1:27 a.m. Threats see the complainant on Farrington Street. Ex-boyfriend has sent text that he is allegedly going to kill her. She states he was around the apartment about 90 minutes ago and he is sending pictures of her front door. Alexandre Florencio, 24, of Abington was charged with threatening to commit a crime, annoying telephone calls and stalking.

3:47 a.m. M/V accident on Schultz Road. Car vs. pole. Caller states couple of guys got out of car and one ran. One party still in car.

6:43 a.m. Larceny investigation on Westland Street. Blue motor scooter taken.

10:19 a.m. Robbery at Davis Commons, 165 Carl Ave. Caller states he went to above location to meet a female known by Kayla. Stated that while in the apartment a Hispanic or Cape Verdean male carrying a machete, wearing all black and a bandanna over his face came out of the bathroom and allegedly robbed him of $60. States he also tried to take a ring from his hand and his cell phone. Caller was cut on hand. Lanika Brewington, 28, of Brockton was charged with conspiracy, armed assault to rob and armed & masked robbery.

11:35 a.m. Welfare check on Camden Street. Two 3-year-olds are wandering at above location. Caller has stopped and has the children. 51a filed and police report taken. Party located parent on Blendall Street.

11:37 a.m. Code enforcement on Howard Street. From the Mayor’s office, cars for sale on the front lawn. Party has one car for sale. It is registered and insured with a valid plate on it to that address.

11:55 a.m. Code enforcement on North Quincy Street. Owner is reported to be selling cars again and he is not licensed to do that. Officer states selling cars again. Truck on the front lawn for sale. He was told not to sell cars there any longer. Will seek criminal action this time. Last time it was just a fine and he was told not to do it again.

12:07 p.m. Larceny/Forgery/Fraud at Eastern Bank, 1313 Belmont St. Two females attempting to cash fake check. One check was cashed and female left ID on counter. Tatiana Andrade Depina, 21, of Brockton was charged with forgery of check, utter false check and larceny over $250. Janell M. Souza, 19, of Brockton was charged with forgery of check, utter false check and attempting to commit a crime.

12:14 p.m. Code enforcement on Mystic Street. Owner is storing cars and trucks on property from defunct car dealership. Two of the cars have been removed and the truck that had been towed before is still on the property in violation of city ordinance. Can't get to it because it is blocked in with registered cars. Will look at the possibility of a court order to remove.

1:27 p.m. Code enforcement on Grove Street. One junk car in the rear yard and tagged with 72-hour tag.

1:43 p.m. Code enforcement on Grove Street. Meet building department on scene. Apparently they are doing work on the illegal church and don’t have permits. Power has been terminated to the illegal church by order of BFD. They are in violation of a court order by supplying power to the building. They are also doing construction work with no permits. Building and fire departments will seek contempt charges. Also there is allegedly a blocked egress at the third floor. A/C in the window at the fire escape preventing exit in an emergency.

5:04 p.m. Domestic violence call on Elliot Street. Caller states her boyfriend allegedly punched her numerous times. Marco Paul Rodrigues, 24, of Brockton was charged with A&B.

5:36 p.m. Domestic violence call on Laureston Street. Caller states female allegedly threw rock and broke driver’s side window. Caller states bleeding a little. Bertude Olvier, 20, of Brockton was charged with A&B with dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property under $250.

7:30 p.m. Domestic violence call on Court Street. Caller states 14-year-old son allegedly tried to drown his 11-year-old brother. Caller also states the 14-year old punched his brother numerous times. Caller is calling from neighbor’s house and states father punched him in the face three times. Juvenile arrest of 14-year-old for A&B with dangerous weapon.

9:23 p.m. Disturbance on Centre Street. Caller states client in home spraying a fire extinguisher at him and he needs police to take it from him. Victor C. Galvao, 28, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B with dangerous weapon and destruction of property over $250.

10:43 p.m. Assault & battery in progress on Warren Avenue. Caller is inside gas station. Black male with blue shirt in parking lot allegedly assaulted the caller and now fighting with another male in parking lot. Antoine Noel, 27, of Brockton was charged with 2 counts of A&B and accost/annoy person of opposite sex.
