2:17 a.m. Domestic violence investigation on Nilsson Street. Caller states she was in a verbal argument with her ex-boyfriend when he allegedly pulled a handgun from a drawer and stated, "you're never gonna leave him" referring to the caller’s present relationship.
Caller states she has seen the gun in the past and doesn't believe he has a license to carry. Gregory Arrington, 52, of Brockton was charged with threatening to commit a crime, possession of firearm without FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition and assault with dangerous weapon.
2:44 a.m. Robbery on Court Street & Cary Street. Caller states he was just robbed by 2 black males and one had a gun. Caller states they ran into the cemetery.
7:32 a.m. Malicious damage to a motor vehicle on Myrtle Street. Caller states his 2006 Chrysler 300 got damaged from his driver side door, fender and quarter panel.
10:55 a.m. Domestic violence call on Milton Street. Caller is outside and husband allegedly punched her in the head. Ernst Excellent, 59, of Brockton was charged with A&B and violation of abuse prevention order.
2:52 p.m. Check suspicious motorist on Gladstone Street. Out with black Infiniti from earlier call about a man with a gun. 3 parties allegedly ran from the car.
Jaemill L. Horton, 32, of Brockton was charged with possession of firearm without FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful possession of large capacity feeding device, foreign warrant, intimidation of witness and failure to stop for police. Christopher Dozier, 30, of Brockton was charged with possession of firearm with FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful possession of large capacity feeding device.
Robert Rutledge, 28, of Dorchester was summonsed for possession of firearm without FID card, unlawful possession of ammunition and unlawful possession of large capacity feeding device.
3:24 p.m. Domestic violence call on Milton Street. Caller stated that her mother allegedly hit her in the head multiple times. Maria Monteiro, 41, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and A&B.
3:27 p.m. Assault & battery in progress on Boundary Street. Neighbor allegedly threw soda in her face and is making threats to caller. Stacy Preskenis, 44, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.
3:29 p.m. Disturbance on Prospect Street & North Main Street. Caller states 10-year-old son and 14-year-old brother are in Lucky Dollar and the employee allegedly pushed her brother and son out the store. Xiuyun Chen, 40, of Canton was summonsed for 2 counts of A&B.
3:35 p.m. Domestic violence call on Kensington Place. Caller is a neighbor at above and there is a disturbance. Someone is allegedly swinging a bat at a male party and male punched female in the face. Caller was allegedly assaulted by her brother. Xavier Rivera, 26, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.
3:54 p.m. Domestic violence call on Forest Avenue. Andrew C. Pennor, 22, of Brockton was charged with A&B and A&B with dangerous weapon.
6:07 p.m. B&E investigation on Main Street. Caller came home and discovered his apartment was broken into.
6:14 p.m. Larceny investigation on Myrtle Street. Caller states someone took his son’s PlayStation, 2 laptops computers and the door was unlocked when he got home.
9:42 p.m. Unwanted guest disturbance on James Street. Caller states her ex-boyfriend is in the house and she wants him to leave. He is allegedly forcing himself on her sexually. Caller called back and states she was able to get him out of the house. Wilner Francois, 46, of Brockton was summonsed for assault to rape.
