12:46 a.m. Disturbance at Burger King, 606 Belmont St. Detail officer requesting assistance. Iagho D. Santos, 19, of Brockton was charged with trespassing, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct. Deandre S. Brown Jr., 17, of Brockton was charged with A&B on a police officer, interfering with police officer in performance of duty, disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.
Afredo Perez Jr., 24, of Brockton was charged with trespassing, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Juvenile arrest of a 16-year-old for A&B on police officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

2:25 a.m. A&B dangerous weapon--gun at Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Brockton Hospital ER states a male with a gunshot wound to the leg just got dropped off. Caller called back and states that the car that dropped him off just left and took a right on Centre Street. Caller states non-life threatening shot in the leg and was walking into a house party somewhere in Brockton. Officer out with vehicle at 47 Wheeler Street. Out at East Chestnut where the victim was shot. BCI sent to ER and East Chestnut Street for evidence.

4:24 a.m. Gunshots call in the vicinity of Belmont Street & Manomet Street. Caller states he heard 6 shots and they are not fireworks. Shot spotter shows 6 shots at 22 Leavitt St.

8:42 a.m. Larceny of motor vehicle on Jackson Street. Caller states someone just stole her 2005 Nissan Altima. Car was just taken. Caller arrived to clean a home and works as a caretaker. She reports the keys were in her purse which she believes was stolen by the patient’s son.

9:24 a.m. Recovered stolen motor vehicle from above call on Jackson Street. No ignition damage and no visible damage. Suspect is known to police.

9:45 a.m. Domestic violence call at the Elmcourt Hotel, 33 West Elm St. Caller will be outside waiting and states baby's mother refusing to let him get belongings. Caller says woman allegedly punched him in the face a couple times. Alysia Thornton, 23, of Brockton was summonsed with A&B.

12:57 p.m. Larceny in progress at Eastern Bank, 1313 Belmont St. Black male with white shirt carrying backpack. When police walk in he is to the left at the last teller window allegedly trying to cash a stolen check. Billy Wolf Merisier, 36, of Dorchester was summonsed for utter counterfeit note, utter worthless/false note and forgery of bank note.

3:02 p.m. Open and gross at Brockton Public Library, 304 Main St. Drunk male urinating in front of everybody by the side entry to the library and is now passed out.
