2:28 a.m. Joao D. Ramos, 48, 54 Packard Way, Brockton was charged with third offense drunk driving and marked lanes violations after a traffic stop near Main and Davids streets.
2:59 a.m. Richard M. Analoro, 45, 567 Summer St., Brockton was charged with driving an unregistered and uninsured vehicle after a traffic stop near E. Main and N. Main streets.
8:53 a.m. Scott MacTighe, 49, 190 Centre St., Middleboro, was charged with illegal dumping in violation of city ordinance for a problem on Snell Street.
9:27 a.m. Four Brockton men who live at 54 N. Main St. were charged with trespassing after a call to check a property near N. Main and Spring streets. Charged were James Andrew Cassidy, 48, Donald Gauvin, 47; John Nelson, 59; and Steven Robert Souza, 55.
9:31 a.m. Vladimir LaForest, 32, 15 Belair St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery, witness intimidation and malicious destruction of property under $250 after a woman called to say her husband had assaulted her.
10:43 a.m. Steven Robert Souza, 55, 54 Main St., Brockton was charged with trespassing after a call for a property check near Perkins Park and N. Main Street.
12:41 p.m. Kim Kateley, 49, 102 Milford St., Monponsett, Mass., was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, lewd, wanton and lascivious conduct and leaving the scene of property damage after a Westgate Drive caller reported a woman in a white Durango backed into a car in a parking lot.
1:35 p.m. Kim Alphia Headley, 26, 103 Oak Lane, Brockton was charged with common nightwalker after a traffic stop near E. Main Street.
4:07 p.m. Laura Pires, 35, 179 Pine Grove Dr., Brockton was charged with shoplifting over $100 after Macy’s at the Westgate Mall reported a shoplifter.
8:20 p.m. Antonio Silva, 20, address unavailable, was charged with distribution of marijuana after the State Police gang unit reported finding Silva with five “dime” bags of marijuana packaged for distribution after a report was received that there was a narcotics violation in progress.
