12:16 a.m. Domestic violence call on Winthrop Street. Caller states his wife allegedly just hit him in the face because they were arguing over the kids. Monica Ridgeley, 41, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

3:29 a.m. Disturbance by a drunk on Hamilton Street & Belmont Street. Red-headed female on steps possibly overdosing. Ambulance sent and party taken to Good Samaritan Medical Center.

6:47 a.m. Malicious damage to motor vehicle at Mass Appliance Parts, 404 Main St. Tires were slashed.

9:07 a.m. Domestic violence call on Allen Street. 18-year-old daughter is allegedly out of control and breaking things. Jessica Docanto, 18, of Brockton was charged with A&B, 3 counts of assault with dangerous weapon, threatening to commit a crime and malicious destruction of property under $250.

9:08 a.m. Domestic violence call on Coral Street. Husband is allegedly drunk and can be violent and refusing to leave. Ronald J. Yurkievitch, 61, of Brockton was summonsed for threatening to commit a crime and disorderly conduct.

9:18 a.m. Motor vehicle pursuit started at Brockton District Court House, 215 Main St. and ended on Summer St. & Lyman St. Party left the court house. Police officer radioed and stated the party went into the parking garage and he was going to set a perimeter with other police officers. Officer then yelled the party was "taking off" in a black vehicle and not stopping for traffic lights. Another officer soon picked up the chase and it ended at Summer and Lyman.
Richard H. Turner Jr., 57, of Rockland was charged with 4 counts of assault with dangerous weapon, reckless operation of motor vehicle, failure to stop, resisting arrest, 2 local warrants and malicious destruction of property under $250.

12:05 p.m. Domestic violence call on West Chestnut Street. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly put his hands on her and pushed her into a mirror. She wants him removed. Miriam Baradji, 19, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

1:00 p.m. Disturbance at Lynch's Towing, 210 North Cary St. Party causing a disturbance. Michael Franklin Farrell, 49, of Brockton was charged with felony B&E a building in the day time and threatening to commit a crime.

1:38 p.m. B&E investigation on North Quincy Street. Caller states the back door was kicked in and items were taken.

2:12 p.m. A&B dangerous weapon investigation at Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. The operating charge nurse states a female named is there now getting prepped for surgery and she has a bullet in her leg. She states it has been there for 3 weeks and unknown where this happened. A doctor wanted to report this to the police. Surgery is set for 3:00 p.m. and the victim lives on Irvington Street. One bullet fragment was retrieved from the party by the surgeon and signed over. Bullet fragment seized and entered into evidence.

2:41 p.m. Assault & battery in progress on Spring Street. Black male allegedly assaulted another party and he is on the ground with head injury. Fredrick John Bush, 54, of Brockton was charged with default warrant.

3:14 p.m. B&E investigation on Faxon Street. Caller states someone keeps coming into her apartment and she thinks it is the female across the hall. Caller states next door neighbor is breaking in and peeing on her food. Spoke to her and she is OK now.

4:59 p.m. Rape investigation at Brockton Hospital, 680 Centre St. Caller states her 19-year-old niece was raped last night. The caller and the victim are at the Brockton Hospital ER. The caller did not know where the incident happened. Police report taken.

5:49 p.m. Gunshots call on Warren Avenue. 7 shots. Shot spotter picked up six in the area of 162 Laureston Street. Cleared and unfounded.

9:15 p.m. Overdose on Thatcher Street. 18-year-old female not responsive and ambulance sent.

10:49 p.m. Domestic violence call on Grove Street. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly choked her. She is locked in her room with her sister. Brandon Miller, 23, of Brockton was charged with aggravated assault and threatening to commit a crime.
