12:00 a.m. Rape on Leavitt Street. 12-year-old child states she was allegedly raped by the downstairs neighbor. Mother called back on 911 and states his name is Darrell Debnam and lives on the 1st floor. Darrell D. Debnam, 47, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of indecent A&B on child under 14.
1:45 a.m. 911 unknown emergency at Ames Street & Edgar Street. Female screaming and male trying to get female into car. Rosilia Teixeira, 19, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.
2:48 a.m. Disturbance by a family on Melrose Avenue. Call from female who states there is a divorce going on and now her father is sitting on the couch with a loaded gun. John Bennett, 47, of Brockton was charged with A&B, 2 counts of possession of firearm without FID Card and unlawful possession of ammunition.
7:31 a.m. Code enforcement at Brockton Auto Express, 135 North Montello St. 26 cars on the property in violation of the license. Dumpster and car parts all over the place.
7:37 a.m. Code enforcement at A&A Auto Body, 347 North Montello St. 20 cars on the property in violation of the license. Citation to be issued.
9:40 a.m. Robbery investigation on Milton Street & North Warren Avenue. Caller states male walked up to him and took his bike.
11:06 a.m. Code enforcement at Brockton Multi Health, 165 Quincy St. In the service lot is a black pick-up backed by the dumpsters with revoked plates. 2 plates confiscated and expired.
11:16 a.m. Code enforcement at 785 North Montello St. Party from above selling knife and saws that are hanging from the fence out front of the house. Caller states they are fed up with him and that the items are a danger to kids in the area.
12:04 p.m. Prostitution call on North Main Street & Livingston Road. One white female blond and Hispanic female wearing a blue stripe top and gray shorts. Marcie Giannini, 36, of Brockton was charged with default warrant.
1:20 p.m. Code enforcement on Sharon Street. Basketball hoop in the street. Checked on this once(4-17-11) and it was moved off the street. Spoke to woman at problem location and told her this was her last warning. If we get another call that highway will take it away. She moved it into the yard.
1:49 p.m. Code enforcement on Court Street. 1 unregistered junk car and non-operational. 72-hr tagged.
2:48 p.m. Code enforcement at Universal Grocery Food Market, 191 Pleasant St. Meet fire on scene and they need to do an inspection and are worried about a gambling den on the second floor. Owner has until 10 a.m. to cure safety problems or power will be cut to building. Board of Health stopped all cooking and Building Department declared 2nd floor dangerous and unsafe. Illegal assembly hall.
3:06 p.m. Police officer has prisoner from Grove Street. Jaymes Williams, 18, of Brockton was charged with unlawful carry of firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, foreign warrant, receive firearm with defaced number and receiving stolen property over $250.
4:32 p.m. Malicious damage motor vehicle on North Cary Street. Rocks coming form the lawn mower and hit caller’s car. David Bennett, 50, of Brockton was summonsed for malicious damage to motor vehicle.
5:27 p.m. Assault in progress on Pleasant Street. Off-duty firefighter reports Hispanic male assaulting a female. Daniel Nicholas Delgado, 52, of Brockton was charged with A&B and threatening to commit a crime.
6:11 p.m. Domestic violence call on Green Street. Boyfriend just allegedly assaulted her. He is outside in front and is a bald, white male with 3 fingers on one hand. Bryon K. Savage, 54, of Brockton was charged with A&B.
6:21 p.m. Recovered stolen motor vehicle on Menlo Place. Hebert Dossantos, 17, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon, receiving stolen motor vehicle, OUI drugs, unlicensed operation of motor vehicle, negligent operation of motor vehicle and failure to stop for police. Also arrested were two, 16-year-olds for receiving stolen motor vehicle and resisting arrest.
9:10 p.m. Motor vehicle stop at Warren Avenue & Highland Street. William Baptiste, 44, of Brockton was charged with speeding, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of motor vehicle and operating motor vehicle with a suspended license.
11:14 p.m. Domestic violence call on Nilsson Street. Caller states mother allegedly punched him in the mouth and further states she has a knife. Rainelle Nesmith, 41, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon, A&B and threatening to commit a crime.
