She is not at this location and is near the office building at Battles Farm Drive. She is driving a Camry and refused medical treatment. Jerome Strozier, 31, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

1:15 p.m. Assault & battery in progress on Elm Avenue. Females fighting outside. Gina Andrade, 39, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B and misdemeanor B&E.

1:19 p.m. Domestic violence call on Olive Terrace. Anthony Dew, 28, of Dorchester was charged with assault with dangerous weapon and A&B.

2:19 p.m. Larceny investigation at Walmart, 700 Oak St. Caller stated 70-year-old female allegedly stole $60 worth of merchandise. When he went to stop her she ignored him and fled in a green Ford Taurus. Juanita E. Moquin, 70, of Brockton was summonsed for shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

3:35 p.m. Hit & run in progress on North Montello Street & Elliot Street. Christin D. Williams, 25, of Brockton was charged with local warrant. Raymond Patricelli, 24, of Brockton was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage, uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle.

4:28 p.m. Disturbance at Stop & Shop, 932 North Montello St. Christopher David Conroy, 31, of Pembroke was charged with local warrant, possession Class B drug, disturbing the peace and A&B on police officer.

5:59 p.m. Domestic violence call on Sawtell Avenue. Caller states her uncle is allegedly beating the grandmother on the 1st floor. He has locked the door and they can't get in to help the grandmother. Michael Rupsys, 55, of Brockton was charged with A&B on +60/elder or disabled person.

8:53 p.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle on Sawtell Avenue. Donte Ortiz, 21, of Brockton was summonsed for malicious damage to motor vehicle.
