12:56 a.m. Hit & run in progress on Noyes Avenue. White Nissan hit his car and took off toward Southworth Street. Peter Vasilios Grantsis, 23, of Brockton was summonsed for operating motor vehicle with suspended license.

2:16 a.m. Overdose on Bouve Avenue. Caller states she took 10 pills, unknown what kind, and is not feeling well. Wants to go to the hospital.

7:24 a.m. Police officer has prisoner from Kingman Street. Joao B. Martins, 52, of Brockton was charged with 2 default warrants.

7:26 a.m. Malicious damage investigation on Plain Street. Someone drove across his lawn last night and dug up yard.

8:51 a.m. M/V Stop on Forest Avenue. Christine Ryan, 29, of Lowell, was charged with foreign warrant, possession of Class A drug and operating M/V with suspended license.
10:23 a.m. Assault & battery in progress in the vicinity of 680 Centre Street. Caller states a black female in a brown car allegedly just pulled the caller out of her car, assaulted her, got back in her car and fled west on Centre Street. The caller is now at the methadone clinic in the parking lot.
Both parties are there now. Caller is bleeding and she has her child in the car. Second party states caller with a 2-year-old child in car was allegedly driving recklessly from Abington to get her morning dose at the clinic. Paper exchanged and 51(A) filed. Both parties decline 6A summonses for A&B in past.

11:06 a.m. Rape investigation on Allen Street. See the caller in the lobby. Richard Rodriguez, 32, of Brockton was charged with rape.

11:33 a.m. Domestic violence call on Fern Avenue. Sandra A. Butler, 48, of Taunton was charged with A&B.

1:40 p.m. Domestic violence call on Dartmouth Street. Male party called and stated his brother allegedly punched him in the face. Can hear another male in the background yelling. On call back spoke to brother who is 22. He states his sister is the one who called and he didn't touch her. She is 14 and took off on her bike after calling.
Caller states she kicked in his bedroom door and was throwing oranges at him. Juvenile arrest of 14-year- old for A&B, A&B with dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property under $250.

3:07 p.m. Medical Emergency in the vicinity of 170-180 Pearl Street. Found 23-year-old son not breathing. Ambulance sent and under police investigation.

3:08 p.m. Domestic violence investigation at Brockton District Court, 215 Main St. Go to the clerk’s office. Henry M. Espinola III, 43, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon, stalking and threatening to commit a crime.

5:41 p.m. Malicious damage investigation on Owens Avenue. Racial remarks on fence and gang-related remarks.

7:19 p.m. Malicious damage investigation on Clifford Avenue. Caller’s car all scratched up.

11:24 p.m. Accosting on North Main Street & Spring Street. Caller states Hispanic male in multicolored shirt and light colored van tried to pull the caller into the van. Caller will meet officer in the lobby of the Elmcourt Hotel.

11:38 p.m. B&E in progress on Rene Road. Two white males and one light-skinned black male breaking into the house. Caller yelled at them and they ran out, jumped into a small white car heading toward Crickett Road.
