10 a.m. Anthony D. Gargano, 22, 264 Raynor Ave., Whitman was charged with violating an abuse prevention order after a call from Main Street about a possible violation.

10:49 a.m. Mark Farrell, 20, 47 Allen St., Brockton was charged with assault and battery and two default warrants after a call about a domestic violence problem.

12:18 p.m. A caller reported a 44-year-old missing person who is homeless. Caller reported man has threatened and attempted suicide in the past and has an addiction to crack cocaine and oxycontin. Caller said man has a tendency not to pay his drug debts and usually hears from him, but has not had contact since June 2. Fears he might be dead.
