12:03 a.m. A Mass Avenue caller reports house has been broken into. Computer, wallet and checkbook were taken.

12:16 a.m. Saul Rodriguez, 42, 95 Provost St., Brockton was charged with drunk driving and leaving the scene of property damage after he allegedly drove a white van into a driveway and smashed into a car on Kathleen Road. Rodriguez allegedly left that accident and was reported on a lawn at 150 Kathleen Road by a second caller.

8:41 a.m. Lawrence West, 54, 4 Goddard Road, Brockton was charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop near Harbor One Credit Union on Legion Parkway.

12 p.m. Carol Cox, 17, 55 Kingsdale St. Boston was charged with assault and battery after her grandmother reported Cox assaulted her.

3:20 p.m. Michelle Marie Cooper, 44, 950 W. Chestnut St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a fight reported at Old Navy in the Westgate Mall.

3:36 p.m. Massasoit Boulevard was closed at Crescent Street after a Brockton Area Transit bus hit a tree in the college’s roadway. A tree blocked the road and the bus had to be towed.

6:16 p.m. Daniel A. Goldberg, 44, 57 Cambo St., Brockton was charged with driving with a suspended license and unregistered vehicle after a traffic stop on Gordon Street.

6:22 p.m. William Gonzalez, 29, 99 Warren Ave., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a caller reported Gonzalez was allegedly extremely drunk and carrying a knife. Caller reported his wife is pregnant and scared.

6:53 p.m. Sha’ron Clark, 31, 2937 Sullivan Ave., St. Louis, Missouri, was charged with parental-custodial kidnapping after it was reported Clark allegedly took his son without permission.

8:18 p.m. Gabriel Goncalves Costelo, 59, 33 Sheldon St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery after a 12-year-old caller reported his family was fighting outside and his mom told him to call 911.

9:22 p.m. Five Star Pizza on Crescent Street reported one of its drivers was robbed at gunpoint, beaten up and his money and cell phone were stolen. The incident happened at 170 Laureston St.

9:24 p.m. Christopher Troy Davis, 43, 442 Moraine St., Brockton was charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace after police went to Belmont Street and Kennelworth Avenue after reports of a loud, drunk party.
