12:04 p.m. Domestic violence call on Montello Street. Caller is calling from a neighbor’s house and states the boyfriend allegedly just punched her several times and slammed her head on a wall and tried to drag her back to the apartment. Nehimias Manny Uman, 26, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

12:40 p.m. Code enforcement at EZ Auto Rental, 451 Montello St. This business is not properly licensed and called the owner-operator. Told the man on scene to stop doing what he is doing and close the doors until this place is properly licensed and the license is in hand. Citation will be issued.

1:22 p.m. Larceny investigation at Charity Guild, 501 Main St. Ladder stolen from property.

2:01 p.m. Road rage on Pleasant Street & West Street. Caller states a male party in a gray Mustang is following him closely and throwing objects at his motor vehicle because caller did not let him cut ahead of him.

2:06 p.m. Code enforcement, 129 Grove St. Multiple junk and wrecked demo cars on the property and also multiple out bids on the property.

2:14 p.m. Domestic violence call on Drew Avenue. 17-year-old male allegedly assaulting 14-year-old sister and caller states he is going crazy. Anthony Marcelino, 18, of Brockton was summonsed for A&B.

2:50 p.m. Parking violation on Foster Street that turned into a disturbance. Melissa Gomes, 19, of Brockton was charged with interfering with police officer in performance of duty, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.

3:06 p.m. Code enforcement on Park Street. Cellar door is unsecured and people are getting in. Building department will secure the door.

3:08 p.m. Open and gross call at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center, 63 Main St. Male party allegedly exposed himself to one of the workers in the elevator and he made some sexual remarks. Mark A. Miller, 25, of Brockton was summonsed for open and gross lewdness, lewd, wanton & lascivious conduct, accost/annoy person of opposite sex and indecent exposure.

3:17 p.m. Code enforcement at 117 Laureston St. Building not secure and building department has been notified.

3:30 p.m. Violation of 209A order on Faxon Street. Waldimy Saint-Felix, 27, of Brockton was summonsed for violation of abuse prevention order.

4:57 p.m. Domestic violence call on Linda Avenue. Caller states husband is drunk and allegedly slapped her in the face. Germes Arroyo, 47, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

6:17 p.m. Malicious damage investigation on Warren Avenue. Damage to fence, possible car hit it.

7:13 p.m. Larceny investigation at Saab Energy, 612 Oak St. Counterfeit money.

7:58 p.m. Malicious damage motor vehicle on Arthur Paquin Way. Caller states one of his girlfriends just popped his tire. Amanda R. Mcalister, 24, of Brockton was charged with malicious damage to motor vehicle.

10:21 p.m. Domestic violence investigation on Barry Street. Christian Cignarale, 25, of Brockton was charged with A&B and malicious damage to motor vehicle.

10:33 p.m. Police officer has prisoner from Main Street & Farrington Street. Kathryn M. Pacheco, 26, of Bridgewater was charged with sexual conduct for a fee.
