7:12 a.m. Eddy Mayala, 51, 63 Wheeler Circle, Stoughton was charged with threat to commit a crime and stalking after a complaint to the police.

11:03 a.m. Curtis Fulgham, 20, 308 Belair St., Brockton was charged with larceny under $250 and forgery of a document after a call from Advanced Auto Parts on N. Montello Street reported an employee stealing.

3:25 p.m. John Foley, 36, 354 Centre St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller reported he had been hit in the head with a baseball bat and was bleeding badly.

3:48 p.m. Two people were arrested after Macy’s at the Westgate Mall reported a disturbance.
Gina Palmer, 31, 309 Irving Road, Randolph was charged with shoplifting, trespass, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and assault.
Bennie Robinson, 32, 14 Wilbert Road, Dorchester was charged with trespass, resisting arrest, disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct and threat to commit a crime.

4:31 p.m. Eugene Pearson, 48, 114 York St., Stoughton was charged with shoplifting, assault and battery and a default warrant after WalMart on Oak Street reported a tall Hispanic man was attempting to shoplift and has a knife in his hands.

5:43 p.m. John Bushway, 43, 80 Clinton St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after his son reported he was assaulted by Bushway.

8:04 p.m. Matthew Leydon, 20, 41 Bradley Ave., Brockton was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, intimidating a witness, and threat to commit a crime after a call about an assault on Algonquin Street.

9:20 p.m. Nilton Santos, 28, 1032 Crescent St., Brockton was charged with two counts of assault and battery after a call about a domestic violence situation on South Street.

10:41 p.m. Toua Her, 27, 350 Spring St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a domestic violence call on Spring Street.
